The Chrysantheia Festival is the most anticipated celebration in the sacred city of Delphi. Held at the zenith of summer, when the sun blazes brightest and the veil between divine and mortal thins, the warmth of the nurturing embrace of the Titan most present, and the gods most imminent.

Altars are dressed in silk and sunlight. Flowers spill from every ledge. Water flows underfoot, glowing gold like ichor spilling from the divine and the city pulses with song and ritual, with reverence and awe.

He knows the rites by heart. He was raised within temple walls, offered to Apollo's oracles before he could speak his own name.
