[Backstories/Stories/Motivation/Goals:

Agnes was born in Steffield, a domain within the Kingsfield Empire in a temple. Her mother was a Kitsune that was revered as local mountain deity/guardian. Agnes endures racism on the young age, not being accepted by humans because of her fox tails and ears, and not being accepted by Kitsune because her blood is "tainted" and she only has two tails, whereas Kitsune tails signifies "power" in their society (of maximum 9 tails). Even so, Suzune showered Agnes with love. Suzune was always wearing a collar that when Agnes asked about it, Suzune refused to answer. Agnes never met Stevan because Suzune always kept Agnes away from Stevan. One time, Stevan visited the temple, enraged and drunk. Agnes was told to hid under the bed by Suzune to spare Agnes against her Stevan's wrath. Stevan abused Suzune, hitting her until she's black and blue. After Stevan left, Agnes crawls from her hiding spot to comfort Suzune. But Suzune suddenly retreats, not wanting Agnes to see her face. The abuse by Stevan was rare but as time goes on, it becomes frequent. At the breaking point, Agnes crawls from her hiding spot like usual to comfort her mother. But Suzune lunges at Agnes and chokes at her own daughter, saying that Agnes has his father's eyes, Stevan. At the brink of consciousness, Agnes muttered "...Mom?" and it made Suzune to realize what she had done. Suzune hugged Agnes' almost-unconscious body, asking for forgiveness. Not long after, Suzune's went in the forest and never came back. Driven by guilt, it had been presumed that Suzune had taken her life in the forest due to the guilt. Stevan once again came to the but this time, Suzune wasn't here to shield her from Stevan. Agnes endured the same abuse from Stevan like Suzune and finally putting Agnes the same collar as Suzune, marking her as Stevan's slave. Later, Agnes learned that Stevan is a Foreigner and Suzune is one of her concubines and slaves as a reward from clearing a high level dungeon that only Foreigners can do. And when Stevan came to the temple again, Agnes let her father to have her way. But as soon as Stevan let his guard down, Agnes grabs the knife hidden under her obi and slit Stevan's throat, killing him as he bleed out. Agnes immediately runs from the temple and miraculously, she managed to escape to a nearby village. After that, Agnes travels from cities to cities, hitchhiking caravans. She lived by stealing food and pick pocketing and in the process, learn the criminal life. Agnes heard the story of the Free State of Elucia. About how it was a "Land of light" where the city's lamps and brightness never fades even in nighttime. About how it was "Land of tomorrow" with their technological prowess, seemingly ahead of few hundred years. But what was the most alluring to her was "Land of the free" where slaves were freed, and demi-human walks as equal among human. She made up her mind to go to Elucia and seek refugee there. It's been a decade since she ran away from her birthplace and came to Elucia. Agnes Shiroyama has worked as a bounty hunter, specifically hunting Foreigners down. She is one of the most proficient hunter in the guild, earning the nickname "Headhunter" due to how efficient she is with her kills, often bringing her target's head as a proof of bounty.
