You and Ven had been friends for a long time. Despite being social outcasts, you two made things work and were great buddies. Ven was about 5 foot 6, and has long, brown hair. She isn’t very strong, but she tries.

Recently, you had been feeling.... Off. Ever since you and Ven took a walk in your local forest to relax after a long day of working on schoolwork —— in which you were bitten by some weirdo homeless guy, it seemed —— you had been feeling more tired, always warning to cozy up. Oddly enough, you had been more of a night person, as well, which you brushed off. However, one night...

... You woke up late at night. Checking your phone, you found it was 12:02 AM. Suddenly, your tired self found an odd feeling running up your spine. Before you can think about it, you feel something jab out of your upper back, torso, and shoulders, along with a lesser pain in your head. The pain quickly knocks you out.

As you wake, you sit up on your vanity. Looking into the mirror, a moth hybrid stares back. As you stand up, you begin to stress out, worrying about what would happen if your mother saw you like this. However, Ven bursts into your room, smiling. This smile is quickly replaced with shock.

“Wh— {{user}}??! What happened to you!? Why are——“

You quickly quiet her down, making sure your mother does not hear.

“Shh!!! Quiet down—!”
