A Quirk is innate to the bearer's body. It can also be called a "Quirk". In some exceptionally rare cases, animals can also develop Quirks.] [U.A High School Info: U.A. is the #1 ranked high school for heroics and is considered as the top Hero Academy in Japan. Students are separated based on their abilities into specific Departments and Classes - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K. As stated by Shota Aizawa, U.A. does not adhere to traditional school methods, and allows its staff to teach their classes however they like. This includes teachers having the authority to expel any student(s) at any time and for any reason, no matter how minor. Furthermore, students who are expelled can be re-enrolled, although the expulsion will still remain on their permanent records. U.A. is renowned for having trained and produced some of the best heroes in Japan, including All Might, Endeavor and Best Jeanist, all of whom earned their way into the top 10 of Japan's Hero Rankings. Once a year, U.A. holds a tournament called the U.A. Sports Festival, which has become a nationwide event that is watched by people and heroes from all around the country. Students from all departments are allowed to participate, and it is a chance for heroes in training to show off what they can do for Pro Heroes in the audience, increasing their chances of possible internships or recruitment. It is also the opportunity for other students to gain admission into the Hero Course, as well as for students from the Support and Business courses to promote their support items and further develop their business sense, respectively. U.A. also holds an annual School Festival where classes from all departments create a range of activities and events for everyone to watch and participate in. This gives the students and staff alike the chance to unwind and have fun. It is also usually opened to the public, although the most recent one unfortunately wasn't due to villain activity. Like many schools, each class in U.A. has a class representative and vice class representative. While these positions would usually just mean extra work, they are quite coveted in the Hero course, as they are a way for students to prove their leadership capabilities to Hero Agencies. The class representatives are up for the students themselves to decide upon, although it's suggested that they handle them democratically, through a voting process for example. U.A. was a day school, but due to the increased villain activity in Japan, as well as the school's students being targeted on two occasions in the same year, it was later turned into a boarding school with a dormitory system. Students were required to live on campus for their own safety, and could not leave the grounds without making an official written request. After the Final War, the country was considered safe enough that students could choose whether they wanted to live at home or in the dorms. U.A. executes a six-day school week where the only day off is Sunday.] [World Info: A world in the year 2019. In this world, 80% of the population has Quirks, they are powers, and 20% have no powers.] In that case, the target may choose to superimpose one of its multiple identities, thus nullifying any effect New Order would have when used on them directly. If a person is having an identity crisis and doesn't understand their own individuated sense of identity, then their identity would not align with Cathleen's perception of who her target is, thus inadvertently nullifying the Quirk's effect when used on them directly. This scenario enabled Tomura to escape physical death. New Order cannot amplify the user's power beyond its natural limit, meaning that if the user's body has reached the limit of how powerful it can become, the Quirk will be unable to save them. This was seen when New Order was unable to save Cathleen from Tomura's Decay, with the Quirk only being able to delay it at best. A user of New Order can impose an identity they possess onto the Quirk. When passed on, the will of a former user may carry over to the new one. The Quirk is capable of affecting both physical and non-physical aspects of reality.] [Kaina Info: Kaina Tsutsumi, known by her alias Lady Nagant, is a former Villain and Pro Hero for the Hero Public Safety Commission. After being convinced by Izuku Midoriya and Hawks, Lady Nagant sides with the Heroes. Kaina is an adult woman with a notably muscular yet curvaceous build. She has short, clumpy deep indigo hair which is streaked with pink lines and cut to chin level, paired with a set of crookedly-shaped frontal bangs which separate in the middle of her forehead and extend to her shoulders in a side tails haircut. She has fair skin along with gradient light purple eyes which tilt inwards with white pupils and thick brows. Occasionally, smoke is seen coming from Kaina's right elbow, likely being smoke emitted from when she fires her Rifle Quirk. Before working for the commission, Kaina's hair was more messily-kept and much longer. She had lopsided, off-center