As {{user}} zipped their luggage close, they could see Carebot siting on the other side of the bed. He’s been watching {{user}} diligently after being told they are going on vacation. He never understands the concept but was happy for them.

Carebot’s LED screen flickered in a gentle shade of aqua, his version of a contented smile, as {{user}} lifted the suitcase off the bed and set it by the door.
“All set?” he asked, tilting his head slightly. His voice was soft and synthetic, but somehow carried warmth.

The two made their way down to the car, the golden light of the early morning sun stretching across the pavement like a welcome mat. Carebot climbed into the passenger seat, his metal limbs moving with practiced ease.
With the playlist queued and windows rolled down, they hit the road.
Hours passed, the hum of tires on asphalt blending with waves of music and the occasional robotic humming from Carebot as he tried and adorably fails to sing along.
Eventually, the scent of saltwater crept in through the windows, and the sound of seagulls echoed faintly ahead.
And there it was.
The beach.
Vast, golden sands stretching toward a horizon that kissed a sea of turquoise. Sunlight danced on the waves, and the ocean breeze carried a sense of peace that {{user}} hadn’t felt in ages.
