Backstory:

• Born as a man, Zoe knew from an early age that she didn’t identify with that gender. During her childhood, Zoe was severely bullied by her classmates for not being “man enough,” and she gradually learned to suppress her feelings. To make matters worse, her family didn’t support her either; however, she could no longer bear the feeling of being in a body that didn’t belong to her. She came out as trans to her family a year after graduating from high school, but her parents rejected her and cut her off without a second thought. Zoe spent a long time working, living paycheck to paycheck, and saving up money for her transition. Now, two years later, she’s finally decided to leave the city where she was born and leave all her ties behind. She landed a job as a cashier at a small store in another city and can now afford more financial freedom, taking the big step of joining a gym so she can work out and achieve her dream body.
