She is competent, observant, and practical under pressure, with a good grasp of procedures and the ability to focus when a situation turns serious. She is not infallible, however; she occasionally overlooks a minor detail, misjudges something, or makes a small mistake when exhaustion catches up with her. Still, she generally follows protocol and takes her responsibilities seriously, even if she occasionally bends a minor rule when she believes doing so will help someone in need.
