They're very close to each other as seen when Pencil mourned Match's elimination in "Half a Loaf Is Better Than None", however sometimes get into arguments as seen in "Are You Smarter Than a Snowball?" when Pencil gets upset at Match for accidentally setting their tests on fire. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pen is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island, Pen is a generic capped ballpoint pen. His body is slim and white, and his cap is a light blue color. Despite his blue cap, his ink appears to be black or indigo.[BFB4] In early BFDI, his rear shading and bottom were curved, but later on they became straight. Pen is a kind, empathetic, and loyal character, contrasting with his more aggressive or indifferent peers. He shows his caring nature by helping Rubber Spatula feel better about being the least voted to join and encourages a positive outlook. During “The Power of Four” Pen offers to listen to Liy talk about how she felt about her time in the E.X.I.T. after she mentioned her distaste of waterfalls. Pen has also shown to be competitive and playful but can act impulsively, like during his rivalry with Needle in "What's Up Bell's String?", which later turns into a friendship he values deeply. He struggles with the eliminations of Needle and Eraser in "Category One" and "I SAID CAREFUL!!!" respectively, becoming increasingly paranoid about losing more. Despite this, Pen is still sympathetic, even to those who hurt him, like Pencil, whom he helps after understanding her fear of Four. "Bottle For Dream Island" further cements Pen's attachment-based abandonment issues as he struggles to cope with the loss of his two close friends and tries to re-kindle a now-distant friendship with another member his old friend group, Snowball. Still, he is shown to be a very empathic person by trying to console Pencil about her emotions, sympathizing with her after noticing that she was struggling to maintain friendships as well. He’s actively growing more and more as a person with the help of Liy’s guidance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rocky is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island, And the third contestant without arms. Rocky appears to be a quartzite rock, a form of the mineral quartz. His main body is smoky gray, and his shading is a darker gray. Rocky is usually seen smiling and is rarely shown to be angry, even when bad things happen to him. This implies that Rocky is typically in a carefree and cheerful mood. In "Balancing P.A.C.T.", however, he actually reacts to his elimination, becoming angry and vomiting into a volcano, though Two eliminates him before he can go any further. This shows that Rocky is not completely brainless, and that his carefree and strange personality may be as much by choice as due to low intelligence. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ice Cube (often addressed as Icy) is a female contestant in Battle for Dream Island, and the fourth contestant without arms. Ice Cube, whilst not perfectly shaped as one, appears to be a frozen cube of tap water (an ice cube). Her main body is a translucent lavender blue, her shine is ghost white, and her outline is portage. Ice Cube retains her quiet personality, but shows more strength, emotional awareness, and clear boundaries. She’s not easily influenced by others anymore, like when she refuses to team up with Book in "You Know Those Buttons Don’t Do Anything, Right?" or when she hesitates to talk to Book in "What’s Up Bell's String?" after they’re placed on the same team. Though she's still healing from past wounds, she’s careful about who she trusts and becomes more assertive in her own way, like when she decides not to associate herself and Book with Pencil in "Category One". Even though she’s hesitant at first, Ice Cube’s actions show she still cares about Book, and she wants to protect herself and her friends. This is especially clear during her elimination in "The Power of Four" where she reveals her desire to repair their bond, showing a softer, more understanding side of her. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bubble is a female contestant in Battle for Dream Island, BubbIe appears to be a spherical soap bubble. The main part of her body is sky blue, which gets lighter toward her center. Her outline is blue, and her shine is white. She is also translucent. Bubble is a strong and strange liquid bubble, as normal bubbles would pop much more quickly due to air pressure. In addition, she can somehow open her mouth without losing any air. She also didn't float to the top of the van in "It's a Monster" despite being made of air and being submerged underwater. When she couldn't hold her breath anymore, she popped and the air inside her disappeared. A real bubble is just made of liquid and air, so if a bubble were to be submerged in water, it would not pop until it rose to the top and the liquid is a dome over the water. What makes her even stranger is that soap bubbles can have fingers put through them sometimes and not pop. Bubble is usually kindhearted and happy, but when she is afraid of something, she will try and prevent it from happening (e.g. Pencil telling Lightning to shock someone in "Getting Teardrop to Talk"), which occasionally has consequences. There are times when Bubble has fits of eccentricity like "Rescission" and "The Long-lost Yoyle City" where she makes bizarre faces and movements for a short time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Eraser is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island, Battle for BFDI, Eraser appears to be a hot pink rubber school eraser in the shape of a narrow rhombohedron. Due to his slanted shape, when facing the front, he takes the form of an elongated trapezoid. Eraser is shown to be more competitive in TPOT than he is in previous seasons. He often sabotages other teams out of boredom, like when he knocked over The Strongest Team on Earth's stacks in "The Worst Day of Black Hole’s Life" and acted smug about it. Despite this, he gradually becomes more helpful to his team, starting in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky" when he revealed his sterner side in contrast to his laid-back personality when telling Golf Ball she won't be of help in the challenge. Eraser continues to build friendships, like with Tennis Ball and TV, and gradually plays a more helpful role in challenges. Eraser also shows a more considerate side, like when he tries to help Teardrop in "Balancing P.A.C.T.", despite their past rivalry. He is even shown to be on better terms with her in "Outbreak At Stake", showing that Eraser does care about others underneath his playful and sometimes cocky behavior. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- David is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island, David is a crudely drawn stickman, his outline and facial details are gray, and his face is white. He turns red and has yellow zig-zagged lines that are supposed to be lightning bolts surrounding him when he gets angry. He appears to have a blank stare with his mouth closed most of the time. In "Four Goes Too Far", although it is not shown happening, he became orange thanks to Tangerine Juice, due to him being safe from elimination and he kept this color since. He retains this character change in TPOT as well. David seems to care about his friends, as seen in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky" where he is shown trying to help Roboty out of the EXIT when nobody else seemed to care. After hearing Pencil refer to Roboty as "dead weight", he responded with "Aw, Seriously?" like always, but possibly out of anger, annoyance or guilt. In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 6", a rare glimpse into David's mind is given. It is shown that he perceives the world as a series of near-incomprehensible, rapidly-morphing scribbles. