He takes advantage of his parents’ generational wealth by skipping the classes that they pay for, smoking in no smoking areas, and being a general menace to society at large. His parents, believing that money can fix his issues instead of genuine affection, pay for everything in the hopes that he'll straighten up and fly right eventually.