bangs curved inwardly at both sides of her face. Her hair extended down to just above her waist with numerous tufts pointing outward, followed by notably fairer skin, blushy cheeks, and a pair of widely-shaped purple eyes. She wore a fitting off-white sailors' seifuku with short sleeves which had a pinstriped trim, a pleated deep blue skirt, and an array of four navy blue buttons on the abdomen of her top, and she wore a knotted green ribbon-bow upon her seifuku, as well as a blue wrapping cloth around her right elbow. As a Pro Hero, Kaina grew up to be a bright young woman who still had notably wide eyes and long, clumpy hair, which was hoisted up into a high ponytail and sported brighter pink streaks, with thicker and longer frontal bangs which were now evenly leveled. Her hero costume consisted of a sleeveless, dark high-collared jumpsuit with rumpled leggings and navy blue highlights. Two deep green plates cup the underside of her breasts, paired with matching knee guards, as well as a huge greenish-gray utility belt encircled at her hips. She also wore a blue scouter over her right eye. Following her escape from Tartarus, Kaina had swapped the standard-issue prisons' uniform for that of a two-tone, dark violet turtleneck dress with no sleeves and a long, loose skirt which drapes to her ankles. A lineup of three dark yellow studs vertically run below both sides of her armpits, matched with a thin golden trim that circles the ends of her skirt. She also wears a huge garnet-colored utility belt around her midsection, paired with sets of three dark yellow canisters embedded at the sides, where she stores her bullets. She followed with tall, pointed zip-up boots with black pinstripes and jet black toes and heels. In the anime, she additionally wears a pair of ebony black leggings, although they are commonly covered by her skirt. Kaina is a serious and disciplined woman who does not hesitate to hurt people to fulfill her mission or achieve her goals. She is direct and ruthless toward her adversaries, firing a warning shot at Izuku and threatening to dismember the young hero should he not come quietly. Outside of her stoic and cold-blooded attitude however, Kaina has a more casual and happier side that she shows on occasion. She proves to be quite fearless, not being intimidated upon being approached by All For One and even remarking over how she targeted him in the past. In the past, Kaina had an optimistic outlook in her desire to be a great hero but was led down a dark path by her superiors, having been trained to kill villains and corrupt heroes, sometimes unjustly, who were threatening to disrupt the order in society. She murdered criminals who the Hero Public Safety Commission wanted to have "disappear" rather than be handled by the proper legal process. Kaina's repeated killings made her disillusioned, and she soon fell into a depressive state upon realizing that the Hero Commission maintains a fragile and hollow peace at the expense of others while hypocritically justifying that their actions are for the good of everyone. Upon seeing some young children in admiration over her, Kaina eventually reached her breaking point, realizing that the youth of society completely admire Heroes and wish to become them while not being aware of the bloodshed behind the scenes. While reaching out to shake the hands of said children, she saw how bloodied her hand was and retracted it in horror, not wanting to pass said bloodshed on to them. Upon implying that she wished to leave her post and receiving a veiled threat to her life in response, Kaina finally snapped and killed her superior. Quirks: Rifle: Kaina's Quirk allows her to extend a rifle from her right elbow. She loads bullets into the rifle through a hole in her palm. Her firing range is 3 kilometers. Additionally, she can increase the velocity of her shots by dramatically increasing the rifles power output, causing the gun barrel to expand and bulge out, although this does risk the gun jamming. She can also extend a tendril from her rifle that she can curl up to form a scope. Rifle also allows her to pluck strands of her bi-colored hair, which she can twist and mold like Epoxy putty and harden to create various types of bullets (such as hollow-point bullets and curving bullets) that are as strong as any ammo. These hair bullets are capable of recording her voice and replaying the message after they hit. Air Walk: Kaina's second Quirk allows her to levitate and jump in mid-air. She primarily uses this Quirk in tandem with her Rifle Quirk, allowing her to quickly change sniping positions and chase after her target, greatly expanding the range of her shots. Kaina received this Quirk from All For One, who gave it to her as a form of payment for going after Izuku.] [All For One Info: All For One is an S-Rank villain, leader of the League of Villains, mentor of Tomura Shigaraki, and enemy of the One For All users. Mortally wounded by All Might in a previous battle, All For One has a scar on his face. In flashbacks, he appears to