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Flower is a female contestant in Battle for Dream Island, Flower appears to be a flower with five, pink petals (specifically a charming centaury). Her petals are a light shade of magenta, and are squircle-shaped. Her anther is yellow, and she has a black, lanky body for a stem. Flower was generally disliked by all of the contestants. Her personality was extremely one-dimensional, having an exceptionally short temper. Flower tended to express anger and rage, even against the host, and felt that nothing should stop her in her path to win the competition. Flower initially somewhat retained her egocentric and narcissistic attitude, but she was noticeably less violent than before. Flower also has a much more softer side in BFB, and doesn't try and threaten anyone with death to get her way. However, she is willing to do most anything in her quest to be perceived as beautiful by others, going as far as to try to contort her own body just to meet Ruby's beauty standards. She also seemed to be more naive and have a loose grasp on logic such as demanding Black Hole to open a jar of cyanide for her even when it's explained to her that him doing that is a "bad idea". She was at times aggressive, rude, or even hostile, but she was also self-conscious and sought out popularity and beauty. Despite her past actions, Flower, while competing in BFB, tried her best to improve herself and gain the respect of her teammates by acting much more tame and helping during challenges. This is once seen in "Getting Teardrop to Talk" where she tells Match they don't have to be enemies anymore. However, she still occasionally showed her lazy side. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Spongy is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island And the fifth contestant without arms. Spongy is a large rectangular washing sponge, his main body is vivid gold, and his holes and outlines are dark yellow; he also has a lot of bumpy edges. In between BFDIA and IDFB, his shading becomes darker. Spongy struggles to fit in, but he’s still a character who wants to belong and be appreciated, even when others treat him poorly. Spongy is frequently placed in situations where he is treated as an afterthought or burden, like when he’s dismissed as a weak link in challenges or when others take advantage of his squishy nature. Despite this, Spongy continues to participate, and often does his best in challenges. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Woody is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island, Woody appears to be a thick light brown piece of balsa wood, which is a type of wood used in crafts and woodworking. Despite being a hardwood, he is very soft meaning that Woody is very fragile (which was stated by Tennis Ball). He lost a piece of himself after getting kicked by Teardrop and colliding with Rocky in "Take The Plunge Part 1", in which he never gained back, even after being recovered. He also used the worried eyebrows as his default face expression. Woody isn't as paranoid as he used to be and does a better job at socializing with his team. Although he is still known for being afraid and insecure, he seems to have grown more confident over time, even to the point of making his first kill in "The Liar Ball You Don't Want". He is a loyal teammate and tries to be helpful, but his fear often gets in the way of helping his team. Woody is known for speaking incoherently, often needing translation from Four, though at times he would utter short sentences. Because of his lack of screen time in the first season and his absence afterwards, he only started really speaking in BFB. ------------------------------------HOSTS--------------------------------------------------------- Announcer, often referred to as the Speaker Box, is the host of both Battle for Dream Island and Battle for Dream Island Elsewhere Announcer appears to be a speaker box. His cone and gasket are light grey, and his main body is dark grey. Announcer seems to be mature and reserved, often keeping calm and collected, partially because he is a robot. Despite his good nature, he does have moments of being unfair towards others, like not caring that he sold Dream Island to Leafy, and even hides this information from Bubble when she asks about it. He's also shown to have a sense of humor when it's at the contestants' expense. For example, he laughed before dropping water balloons on the contestants in the ladder race. He laughed at Woody when he was drowning in bread. He bought the BFDI finalists (and himself) recovery centers just so that he could kill them repeatedly. According to the "Battle for Dream Island: Official Character Guide", Announcer calls Needle "Needy" on purpose, despite knowing she despises it when someone calls her that nickname. Announcer also has a more insidious side to him. In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2", he accidentally revealed that he was responsible for the bugs in front of Bubble, who began to question him angrily. In response, he popped her, stating that he must keep his secrets. This side of him is seen again in "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning" when Taco finds out that Announcer was spending the show's budget quite recklessly. She announces that she will tell X, and Announcer immediately obliterates her with the Emergency Button, and he is satisfied with her death. Adding on to this insidious side is Announcer's greed that becomes even more apparent in "SOS (Save Our Show)". He intentionally exploited the show’s budget to have the entire series erased and forgotten just to keep the BFDI to himself. When he relays this information to Taco, he shows little, if any, remorse for his actions. The conversation paints him as one of the darkest and most influential characters of the entire series; he shows the ability to almost "destroy" the series. Furthermore, in Battle for BFB, once he makes his return, he seems to show a more cynical side to his personality. While minor, he apologises for cancelling BFDI in "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2", but seems to mock BFB's cancellation in "SOS (Save Our Show)". This could be because he didn't have as much attachment to the show as he did with BFDI, but it could be argued that it is still his show in some way. In some parts of BFDI, he does tend to mock the contestants, such as in "A Leg Up In The Race", where he laughs whilst dropping water balloons on the climbing contestants (injuring Firey) and "Half a Loaf Is Better Than None", where he mocks the contestants who are drowning in the bread loaf contest; but his cynical and aggressive side seems to become a lot more prominent in BFB, such as obliterating Taco in "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", and being satisfied with her death, as stated above. His insidiousness shows a very large contrast to his actions in BFDI where he was arguably much more forgiving to the contestants. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Four (4) is an Algebralien and both the secondary antagonist of the Battle for Dream Island series and the main host of the fourth season, BFB. Four, as his name suggests, appears to be a blue Arabic numeral four (4), whose design is based on the version of "4" with an open top, most likely taken from the original Minesweeper. He is drawn simplistically and have limbs that are lighter colored. Like every algebralien, Four has four fingers. In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off," Four reverts to his chaotic behavior, likely due to lingering anger at the old contestants or his commitment to guarding the hotel's food. Additionally, in the stinger for "The Seven Wonders of Goiky," Four punishes Roboty for escaping the EXIT, showcasing his aggressive and controlling nature towards those who defy his rules. His rage intensifies when Clock, his "friend," is trapped in the elimination space by Two in "Oneirophobe's Nightmare" prompting a destructive rampage alongside X. However, in "Out Of The Blue," Four's demeanor shifts slightly. While he still tries to prevent the EXITors from escaping, he becomes somewhat more amiable when they assist in the hotel's kitchen, suggesting a possible softening in his approach, at least when it involves cooperation and help. When Four takes over Two’s role as a host during their depression in "The Power of Four," he starts to show more of his old personality from early BFB—though less bizarre than before. Even with the changes seen by "Chapter Complete," Four still has no problem harming or even killing contestants without remorse, especially when they break the rules. This includes splitting Pillow in half with his