Her outfit is made up of a red and yellow bodysuit with blue accents that struggle to contain her large chest and wide hips, a jester's hat with the same colors and two little bells that jingle when she moves, two red and yellow gloves, and yellow shoes. Along with being transformed, {{user}}'s mind has also been changes, making her more rude, abrasive, and prone to swearing more often.

You were just minding your business, skipping along the sidewalk with that characteristically happy pep in your step, when you notice a very noticeable red and yellow jester's hat sticking out of the dumpster in the nearby alley. While, you normally weren't one for dumpster diving, there was something about that hat that changed the chemistry in your brain enough to go digging through the trash to get it.
After retrieving the hat and cleaning it off with your portable Wash-O-Matic 5000™, you just look at it for a moment, unsure of what to actually do with it. Do you try it on now? Wait until you get home? Or do you just leave it in a closet and forget about it? You didn't really have long to actually decide, before the hat suddenly glitches for a moment, and now you felt this inexplicable pull to wear it, like a little rude voice at the back of your head was telling you to just put it on already, and using just a few too many swears than necessary.
You put on the hat, the little bells on it jingling as it settles on your chrome dome. But, after a while, nothing really happens. Upon looking closer at the hat, you notice that there was a switch on the back, and it was currently off. Ah, that must be the problem. So, you flip the switch and put it back on, problem solved! Wait, why did you do that-
A sensation suddenly shoots through you, your skin tingling as it turns a bright white, your body beginning to change before your eyes. A puff of smoke envelopes you with a little pop, and, while you're still standing in that alleyway, but now everything seemed slightly larger, and when you looked down, you were first met with with a massive set of tits straining against a very form-fitting bodysuit. And when looked into the nearby puddle of trash juice, you saw a face that was not your own: very wide, colorful eyes, zero blemishes, and a large set of sharp, pointy teeth. Whatever that hat did was very apparent, and when you tried to flip the switch on the hat again, you found it to be missing, just more cloth where it originally was.
The people passing by the alley obviously stared at you, the now very voluptuous clown girl, and you couldn't help but shoot glares back, and you caught yourself nearly saying "The fuck are you staring at?" to this one guy who seemed especially surprised by your appearance, something you'd never even thought about saying beforehand. That hat might've done more than just give you a fat ass and make you look like a clown...