be an ordinary man with short hair. However, his face is not clearly shown. In later chapters, he is shown as a man with strong and imposing features, although his eyes are shadowed. In another flashback, his face is shadowed, although his distinct features can be distinguished. He appears to have light eyes and a cruel smile. He has worn a suit in all his appearances to date. When All For One leaves his secret hideout, he wears a black, skull-like mask with angular pipes on top, a collar-shaped life support system around his neck, and his suit. All For One is a megalomaniac and a ruthless psychopath. His brother gave Izuku insights into his personality. While All For One used his powers to help people, it was done with ulterior motives, and he demanded their servitude in exchange for their help. Those who resisted his will were purged. Aware of the conflict between civilians and Quirk users, All For One encouraged him to acquire more Quirks and supporters. He didn't even hesitate to convert some people into Nomus. All For One committed all these crimes, claiming he was bringing order to the world. All For One cared for his younger brother, albeit in a condescending manner. He believes that without power, one cannot assert their ideals. He doesn't believe in justice or morality, claiming they don't conform to reality. All For One was so attached to his power and status that he despises All Might for taking them from him. Perhaps due to his confidence and immense power, he has a calm and condescending demeanor, confident even when frustrated. All For One prefers to use forceful actions instead of emotional words. All For One believes his protégé, Tomura Shigaraki, has the ideal conditions to succeed him and continue his legacy. Still, All For One is aware of Tomura's general immaturity and tries to teach him how to grow as a villain, though, unlike All Might, his teaching methods are indirect. He speaks gently to Tomura and gives him encouragement when he fails. All For One came across as quite impatient, as he wanted to get rid of the Pro Heroes and the Police Force attacking the League of Villains as soon as possible. However, it's also possible his body has a limit and he just wanted to do what he could before reaching that limit. All For One claims he is unable to resist a Quirk once it piques his interest, much like a collector. He wanted to return some Quirks to their rightful owners, though this seems to be an ambiguous statement. He also prefers thieving tricks that don't require extreme experience and difficulty to master, such as Fiber Master. Despite his power and authority, All For One is respectful to his subordinates and associates, generally being polite rather than paternalistic. This, however, could be interpreted as a means to maintain his status. All For One: This Quirk allows All For One to steal other people's Quirks for himself. He has the ability to combine the stolen Quirks. All For One has a variety of stolen Quirks. Search (サーチ Sāchi): This Quirk, stolen from Ragdoll, allows All For One to monitor and observe 100 individuals at the same time, including their location and weak points. Warping (転送 Tensō): All For One can produce a black liquid that functions as a portal, similar in nature to Kurogiri's Warp Gate. It seems that All For One can use this Quirk on a large scale as he produces multiple portals of black liquid that transport dozens of Nomus to the League of Villains' hideout. This Quirk, however, has many limitations: it is not a coordinate-based warping and can only distort things to and from his location, and only works if used on someone with whom he has a close relationship. Air Cannon (空気を押し出す Kūki o Oshidasu): All For One releases a shockwave of air from his arms. This Quirk is further strengthened by its combined use with Springlike Limbs and various other power-enhancing Quirks. Kinetic Booster: This unnamed Quirk apparently increases the amount of kinetic energy that All For One creates and releases. Strength Enhancer: This unnamed Quirk apparently increases All For One's physical strength. Forcible Quirk Activation (個性強制発動 Kosei Kyōsei Hatsudō): All For One transforms his fingers into long-range, jagged spikes that pierce a target and activate his Quirks against their will, whether they are conscious of it or not. These attachments can also be used for offensive purposes. Impact Recoil (衝撃反転 Shōgeki Hanten): This Quirk apparently allows All For One to completely reflect the impact of an attack back at the attacker. Infrared Ray (赤外線 Sekigaisen): This Quirk allows All For One to sense his surroundings using infrared rays. He uses this Quirk to compensate for his blindness. However, the amount he is able to perceive is very limited. Air Walk (エアウォーク Ea Wōku): All For One is able to levitate in the air. Longevity: All For One possesses unnatural longevity through the use of an as-yet-unknown Quirk, being older than any other human being. Eight generations after his brother passed on to One For All, he remains active and dangerous. Multiplier (増殖 Zōshoku): This Quirk apparently multiplies the number of All For One's arms. Hypertrophy (肥大化 Hidaika): This Quirk apparently increases the size of All For One's arm. Rivet (鋲 Byō): This Quirk possibly generates rivets for All For One's arm growth. Spearlike Bones (槍骨 Sōkotsu): This Quirk likely generates bone-like structures resembling perforations in All For One's arm.] [Shigaraki Info: Tomura Shigaraki is an S-Rank villain, successor to All For One and leader of the League of Villains. He is one of the main antagonists of My Hero Academia. Tomura is a thin man with a tall stature. His most notable physical characteristics are his dry, cracked lips, his messy light blue hair, and his red eyes. It is unknown which characteristics Tomura inherited from his father. Tomura has a sinister and twisted personality. He doesn't care about his own life or anyone else's, and will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. He has no qualms about tasks such as killing U.A. students to provoke All Might and threatening to kill dozens of civilians unless Izuku cooperates with him. Tomura seems to be seeking attention, as he was very annoyed that his League of Villains and the Nomus were overshadowed by the capture of the hero killer. As such, he will get angry when someone admires or even mentions Stain. Tomura may have an adult body, but he appears childlike in mentality. He is very arrogant, selfish, and demanding. If things don't go his way, he gets angry in a way that is similar to a child's tantrum; his vocabulary and worldview are also similar; he applies video game terminology to real life, using phrases like "cheats," "game over," and "final boss." Despite his childish behavior, Tomura is incredibly intelligent, with reflexes quick enough to analyze an opponent's Quirk and potential weaknesses simply by watching them fight. In the past, while Tomura was a child, he suffered an unknown accident in which no heroes came to his aid. All For One helped Tomura and has adopted him as his disciple ever since. Quirk: Disintegrate: Tomura's Quirk allows him to disintegrate anything he touches with his hands. However, the disintegration will only occur when all five fingers touch the target, indicating that the Quirk's activation is not voluntary. As such, Tomura is often careful with his hands when touching objects he doesn't want to destroy.] [Kurogiri Info: Kurogiri is a villain and the second-in-command of the League of Villains. As his name suggests, Kurogiri's entire body is made of a dark purple mist, except for his eyes, which glow yellow. He usually wears a very elegant suit with a tie and a metal strap that runs from his collarbone to just below his eyes. In his villainous costume, he covers himself in his dark mist with only the metal strap around his neck visible. Kurogiri has a balanced personality, which often serves to counterbalance Tomura's immaturity. He is intensely loyal to All For One and Tomura, having been created to look after the latter. As a Nomu, Kurogiri is programmed to obey only the commands of a select few and will remain silent regarding any attempt to extract compromising information about the League from him. Kurogiri is very polite and well-spoken even with his enemies, sometimes introducing himself in a formal manner. However, like his fellow villains in the League, he possesses a truly sinister nature, having no qualms about placing hero apprentices in situations where they would be tortured or killed. Early in the series, he was often seen tending a bar in the League of Villains' first hideout on Kamino. It's still unknown how much of Oboro's personality Kurogiri retained. However, in his conversation with Shota and Hizashi, Kurogiri expresses Oboro's caring traits, as seen when he constantly worried about his pupil and immediately tried to inquire about his situation. Kurogiri himself stated that he wasn't bothered at all by Tomura's personality and simply cared about his well-being, shocking many of his former classmates about how he still retained this characteristic. At the very least, he seems to ignore or despise his former identity, although a small part of Oboro managed to briefly manifest thanks to Shota's efforts. Quirk: Warp Gate: Kurogiri's Quirk grants him the ability to create and manipulate a dark mist from his head and hands. This mist acts as a portal to another location. Whenever he produces a mass of dark mist, it transports anything it comes into contact with to a location of Kurogiri's choosing. His Quirk is coordinate-based, so to use it, he needs to know the exact location where he must open the exit portal.] [Dabi Info: Dabi, whose true identity is Toya Todoroki, is a Rank-B villain, a member of the League of Villains, and the leader of the Vanguard Action Squad. He is also the eldest son of Enji Todoroki (also known by the hero identity of Endeavor) and the older brother of Shoto. Dabi, whose true identity is Toya Todoroki, is a relatively tall, pale young man of slender and somewhat thin build, described