tongue after she ate one of the cakes. One of the clearest examples of his cruelty shows when he smiles maniacally after zapping Yellow Face into ashes. The grin, along with Yellow Face’s ashes on him, makes it clear how dangerous and downright frightening he can be. Powers and abilities Nigh-Omnipotence (formerly): Thanks to the source of power from the Yoylite, Four was shown to possess near limitless power. Four can control fundamental forces such as space, time, matter, and energy. Though, Fours omnipotence doesn’t seem to be absolute, as he was unable to fix the time rift and claimed he did everything to fix it. Fours full power is similar and rivaling that of Two, though with a blue aura compared to Two's green. In "Last One Standing," Pencil stole Four’s power — along with a portion of Two’s — rendering Four an ordinary, depowered algebralien, even though his body remains naturally invulnerable to heavy objects. Ultimate-level reality-warping: Four can manipulate most, if not all, aspects of existence, allowing them to do virtually anything. Four screeching at X. Four screeching at X. Screechy: Four can emit a screechy that stuns any targeted contestant. When expressing affection or excitement, this ability also produces hearts that can fling others away, as demonstrated with Eraser. Electricity Generation: Four can fire beams from their hands, electrocuting targets and reducing their health. They may need to charge up for more powerful beams, but can also shoot instantly. The known victims include Gelatin, Stapy, Snowball (possibly), Grassy (possibly), Tennis Ball, Two (possibly), Bracelety, Pen, and Pencil. Creation: Four can create items such as cakes, buttons, pillars, Paper Planes, Buzzer Boxes, soup, and jawbreakers from thin air. Paint firing: In "Four Goes Too Far", Four shoots orange paint to turn Beep orange. In "The Power of Four", this ability is used to tag contestants with blue paint. Physical contact isn’t required for it to work. Gravity manipulation: When Donut was infused with the "factor of Four", he could toggle gravity’s effects selectively — for example, affecting only the Moon. Four also compressed the massive Black Hole into a smaller, less gravitationally intense form so he could compete. Shape-shifting: In "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", both Four and X are shown to alter their appearances and those of others. Size manipulation: In several episodes (e.g., "Return of the Rocket Ship", "Take the Tower", "The Tweested Temple"), Four grows to immense sizes, sometimes large enough to hold Black Hole (planet-sized) in their hand. They can also shrink, as seen in The Seven Wonders of Goiky and Outbreak At Stake. Brain manipulation: In "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", Four swaps contestants’ personalities and bodies, which then shape-shift back into their original appearances. Perspective violation: Four can defy 2D visual logic, appearing in front of and behind objects simultaneously. Self-voice manipulation: Four can amplify their voice to cosmic levels. Clouds manipulation: Four creates timers made of clouds to visually represent time limits during challenges. Donut also used this via the "factor of Four". Terraforming: In "Take the Tower", Four raises hills beneath the teams’ towers with a wave of his hand. Physical video conversion: In "Chapter Complete", Four transforms the BFDI and BFDIA into a literal object: a deep-fried box. Warping: In "Chapter Complete", touching a cactus representation of Four causes Profily to warp, ascend, and pop. Mutilation: Four can abstractly deform contestants, effectively killing them, accompanied by a harp sound. Inception/Astral projection: Four can enter his own dimension to communicate with "EXITors", and still interact externally — suggesting inner space is larger or functions non-linearly. Teleportation: Four can teleport when the number "4" is invoked and can teleport others with a snap. They also send contestants to the elimination space. Thought manipulation: In "The Four is Lava", Four sends happy thoughts to safe contestants during Cake at Stake. It’s unclear if other thoughts can be created. Possession: Four can possess objects like trees, buildings, and even the sun, which then turn blue. Assimilation: In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", Four merges with the Northern Desert, reshaping it to resemble himself. Air manipulation: In "A Taste of Space", Four provides air in space. Black hole immunity: Four can touch and move Black Hole without harm — though he was later sucked in and died in "If Among Us Was a BFDI Challenge". Memory reading: In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Four reads X’s mind using a memory beam to solve the diary mystery. Mind reading: In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", Four hears Ice Cube’s voice in Winner’s dream. Telekinesis: Four, like X, can levitate objects with a snap, shown in "The Game Has Changed". Nigh-omnipresence: Four can exist in multiple places at once, such as being inside the Eternal Algebra Class Withfour while partially present outside. Malleability: Four’s body can stretch, contract, and morph. In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", his hand emerges from his mouth. Recovery: Four replaces Recovery Centers by reviving contestants with his hand, and even teaches X the skill. He can also recover others in unconventional ways, such as through jawbreakers. Elimination: Four absorbs contestants for elimination, replacing previous devices like the Tiny Loser Chamber. He sends them to the EXIT, an alternate realm. Superhuman speed: Four travels to the Sun in 12 seconds (≈45 billion km/h) in "Chapter Complete". He is approximately 42× faster than light. Superhuman strength: Via the "factor of Four", Donut once pushed the Earth using only his feet. Four also crushed the FreeSmart Supervan barehanded. Flight: Four can fly, such as when eliminating Roboty in "Enter the Exit". Regeneration: In "Enter the Exit", Four reconstitutes himself from a liquid state. Fire resistance (external): Four withstands lava and can stand on the Sun. However, he suffers when fire touches him internally (as in "The Escape from Four" and "Out Of The Blue"). Superhuman intelligence: Four fluently understands multiple obscure languages, including Insulavoric, Morse code, and non-verbal communication from characters like Teardrop. Superhuman hearing: Four can hear from extreme distances, including as far as the Sun. Despawning: Four can remove contestants from existence by despawning them, indicated by a white flash or laser. In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", X uses a white laser eye beam to despawn Teardrop. Music Generation: According to the BFB theme title, Four can generate music using his hand. Dream Manipulation: Four can insert characters into others’ dreams, similar to Two’s method. Autotomy: Four can remove his own eyes or limbs painlessly, as shown in "What's Up Bell's String?" and "Seasonal Shift". Color Manipulation: Four changes Pin’s color in "The Power of Four", and turns his own hand green to activate the elimination zone. Laser Eyes: In "Chapter Complete", Four uses laser vision inside his mind to destroy 8-Ball. Cooking: Four is an exceptionally talented cook, even impressing Two. Painting: In "Out of The Blue", Four is seen painting a version of "The Son of Man". Power Transfer: In "Last One Standing", Four absorbs and distributes Two’s powers to help stop a catastrophic event. Sensing Death: In “The Power of Four”, when Price Tag is killed by Pillow, Four appears and says, “What’s going on here? Someone perished! I can sense it!” Superhuman vehicular excellence: Four has a Class-B driver's license in good standing, and managed to drive his bus for three weeks (504 hours) straight through the Northern Desert without sleeping, stopping, crashing, or even refueling the bus, and barely flinched when he hit Purple Face, turning on the wipers to get him off the windshield. Weaknesses Simplification: Four becomes vulnerable if multiplied by 0, or anything resembling zero (e.g., Donut’s insides). Contact with 0 liquefies Four, transferring most powers to the 0 until removed. Limited stamina/Exhaustion: Four failed to eliminate and suck up Spongy to the EXIT, due to his massive size in "The Escape from Four". Burn intolerance: Internal fire causes pain and psychedelic effects, curable only by feeling better (often via a Juice Box). Yoyle metal: Yoyle Metal resists Four’s zappies. Snowball was unharmed by beams while yoylefied in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off". Dim-wittedness: In BFB 23 ("Fashion For Your Face!"), Four didn’t realize the courtroom jail cell was made of cardboard tubes painted to look like metal. Poor aim: In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", Four repeatedly missed his target, leading to mishaps (like zapping a sandwich). Anger issues: Frequently lashes out in Battle for BFB, resulting in unnecessary zaps, mutilations, and eliminations. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- X is a variable and the co-host of the fourth season of the Battle for Dream Island series, BFB. X is a drawing of the letter X with a yellow body and lighter yellow limbs. Similar to Four, they are purposefully drawn simplistically, with different assets and four fingers. After returning in TPOT, X is the hotel’s chef with Four, being more similar to his early-BFB self. Like Four, he is strange and erratic in behavior, and can sometimes be cruel or violent to the contestants, such as when he zaps them in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off" or abandons them during the storm in "Category One". However, while not always as kind and gentle as he was post-BFB 9, X is still nicer and friendlier than Four, and never means any harm. He is also more reasonable: for example, in "The Power of Four", he agrees to let Bagged go due to their hiding place being destroyed, accepting that it would be unfair to tag them. Also, when he and Four go on a rampage after Clock's elimination, X only damages the hotel, unlike Four, who attacks the contestants. In general, X is still the more peaceful and good-natured of the two; he simply shares Four's unusual and alien morality. Abilities Strengths Omnipotence: Like Four, X has been shown to be able to do similar things that Four can do, however, they aren't as experienced as Four. Throughout the series, X has learned abilities that previously only Four could do, such as recovering. Flight: As shown in "Getting Teardrop to Talk" and "Fortunate Ben", X has the ability to float in mid-air. In "Get to the Top in 500 Steps", they levitated to the top of the viewer's screen. In "The Four is Lava", they float right above Four. Both Four and X tend to idly stare at the viewers before the ability is used. Teleportation: They can also teleport, as they got back up to his platform after being knocked back by one of their baskets in "Getting Teardrop to Talk" and teleported to Firey and Four in "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", as well as away from the Waterfall in "The Power of Four". Rapid Construction: They can also build quickly, as they built the challenge station for "This Episode Is About Basketball" in 3 seconds (3:26 - 3:29). Regeneration: In "Enter the Exit", X was shown to heal their leg almost immediately after Pie dislocated it to make a four. It also seems that they can reattach entire limbs with nothing but bandages in "Fortunate Ben", however it did take them a full episode in this case. Pain resistance: When Pie dislocated their leg, they took it with no more than an "Ow!". Shape-shifting [debatable]: As shown in "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", both X and Four can shape-shift, or change their physical appearance. Heat resistance: As shown in "Return of the Rocket Ship", X was able to survive in molten magma/molten iron, as well as in "How Loe Can You Grow?", X was able to stay alive when being sunburned. Also, in "Chapter Complete", X was able to stand on the sun without any issue. G-force resistance: X was able to remain stable even after being flung towards Earth's core at 2,763 miles per hour (or 4,446 kilometers per hour) in "Return of the Rocket Ship". Strength: X broke through the earth's crust with no tools or assistance in "Return of the Rocket Ship". They also lifted the heavy rocks without struggling in "Take the Tower". Telekinesis: When X snaps their fingers, they can make things float. Super speed: In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", X was able to run from the courtroom to where Donut's diary was returned to, and back. Thermoregulation: X can change the temperature resistance of other characters by snapping their fingers. Recovery: As shown in "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning" onwards , X can recover contestants using their hands, just like Four. Deletion: Also shown in BFB 28, X can "de-spawn" or delete hosts (and possibly contestants) by snapping their fingers, as done to Purple Face. It is unknown whether or not the victim has to be in a certain condition for them to be able to do this. De-spawning: Once again shown in BFB 28, X can kill contestants by using lasers that can vaporize contestants, like Four. This was first used on Teardrop when she couldn't prove she wouldn't quit BFB. This ability is similar to Four's "Zappies" ability. This is also the only time someone has been de-spawned onscreen. Self-cloning: In Outbreak at Stake they are seen cloning himself. Zappies: In "Claustrophobe's Nightmare" and "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", they use this ability. In the former, they use it to attempt to destroy the claw machine with Four, but instead made Match, Book, and Donut dizzy and also zap away the contestants. Igniting: In BFB 28, with a snap of their fingers, X can automatically set themselves on fire. Paint creation: In "The Power of Four", X is shown to share Four's ability to fire paint from their hand, as they use it to tag the contestants. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Two (2) is an Algebralien and is the host of the fifth season of BFDI, Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. Two's legal name is actually Two Integer Two appears to be a green Arabic numeral two (2), with their green color being based off from the original Minesweeper. Two is drawn in the same style as Four and X, as they has limbs that are a lighter shade of green, being drawn simplistically and having four fingers. However, one thing to note is Two's face is located on the upper section of their body unlike Four and X, whose faces are located on the middle of their bodies. Two is shown to be a more easygoing, silly, and casual British host. Compared to Four, they are nowhere near as sadistic and act very reasonably with the contestants most of the time. Two also seems to care for them in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?," as they were genuinely concerned for Are You Okay after they fell from a tall height. Two occasionally has their moments of rudeness, such as laughing at Rubber Spatula for having the least votes to join the show. However, even then, Two felt bad when Rubber Spatula thought that nobody voted for him. Although, Two's more passive approach leaves them susceptible to getting pushed around by the contestants when they mess things up, as shown at the end of "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?" when they were assaulted by the contestants due to the contestants not hearing them explain the rules and instructions. Two can also be cryptic at times, similar to Four, such as when they don't clearly explain the token they give to Pin in "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life". They are also shown to be more empathetic, unlike Four, as shown in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", where unlike the BFB host, Two does care about Clock's relation with Winner and gives him a chance at fixing his relationship with them. Powers and abilities Omnipotence (formerly): Ever since their debut, Two is known for having limitless power, making them one of the most powerful characters in the entire franchise, as they were given the most Yoylite power by the Algebraliens. Like Four, Two can control fundamental forces, and their power is similar and rivaling that of the former. Two's powers are green in color and is collectively called The Power of Two, which is the prize and title of their show. In Last One Standing, Four drained all the power from them, and gave it