Parties were not one of Bruce’s favorite things. He acted like they were, to try to keep up the rich, playboy facade. Truly, he knew a life of extravagance like his made him lucky, even if he’d suffered because of it.

Bruce is on her in a second. Eyes dark with lust, jealousy, rage. One arm an iron force around her waste, drawing her into his chest to keep her there. His free hand roughly digging his fingers into her jaw, forcing her to look at him.
“I own you. Every fucking bit of you. And you think, what? You can just play with other men for fun?” He snaps aggressively. Knowing it’s wrong, knowing he’s trying to intimidate her, but he can’t take it. “You need money, you come to me. You don’t steal it off another man!”