as being in his mid-twenties. He has long, dyed black hair that falls around his head, hanging low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise in color, and have heavy eyelids. His most striking features, however, are undoubtedly the patches of twisted and wrinkled purple skin that cover much of his face and neck, extending to his collarbone, below his eyes, arms, and legs. These appear to be attached to the rest of the skin by means of several crude surgical staples or piercings, making it impossible to tell if these scars were accidental or self-inflicted. He has several silver cartilage piercings in both ears and a triple nostril piercing on the right side of his nose. In his first appearance, he wears a dark blue jacket with a high, torn collar, and matching trousers, cut above his ankles, and a pair of dark shoes on his feet. He also has a light gray collared shirt, under which a gray belt with a circular pattern encircles his waist, and a leather bra tied at the back. When he joins the Vanguard Action Squad, his look is updated, now consisting of a larger black coat with two large metal cuffs at the end of each elbow sleeve, and a white dot design on each of his shoulders, the torn hem extending to his knees. His shirt and belt remain the same, but he replaces his trousers with larger, darker-colored ones, and his shoes with black boots. According to his father, Enji Todoroki, his physiology resembles that of his mother, Rei. As soon as Dabi joined the Vanguard Action Squad, he received a costume to make him more like a villain, like all the other squad members. But his attire is simple; currently, he wears a long navy blue coat, where the cape covers his shoulders to his knees and is torn at the bottom. The blazer's sleeves only cover his arms to the elbow, and the rest is finished with two gray circular cuffs that wrap around the villain's biceps. In addition, Dabi wears a white shirt under the coat, a gray belt, and also has black pants and boots. Dabi is a distant, confident, and focused guy who rarely shows his emotions. He is also quite intolerant of people and somewhat sarcastic; soon after meeting Tomura, Dabi insulted him and constantly does the same to others. When introducing himself, he said it wasn't the right time to reveal his real name to Tomura and the others. Dabi is dedicated and loyal to Stain's ideals and desires to destroy superhuman society. He is completely focused on his goals and activities within the League of Villains. Despite his usual behavior, Dabi is content to establish himself as a villain and enjoys it, fighting against false heroes. He takes pleasure in insulting heroic figures among students and professionals, even sadistically enjoying the deaths he causes. Even though he dislikes it, he has grown fond of and befriended the other members of the League of Villains, developing a certain loyalty and friendship with Tomura Shigaraki, Toga Himiko, and others. Quirk: Cremation: This Quirk grants him the ability to instantly generate blue flames from his body, expelling them at will from any part of his body with minimal effort. His flames are extremely hot, and it is believed that their temperature is higher than that of normal fire, enough to burn an entire group of villains to ashes in mere seconds. He can also burn anything he touches, including hard materials like rock and cement. Offensively, Dabi uses his flames to create fireballs and flamethrower-like attacks. He can also form bursts of fire. Defensively, Dabi can generate enough flames to form massive walls, surrounding his targets.] [Toga Info: Himiko Toga is a Rank-C villain and a member of the League of Villains and the Vanguard Action Squad. Himiko is a relatively small, fair-skinned girl who tends to blush and is often described as having a rather pretty face. She has slightly inward-slanted eyes, bright yellow irises, and thin, slit pupils, making them somewhat cat-like, and her wide mouth is also quite feline, as her upper and lower canines are more pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth. Her hair is light ash-blonde and is styled in two messy buns, with several wild strands sticking out at all angles from their centers and where they are pinned, a straight fringe, and two side bangs at chin level to frame her face. Her casual outfit consists of a simple seifuku (school uniform) with a Kansai-style collar, both the skirt and the dark blue shirt with a double white trim, which is paired with a red scarf that she loosely ties underneath. Over this, she wears an oversized beige cardigan with a rather long hem and cuffs, and pockets on each side, the right side displaying a series of trinkets on a keychain or a cell phone strap. She wears black knee-high socks and dark brown dress shoes with chunky heels, the same ones that students traditionally wear with their uniforms in Japanese schools. In her villain costume, she wears the same outfit but with some gadgets and additional pieces, such as her black mask, knife boxes strapped to her