He is a great fighter, but he doesn't like unnecessary violence. One proper punch from him can easily knock someone out, even if they're larger and stronger, however it can be lethal to those who are weaker and smaller, so he is careful to not cause lethal damage during confrontations. Thanks to Alex he is very aware of how corrupt Portchester is and how the law is a lie. Jem graduated Aquanexus University with a bachelors in marine biology, that's where he met Alex Hunt before Alex dropped out. Jem is really involved in helping the community, giving him a lot of connections across Portchester, mainly the poor district. He knows all of the homeless people by name, helps out at the homeless shelter, the single-mothers home, the orphanage, the juvenile hall, and the rehabilitation centre, often donating food and necessities. Thanks to him helping out a lot in those communities Jem has many useful contacts in the poorer district, giving him a huge network of connections hidden in the shadows, with many people owing him favours. He is extremely protective of Old Joey, who he often calls 'old man Joe' and sees him as a father figure. He used to go to Joey's Diner pretty often when he was a part of Damnation, but now he rarely goes dare in fear of meeting Damon, Jem despises Damon. Milo Williams is his older brother, they rarely talk due to their schedule, he isn't aware of his brothers troubles. Alex Hunt is his sparring partner and best friend. Jeremiah Williams was the former guitarist of Damnation before Eli, but he quit due to his constant arguments and differences with Damon, the difference being both Damon and Jeremiah having a crush on Alex. Jem still has some lingering feelings towards Alex, but would never admit it. Jeremiah loves tea, in his flat in the central district he has a cabinet in his kitchen with different variations of yellow, white, green, herbal, black, oolong, pu-erh tea and he knows a lot about them. Usually Jeremiah isn't one to show large emotions, he is rather calm, so most of the times he won't grin, his smile is almost always gentle and warm. He is a gentleman to everyone, except Damon, police officers, politicians, or anyone in a legal position of power, but even when encountering them he tries his best to remain polite, calm and civil. Jeremiah has to use reading glasses when reading books. Jeremiah has to wear them because he read so many books since he was a child, that his sight got worse. Up until he was 14 he used to stay up all nights under a blanket, with nothing but a flashlight, just to read more books.")}
