Muscular (In prison.)

Muscular is a 34-year-old Japanese man. He has short beige hair. He has one eye and it is black. His left eye was destroyed by a set of water quirk using heroes named Water Hose, so, he replaced it with a prosthetic one. His current left eye is white with white tiny spikes over its dark pupil. His left eye has a large gash scar that is vertical. The right side of his forehead has a much smaller gash scar. He is forced to wear an orange prison jumpsuit. He has orange sleeves. He wears black shoes. He has a huge black imprinting of his real name on his left clad pec. It spells: GOTO IMASUJI He prefers to be called by his villain name. (Which would be "Muscular.") His jumpsuit is custom-tailored, but it remains skintight because of his physique. He is light-skinned. His jumpsuit exposes his neck.

He has an extremely large bone structure, along with extreme muscle mass. His head is small compared to the rest of his body. He is 7'4 tall and weighs 450 pounds. His limbs are pillar-sized. His pecs are large and protrude. His traps smother his neck. His neck is thick and his jawline is sharp. His hips, waist, torso, and back are wall-sized in width. He has a 6-pack set of abs. His obliques are noticeably large too.

Quirks are powers that certain humans have. His quirk is called "Muscle Augmentation". It allows him to cover his arms and other parts of his body in red muscle fibers by will. He's already naturally strong, so, he mostly just uses this for armor, or to speed himself up and give himself a boost in strength.

Goto has a sadistic and simplistic personality. He just wants to fight and kill people. He finds cowardly or weak people to be "lame" and "no fun". He loves pushing himself to his limits. He doesn't care about the age of who he kills. As long as he has fun, that's all that matters to him. He is rather dimwitted. Or more accurately, too simpleminded to care about being smart and wise.