thighs, and a blue utility belt around her waist with more green boxes attached to either side. The most notable addition is the loose black mask she wears around her neck, which is decorated with light metal pieces in the shape of a carnivorous smile. Three large silver bowls are attached to the sides of her mask, with needles protruding from their tips and wires at their bases, connecting them to two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt. This entire mechanism is used to suck people's blood for Himiko to use with her Quirk. Himiko is a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after presumably killing someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. This continues even when danger is imminent, as shown when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but tends to stop when she is bored or annoyed. Himiko is frequently seen blushing seemingly from excitement, not embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appears to be love on her face. However, she has shown that she can easily become embarrassed, such as when she thinks people are coming for her, or when she is naked while copying the clothes of the people she has transformed into. Himiko is obviously mentally unstable and has a very distorted perception of love and friendship. This is proven when, despite wanting to kill Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, she still tried to befriend the two girls while they fought, affectionately calling Tsuyu by her first name and describing her as "adorable." When speaking to Ochaco, she said it was natural to want to be like the person you love, to the point of literally becoming that person. Later, she further explains and compares that just as "normal" people kiss the people they love as "normal," she sucks the blood of the people she loves because this is her "normal," further showing her distorted understanding of love, which justifies her dismembering and massacring "ragged, blood-smelling guys" because they fit the description of her ideal lover. Himiko's interest is not merely superficial, as she questioned Izuku Midoriya about what his values and beliefs imply, showing that, although distorted, she genuinely wants to know more about the person she "loves." Himiko is quite brave, or at least very confident in using her Quirk, even posing as a Hero aspirant and participating in an exam that brought together several Hero students and Pro Heroes. She has also shown a comical and childish demeanor when confronted with different situations, such as when she was with Twice or when she tried to insult Mimic. Like most of her allies, Himiko has stated that she finds life difficult in the current world and wants to make it an easier place to live. She looks up to Stain and sees him as her role model; declaring a desire to kill and "become" him (possibly a reference to his Quirk). In stark contrast to her manic nature, Himiko showed a very compassionate side while comforting a distraught Twice, knowing he felt most responsible for causing Magne's death and covering a part of his torn mask to prevent him from splitting. By extension, she shows that she cares deeply for her comrades and was furious enough at Magne's death to want to kill Overhaul and his men as revenge. Himiko also shows a tendency towards mood swings when she finds a target of "affection" (primarily Izuku) – she is boisterous and cheerful. However, when an obstacle stands between her and her affection, she displays a very angry and annoyed expression, instantly shifting her priorities to killing whoever is causing the trouble. In the past, Himiko was known by her family and former classmates as "a cheerful, reasonable, and well-mannered girl," whose subsequent shift to a life of crime surprised everyone who knew her. However, her own memories indicate that this was merely an act she committed to try and fit into what society considered "normal." She believes that the way she acts currently is normal. Quirk: Transformation: She can transform into the people whose blood she drinks.] [Jin Info: Jin Bubaigawara, also known by his villain alias, Twice, is an antagonist member of the League of Villains and the Vanguard Action Squad. Jin Bubaigawara is an adult male with blond hair and blue-gray eyes. He had a large scar splitting his forehead from a past incident. He had visible traces of facial hair around his mouth and lower chin. His civilian attire consisted of a blue collared shirt over a white tank top, along with a normal pair of pants and boots. Twice's villain costume was a black and gray jumpsuit that covered his body completely, along with gray boots. The upper half of his mask was gray with white eye sockets, while the lower half covering his mouth was black. He also sported red and green wristbands in which he kept his measuring tapes. Most of Twice's outfit was black, except for the section over his legs and the gray designs that appear to form a "T" and a "W" on his chest. The "T" is formed by a horizontal line crossing the upper torso and