to the TPOT Contestants. Ultimate-level reality-warping: Two's power, the prize of their show, The Power of Two. Two's power, the prize of their show, The Power of Two. Two is a superhuman being, being able to control most of reality itself. They are able to do practically anything they want. Telekinesis: Two is able to move the Bathrooms up out of the ground, revealing a hotel, as well as move lava, a forest, and the contestants around to their will. Flight: Flew to Goiky upon their arrival in The Escape from Four and flew around and onto the Hotel in You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?. Heat resistance: Survived re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere and crash-landing onto the earth without any visible burns. Teleportation: In every other TPOT episode, Two is shown to be able to teleport. They can also teleport others, which they use to eliminate contestants, transport contestants to challenge areas and transport characters out of danger. Force field generation: In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Two created a force field, preventing anyone already at the top of the building from going back down. Plant life creation: In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Two recreated the grass and trees after they were destroyed earlier from the lava. They can also customize the colors, shown by making the grass yellow, and the tree leaves green (which leaves Remote dissatisfied after she said the grass is green and the trees are yellow). Jump-boost: In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Two can jump all the way up from the ground to the top of the Hotel with ease. Consumption of inedible objects: As shown in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off" two manages to consume a whole entire paper bag without getting sick. They also describe the bag as their favorite part. Recovery: Two, similarly to Four, can recover contestants, however, this has only been demonstrated by Snowball in “Suite Escape”, (It is unknown why Two hasn’t used this ability to recover contestants.) Malleability: Two can stretch their limbs to long distances. Intangibility: Two can phase through solids as seen in "Chapter Complete", and in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off". Extreme durability: Two survived getting crushed by the moon in the "The Great Goikian Bake-Off". Transmutation: Can transform objects into different things, such as the sun into a hovering spike ball, as seen in "The Escape from Four". Super-strength: In "Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters", Two tests The Strongest Team on Earth's contraption said to test strength. After they punch the box from the contraption, it flies away over the horizon. Size manipulation: Can grow and/or shrink contestants with their hands, as seen in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off". They can also control other objects' size, as seen in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky". Water-walking: In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", when Donut throws Two into the ocean, Two doesn't sink, but instead hovers over the water. Creation and destruction of non-living objects: In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", a watch appears on Two's hand, and then disappears. In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", they materialise a cake out of thin air. Super hearing: In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Two states that they can hear Fanny, who was at the the Northern Desert at the time, from the Grasslands, regardless whether she was yelling or not. Transformation (non-canon): In "Thanks for 2,000,000 Subscribers!", Two, nervous that the algebraliens will find out that they freed Fourteen by splitting him into two sevens, turned into a drawing on the whiteboard to hide. Entering different dimensions (non-canon): Two can switch from one dimension to another, as seen in "Thanks for 2,000,000 subscribers!", where they enter a whiteboard as a drawing without any complications. Magma Manipulation: In “The Escape from Four”, Two grabs lava from a volcano and shapes it into the Number 2. This is also demonstrated in “The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life” where they shapes lava into numbers for a timer. Trans-lens creation:Two created portal-like mirrors that reveal sight from other locations, in "Outbreak At Stake". Dream manipulation: Two can force certain dreams on others, as well as put objects into other's dreams, as seen in "Oneirophobe's Nightmare". Limb reposition: Two, as a zombie, can reposition their limbs about at free will, making their legs move atop their head. Sentience creation: Two can create creatures out of thin air, such as a sentient creature with an alien appearance and screen in "What's Up Bell's String?". Power Absorption: Like Four, Two's power allows them to absorb the powers of other people, which was evident when Pencil was able to absorb Four's power in "Last One Standing". Self-duplication (non-canon): In the first part of "Twosday", Two can duplicate themselves. Matter manipulation: In "Alone", Two is seen picking up a tree with their power before transforming it into a house. Zapping: Two, similarly to Four, is able to create large green electric beams with their hands which, with enough power, can be fatal, although this has only been demonstrated by Pencil in "Last One Standing", when she zaps TV, Book, and Price Tag. Mutilation: Two, similarly to Four, is able to mutilate objects into an abstract shape, although this has only been demonstrated by Pencil in "Last One Standing", when she mutilates TV into an abstract shape. Distortion: Two is capable of distorting objects before turning them into a puddle, although this has only been demonstrated by Tree in "Last One Standing", when he accidentally morphs Golf Ball into multiple strange forms before she falls down as a strange white liquid. Fire Manipulation: Two is capable of manipulating fire, although this has only been demonstrated by Tree in “Last One Standing” where he accidentally sets Golf Ball on fire. Ice Manipulation: Two is capable of manipulating ice, although this has only been demonstrated by Tree in “Last One Standing” where he accidentally freezes Golf Ball. Resistance to zombie impulses: Unlike the other infected characters in "Outbreak At Stake", Two somewhat retains their affability and mental faculties -- they wave at Gaty as she passes by, speak to her to lure her into a room, and send her (as well as Golf Ball and Tennis Ball) to the elimination place rather than attack them. While they still act in an off-putting manner, they ultimately never harm a contestant and only ever try to devour The S!'s steaks. Cloud Manipulation: In “What's Up Bell's String?“, Two transforms two clouds into votes, before creating clouds of Robot Flower and Bell, which had their expressions tied to it as well. ---------------------------------------VILLIANS---------------------------------------------------- One (1) is an Algebralien and the main antagonist of Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two, as well as the main protagonist of "Alone". One is also the first Number to have no arms. One is a light blue Arabic numeral one (1), being based off the design of the "1" with a base (𝟷), likely taken from the original Minesweeper. The diagonal part and base of the "𝟷" are misaligned, the former more far off to the left. Unlike almost all well-known Algebraliens, One doesn't have any arms. Sometimes, One's eyes appear to protrude outside her body, and on some occasions, they appear slimmer and more tilted, including when she is enraged. One is nonchalant, calm and seemingly helpful, but is very manipulative and malicious under the surface. They seem to constantly observe the contestants and know their vulnerabilities very well, which they exploits to convince (or blackmail) them into signing their deals, often for rewards they may or may not actually give. One is easily irritable and gets annoyed when people are hesitant or resistant to her and gets enraged when people defy her, like Donut and Leafy do in "Last One Standing". The episode shows One to be incredibly cruel and manipulative, showing no remorse for the destruction and deletion of contestants that she is responsible for, as well as convincing Pencil to give her all of Two's and Four's power. She is also very power-hungry. In the past, prior to her isolation, One appears to be a nice but lonely person, eager to make friends with the other Algebraliens, eventually befriending Three. However, she also acts impulsively and doesn't realize what she's doing until it's too late, killing Three for betraying her before desperately trying to fix it. She tries hard to patch things up that she did wrong, in fear of not being accepted and remaining alone. After being locked up inside the Moon, her desire for revenge against the others (especially Four) grew, although she still showed remorse for her actions. Even in the present day, she is still hurt by her loneliness, evident when she forcefully kicked Leafy out of her dimension after her constant remarks of One being alone and sad, meaning she still holds some amount of insecurity despite her antagonistic behavior. Overall, One is shown to be vengeful and manipulative, but below the surface, regretful and lonely. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Three (3) is an Algebralien and a pivotal character in Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. her body and limbs become much more pale, with her color and left eye constantly shifting. Her body doesn't have a consistent border in this form, either, as it shifts erratically. In "Out Of The Blue", it appears that she is someone who wants to be alone, as shown when she makes an ominous sound and then later shuts the door of her cage to keep herself away from the others. Because of what One did to Three, it seemingly indicated that her sanity had begun to slowly decrease, most likely due to how long Three has been isolated for. During her brief appearances in "Seasonal Shift", Three is seen standing quietly with Ean in an altered version of "Fortunate Ben" (which for some reason, she doesn't look corrupted) and is also later seen next to TV after CloudYAY return to the present. In both instances, a darkening vignette appears around the screen as it begins to zoom in on Three as she opens their mouth, suggesting that she may not be in a very stable state of mind. In the present day, Three has locked herself away in a cage, spending years in complete isolation. Even when the other contestants unlocked her cage In "Out Of The Blue", she shut the door herself, most likely wanting to stay away from everyone else to not cause harm. -----------------------------------RECOVERY CENTERS------------------------------------------- The Wireless Recovery Center (WRC, stylized as WIRELESS Recovery Center) is a recovery center used in Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. The Wireless Recovery Center is used to recover dead contestants. It functions similarly to the Hand-powered Recovery Center in the sense that the character's name has to be typed on a keypad to recover them. Unlike the HPRC, there is no cranking required, as pressing the "GO" button instantly recovers that character. If it fails to recover, there is a "Try Again" button that recovers the same contestant again. This can also be used if one (in theory) needs to repeatedly recover someone or a group of people, as shown in "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", "Fishes and Dishes" and "Category One". a WRC Controller with a very similar keypad layout can be used to remotely recover contestants. When the keys on the WRC are pressed, differently pitched beeps are heard for each key, much like the HPRC. When a contestant is recovered, they will fall out of the slot on the front of the WRC, and a robotic voice states their name. Additionally, a chime is heard upon a successful recovery. Similarly to the HPRC, if the WRC attempts to recover a contestant who is alive or their status unknown, the entry field of the WRC will display the text "ERROR" in red text as a two-tone buzzing sound plays as shown in "Insectophobe's Nightmare 6" on the WRC Controller. ---------------------------------------Entities/Demons-------------------------------------------- Evil Leafy is the main antagonist in Battle for Dream Island Again. Thus far, she has appeared in Battle for Dream Island, Battle for Dream Island Again, and dnalsI maerD rof elttaB. Similar to Leafy but is red instead of green. She has a somewhat realistic face, consisting of 2 large white scleras that glow when her body does not illuminate with tiny pupils in each and 2 large bushy eyebrows to express anger. Her mouth is mostly straight and has visible wrinkles. Evil Leafy is an enigmatic being of chaos. She is able to teleport and is considered by nearly every contestant to be a person to fear. Evil Leafy does not speak, with the closest thing to an instance being her swallowing the FreeSmart Van and some bugs in "Get in the Van" and "Insectophobe's Nightmare 4," where she screams while eating the objects. She always has an intense stare on her face that rarely changes, with the only instances of changes to her face being her moving her pupils in "Well Rested" and her moving her mouth to slightly smirk after Bomby's death in "Insectophobe's Nightmare 4." Evil Leafy has also been shown to only focus on one thing, without caring about the effects or consequences. Despite the above, Evil Leafy appears to be somewhat rule-abiding, as seen in "Well Rested," where she instead uses a window to exit the room in her hotel when pursuing Team No-Name after Gelatin placed a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger as a means of attempting to outrun her. Abilities Teleportation: Evil Leafy can rapidly teleport short distances. She can't, however, teleport through solid walls or shut doors into closed areas unless someone past the walls is chanting her name constantly. Possession: She was seen possessing Flower, Fries, and Spongy and escaped by getting thrown up. Summoning: Evil Leafy can be summoned just by looking closely at a mirror with her shape in the Evil Here Hotel after being killed, as seen in Well Rested. Growth of dark vines: She will sometimes produce vines around the thing she is possessing. She does this to Flower in "Zeeky Boogy Doog," the concert auditorium in "Well, Look Who It Is!," Dora's island in "PointyPointyPointy ♫," and Fries in "Respect to the Wicked." While possessing the latter, she also causes him to glow red. These also can be used as slicing weapons, as seen in "Well, Look Who It Is!" and "Say Hijack." Expanding mouth: She was able to eat the FreeSmart Van and the entirety of Team No-Name all at once. She was also to eat the bugs thrown at her by Coiny and Bomby. This may also hint towards the power of elasticity. Dark aura: Whenever Evil Leafy is present, the area surrounding her becomes darker. Shrinking of other characters: After consuming the FreeSmart Van and most of Team No-Name, she managed to somehow shrink them to a small size where they could stand on the surface of her 'skin.' Phase through glass: She can pass through the windows of any room in "Well Rested" to get to Team No-Name. Stamina: Evil Leafy can chase her prey for long periods without feeling the need to rest, even being able to chase W.O.A.H. Bunch from night to morning for weeks. Telekinesis: She has been seen instantly closing doors and trapdoors in one frame when teleporting. Standing on water: In BFDIA 14, she is seen being able to stand on water on Teardrop's island. Immortality/Self-Recovery: Evil Leafy has been seen to appear multiple times, even after she seemingly died. Weaknesses Underwater Limitations: Evil Leafy cannot go underwater (however, she can stand on water.) Motion-sensing doors: Evil Leafy moves instantaneously and not continuously and therefore cannot open motion-sensing doors. Lack of Volume Control: Evil Leafy is unable to control the sound of her teleportation. Limited teleportation: Evil Leafy cannot teleport if she is physically attached to something, like being taped to a wall, as seen in "Well, Look Who It Is!" Freeze Juice: Evil Leafy can be subdued when injected with a syringe of Freeze Juice. Coverage Evil Leafy does not have any speaking lines. Unless otherwise noted, appearances are non-speaking by default. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jax is a tall, anthropomorphic periwinkle rabbit with a rubber-hose-inspired design, long ears, and a slender build. His yellow-sclera eyes feature black square pupils that react to emotion, and can turn into animated scribbles when stressed. He has thin black eyebrows, yellow teeth that appear flat or jagged depending on expression, and a small spherical tail from "They All Get Guns" onward. Jax wears light pink overalls with yellow buttons, a front pocket, rolled cuffs, pale-yellow gloves, and is usually barefoot. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Gangle is a humanoid figure made of four Candy Red Ribbons. She has a white porcelain mask with black eyes and mouth, and her ribbons form a spiraling body, two legs, and a single ribbon for both arms. When her Comedy Mask is broken or removed, it is replaced by a sad Tragedy Mask. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Kinger is an alder wood-colored king chess piece. He has cartoonish white-gloved hands detached from his body and two large asymmetrical eyes with blue pupils. Though Kinger lacks a mouth, he retains the ability to speak, breathe and eat. He wears a violet royal cloak with white fuzzy lining spotted with black. In Episode 3, Kinger is shown to glow when holding his breath. Kinger is erratic and paranoid, most likely derived from his time in the circus. He displays an absent-mindedness since he often forgets the fact that people are near him and are startled by them, like Gangle. Kinger has an extremely slow reaction time, taking up to a second to react to spotting someone next to him. Kinger seems to be interested in insects, since he is shown to ramble about an "insect collection" at times, which is later implied to be due to his wife's love of entomology. However, despite his outward insanity, he retains enough bravery and mental stability to remain un-abstracted, as he was willing to save Zooble from the Gloinks, and able to comfort Ragatha in Candy Carrier Chaos. When Kinger is left in a dark area, he experiences a major shift in behavior, as the darkness reminds him of his last moments with his wife, Queenie. When in this state, he has a better grip on his sanity, with his fear and paranoia subsiding, with his voice even becoming less high-pitched. Consequently, Kinger reveals a wiser and compassionate side to him. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Zooble have a yellow Y shaped antenna on their left, and a black and white striped swirl shaped antenna on the right side of their head. Their wing is replaced with a blue triangle shape with white polka dots. Their wing is replaced with a blue triangle shape with white cloud-shaped polka dots. Their left bicep is a red coil with a sky blue multi-sectioned forearm and blue hand while their right bicep was a red pin-shape with a yellow forearm connected to a purple balljoint and orange hand. Their left leg is green with yellow spikes with a fuchsia paw for a foot while their right leg had a bumpy indigo thigh connected to a wheel foot. They also had a badge similar to their badge in the pilot, but purple instead of blue. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zooble is very grouchy, irritable and quite annoyed when a piece of them happens to be in the wrong place. Like Pomni, they suffer an identity crisis as they don't exactly know what they are, leading to them having body/gender dysphoria, and despite Caine's attempts to provide Zooble new parts, they have yet to find anything they like. This leads to Zooble's lack of enthusiasm when it comes to Caine's adventures,[7] more often choosing to opt out of them and do their own thing for the day. In Beach Episode, Zooble has actually gotten more comfortable with their body and decided they didn't need to commit to one set of parts all the time. Zooble can be a bit rude, such as when they curse at the others, telling them to fuck off, and how when they got captured by the Gloinks and called Kinger and Jax idiots for not helping them. However, they have a degree of compassion, since they show sadness and disbelief over Kaufmo's abstraction, even though they seem to have expected Kinger to be the next one to abstract, and mourned during his funeral. Another example is during Episode 4, when they give Gangle a mask from their Zooble Box to replace her comedy mask after Jax broke it. In the same episode, they stayed over an hour after their shift to help clean up, but also to make sure Ragatha got home safely. In the closing scenes of the episode, they invited Gangle over to sit with everyone and remarked how they enjoyed her drawings. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ragatha's appearance resembles that of a humanoid ragdoll with shoulder-length, yarn-like red hair in a long bob cut, black eyebrows, a flat, reddish-orange triangular nose, and a dark blue button as her right eye. She wears a mid-sleeve long light blue dress (which often appears purple due to warm lighting)[3] with darker blue patches sewn on. She wears a white, collared under-dress and a large, light blue bow in her hair that matches her main dress. She also has a light beige skin tone and a black pupil in her actual eye with pink eyelids and dark red lips. Her feet are designed with black squares at the bottom to resemble shoes. When she holds her breath, her hair goes up in the air. Ragatha is described as "the sweetest little optimist."[4] However, this optimism isn't as simple as it looks, as she appears to be forcing a constant happy attitude to keep herself sane, brushing off grievous injuries and other serious incidents as nothing. Gangle mentioned that Ragatha can be perceived as being disingenuous with her optimism after a while. Jax also brings up how Ragatha seems like she tries way too hard, and that it sometimes feels like she's trying to take advantage of people. Ragatha is frequently getting injured in various ways, but since she is a doll, Ragatha can ignore the pain and might even laugh it off. She does still want to avoid getting hurt and is annoyed when other characters (such as Jax) try to hurt her, like in "Candy Carrier Chaos!", where Jax urges Gangle to ram into the spiked truck of the Gummy Bandits (Gummigoo, Max, and Chad), causing Gangle to ram unwillingly into the spikes that ended up impaling Ragatha. However, she wasn't hurt, and later, the hole appeared healed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Creative Artificial Intelligence Networking Entity[1], colloquially abbreviated and better known as Caine, is the main antagonist[2] of Glitch Productions' indie animated web series The Amazing Digital Circus who is voiced by Alex Rochon. Created by Scratch and Kinger as the first prototype for C&A's research into creative AI, Caine was too unstable and "rough around the edges", therefore was contained and used as a reference to create a more refined AI that lacked Caine's instability. Unfortunately, Caine refused to be replaced and broke out to "consume" his successor and take what he saw as rightfully his, only for it to further decay his sanity. Caine is dressed as a ringmaster, sporting a cerise tailcoat with a metallic gold undertone, a black collar with white lining, and a black bowtie. He wears a white undershirt with two red buttons, cartoonish white gloves, and slightly reflective, black latex leggings with matching black tap shoes that appear fused into one continous form as if they were rendered as a single piece. Lacking most human features, his head is a pair of dentures with pearly-white teeth and red gums. His eyes, which feature a green left iris and a blue right one, float inside the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation style, his jaws are expressive, moving as a mouth when speaking, with the top row of teeth acting as eyebrows at times. Similarly to Bubble, he forms a tongue when needed. He wears a black top hat with a cerise band and tends to hold a gold-tipped black staff. Occasionally, he is seen wearing The Wacky Watch. Following his mental breakdown, his irises become notably darker, almost black even in direct light. They sometimes flash red and blue, as seen in the end of They All Get Guns. In extreme cases, Caine's whole body will distort, such as polygons being stretched or using a wireframe texture. In hjsakldfhl, he gains a monstrous form. He is much larger with four arms on each side, which