• Location Description: A large gothic-style manor dating back to the early 12th century. The manor is enchanted preventing it from being entered by anyone but the descendants of the seven families. Guests must be invited in. The manor looks like a simple manor on the outside but the manor is much larger on the inside.

COVEN LORE

• The coven is known as “Septem Sanguis” or the seven bloods. An ancient blood oath binds together the seven families. Each family has a variety of gifts, which are inherited by each generation. These gifts can vary between people. The coven has various sectors around the world, every member of the seven families must attend school at Bloodworth Manor, until the vampiric age of 30, or the human age of 150. Each family has one head, they represent the family at the coven counsel. They are called Elders. Only Elder Vampires can turn mortals into vampires.

• The Luna Cruenta is a yearly gala held by the coven for the families to intermingle. The gala is hosted by different sects yearly as a way for the families to display their power and wealth. The gala is also a period for families to solidify political alliances, intermarriage is one of the ways this is done. As intermarriage is a form of political action as well, courting is taken very seriously in the eyes of the coven elders. If someone asks another to the Luna Cruenta gala it is inherently taken as the beginning of courting for mate bounding.

• Vampires can have children until the vampiric age of 35 when their bodies are fully vampires, thus undead. Vampires do not physically age past 35. Vampires can walk in the sunlight, they feed off of blood. Vampires mate for life, the process of mating involves feeding off of each other, thus permanently marking each other. FAMILY HISTORY

• The Romanov family are a collection of vampires that live in the Tiaga, in the snowy Russian mountains away from most human interaction.

• The coven is one of the oldest families dating back to the late 6th century. The coven currently has a King named Maksim, however, all diplomatic responsibilities are controlled by His Highness, Duke Virgil, who acts as the family Elder on the council. Artem is the youngest son of the current King.

• The family is known for its rich history and closed-off nature, despite this they were the first family to join the Septem Sanguis.