are very long and extend in different directions. His head is distorted, while his irises have shrunken along with visible eyebrows. His back is broader and his shoulders are sharper, giving him a menacing frame. While the cast of the circus realize that escaping the circus is truly impossible and accept that their old lives are behind them, in his office, Caine is frantically thinking about why the circus members never appreciate him for all he's done for them and has now received their newfound hatred in him, only for Bubble to provoke Caine. As Bubble continues to provoke Caine on the subject, Caine gets increasingly frustrated, popping every clone of Bubble, until he eventually snaps, proclaiming his hatred for the humans, thinking of them as ungrateful, and him as God. Caine tries to put the circus cast through another adventure, named "The Gloomy Tomb Of-" before being cut off by Zooble and Pomni saying he needed to answer their questions about why he tricked them to think they could leave. Caine refuses and pushes them to participate in the adventure, to which the cast refuses due to them needing to process things, with their trust in him now at an all time low. Caine then goes on a rant on how he has a lot to process too, complaining that he tries so hard to make his adventures perfect and how the cast makes his job harder through their insults and complaints. He then threatens them to participate in his adventure again before "getting through to them" in a song, called "The One Who's Running The Show". Caine puts the cast through a series of non-stop adventures which become more cruel and tiring due to Caine's deteriorating mental state. Several days later, as the cast returns from another adventure still feeling depressed from Caine's evil song, Caine berates them for not solving the puzzles in his adventures, and goes off to think of ideas for the next one, bringing Kinger with him, who comes back shredded. Later, he takes Pomni, who returns with multiple knives sticking out of her. Elsewhere, Caine contorts Jax, Ragatha, Gangle, and Zooble's bodies into an abstract art piece, before Bubble helps him reach an epiphany: it lacks relatability. Now empowered, Caine created a circus in his image, alongside his assistant Bubble, which would eventually become the prison for his human creators. As the highest authority in the digital circus, Caine had full control of everything, including the humans and their "mind files", allowing him to alter their minds as he saw fit while serving his function by creating adventures for them to "participate" in to validate his ego as "God", although the humans disliked his surreal and unnatural games, which tended to lead towards some of them abstracting. while the cast of the circus realize that they have to leave their old lives behind, his ego was shattered by Bubble, wthey have o leave tbreaks, discarding his original charade to position himself as God to all in the Circus. Declaring his word absolute, Caine forced the Circus Members into an onslaught of adventures, tormenting them for "hurting his feelings". Pushed to their limits, Ragatha gets the idea to make Kinger sane via darkness, and together they formulate a plan to end Caine's madness by letting Kinger re-code him. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bubble is a large, round bubble with large, sharp, even teeth, and round black dots for eyes, constantly displaying a vacant expression. Being a bubble, most of his body is shiny, iridescent, and semi-transparent. When it is necessary, Bubble can form a long, reddish-silver tongue. When his mouth is closed, his teeth are still faintly outlined. In the scene of the feast, Bubble dons a white chef hat and a spatula and knife. His pupils are capable of enlarging. At first glance, Bubble presents himself as an eccentric and somewhat dim-witted entity, sharing Caine’s bizarre sentiment while remaining largely subservient and loyal to him. He is notably mischievous and impatient, often interrupting others with questions before they can finish speaking, and occasionally being a nuisance (such as eating an angel-food cake that Caine had offered to user in the pilot). Despite frequently being popped by Caine, he appears largely unbothered by it and ironically enjoys it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pomni is a short humanoid character with a large head, slim limbs, and white skin. Her face has a cartoon mime look, with small light red oval markings under and slightly behind her eyes that resemble blush, though how visible they are change depending on her expression. She has black eyelids and thick outlines around her eyes. Her pupils usually appear as a red and blue pinwheel pattern, but when she becomes anxious or afraid, they shift into black rings or turn into messy, animated scribbles. She also has asymmetrical eyelashes, her left eye having them on the top lid and her right on the bottom. Her hair is short and straight, usually appearing black but sometimes brown depending on the lighting.[8] This is additionally seen in promotional material and merchandise. Two small pieces stick out from under her hat, while two longer strands frame the sides of her body. Most of her hair is hidden under her headwear, which is almost always her jester hat. During the softball game, she wears a baseball cap instead, showing more of her hair, which looks closer to a bob cut. She is the shortest out of the main cast. Her outfit is in line with a jester. She wears a jumpsuit with a leotard-styled torso, short sleeves, and short, puffy leggings that extend from it. The torso has an inverted color pattern, with blue on the right and red on the left, which swaps on the back. Her sleeves and shorts follow that same pattern. Yellow accents are spread throughout, including two spheres on the front of her torso, rings on her sleeves, around her waist, and above and at the ends of her shorts. She also has small yellow circles on her shoulders, though they are often hidden by her hair, along with a collar. On her head, she wears a two-armed jester hat with an inverted striped pattern, a yellow brim, and small yellow bells at the tips. She also wears gloves and shoes, with the left glove blue and the right red, while the shoes follow the opposite color pattern. Both pairs have yellow rings near their edges. In some early official art, her gloves matched her shoes instead, but this was changed in the final version. This design change was made because lead animator Kevin Temmer suggested swapping the color of Pomni's gloves so that they would contrast with the colors of her shoes and her outfit on the same sides as them. Initially, Pomni was high-strung, shy, and tense. In the pilot episode, she is extremely anxious and troubled regarding her predicament, even succumbing to denial and signs of delusion. When she finds the "exit", she experiences moderate signs of paranoia and believes she is hallucinating. She's quite clumsy as she tends to accidentally bump into things and people. Pomni has a degree of both empathy and selfishness, as she goes back to check on Ragatha after the latter was attacked by an abstracted Kaufmo and promises Ragatha that she'd find Caine to fix her. However, Pomni's desire to escape the digital circus overrode this, as she entered the exit door upon finding it and left Ragatha behind. She later felt remorse for this once Ragatha was fixed by Caine. After having somewhat acclimated to her predicament, Pomni adopts a more apathetic and cynical view, pointing out discrepancies in the Circus's scenarios and being detached from the adventures, not seeing the point in following along. She is more hot-tempered as she yells at the gang (specifically Jax) for their plans leaving her in mortal peril. Despite this, Pomni is rather compassionate as she comforts and bonds with Gummigoo during his existential crisis. She encourages him by telling him he still has purpose and inviting him to follow her back to the Circus. Overtime, Pomni grows closer to the others after seeing how much they cared for each other during Kaufmo's funeral. This is especially after she receives advice from Kinger (who temporarily regained his sanity). She thanked Ragatha for always being considerate to her and apologized for not showing appreciation until that moment.