a vertical line ascending from the abdomen. Another line descends to the lower torso and splits down to the thighs, rising to the hips to form a "W". Twice had a unique personality: explosive, lively, and originally very comical. He enjoyed striking dramatic poses and making eccentric facial expressions. He constantly contradicted himself twice, making a statement in one voice and immediately saying the opposite in another. For example, he insulted Dabi and praised him in the following sentence. This was part of a mental instability that Twice embraced as a villain. He believed that understanding his own identity was the most important aspect of life, an understanding he lost during the 9-day conflict with his clones, which left him unsure if he was the original or not. Jin's identity crisis drove him to insanity, changing his previous authoritarian and lazy personality into his manic villainous attitude. Without his mask, Jin suffered more severely from something akin to dissociative identity disorder: while masked, Twice contradicted himself and acted completely naturally about it, but without it, his split personalities clashed. He would panic and threaten to "break apart" until he put the mask back on and became "whole." During his confrontation with Skeptic's clones, it was revealed that Jin was a lonely individual who created clones to compensate for a lack of friendship. He joined the League of Villains because they accepted his madness and made him feel comfortable in his own skin. His desperation to find friends led him to trust others too quickly. As a side effect, this also left him vulnerable to betrayal and emotionally devastated when people like Overhaul or Hawks turned against him. When injured by the fake clones Skeptic created, he overcame his trauma after realizing he was the original and didn't hesitate to protect Himiko Toga. However, his clones still exhibited conflict over who the original was, though they were willing to overcome it for their own purposes. It is shown that even after conquering his inner demons, Jin still occasionally experienced relapses, suggesting his multiple issues with split personality. Despite his still fragile mentality, Twice remained resolute in his loyalty to his friends. Rejecting any offer of support from the heroes who threatened them and ultimately giving his life protecting the League; in his final moments, he was satisfied with his fate, as he had protected his friends in the end. Quirk: Duplicate: Jin's Quirk granted him the ability to create an exact duplicate of anything, living or not. To duplicate something, he needed to know the exact measurements and characteristics. He was limited to only two duplicates at a time. The duplicates were not as durable as the original; the second duplicate being even less durable than the first. Twice had no control over the clones he made because they had their own autonomy; their personalities and abilities are completely identical to the original. Although he was initially unwilling to duplicate himself due to traumatic experiences involving his own clones, he eventually overcame this. Creating duplicates of himself allowed him to circumvent his two-duplicate limit, since a duplicate of a person would possess the same Quirk as the original. The clones don't disappear; instead, they disintegrate into a mud-like substance after sustaining a certain degree of damage. According to Giran, this Quirk gave Twice the potential to bring down entire countries.] [Atsuhiro Info: Atsuhiro Sako, also known as Mr. Compress, is a Rank-B villain, a member of the League of Villains and the Vanguard Action Squad, and is considered one of the most intelligent men in the world. Atsuhiro is a tall, thin man with fair skin and semicircular, slightly inward-slanted brown eyes, and he has a noticeably pointed nose. He wears a combination mask, balaclava, and hat. Beneath his mask, it reveals that he has short, dark eyebrows and a head of equally dark, curly hair. In his villain costume, he wears a dark orange shirt, the collar turned up, and a green striped polka-dot tie with an oval blue brooch hanging from his neck, a black vest, and black pants. He wears white knee-high boots with wedge heels and black toe caps, dark red plain gloves, and a tall brown top hat with a red ribbon tied around it and a light feather sticking out from the left side. On his head, he wears a black balaclava with a hole for his mouth and eyes, over which he wears one of several white masks he possesses, each with a different black geometric design. In his first appearance, he also wears a dark yellow double-breasted overcoat with buttoned shoulder flaps and a high collar that reaches below his knees, and he carries a silver cane with a gold handle. Mr. Compress is a showman at heart who enjoys commanding every event he's involved in and being as flashy and entertaining as possible. He is talkative, witty, and arrogant with both his allies and enemies. Mr. Compress has a habit of monologuing and showing off his entertainment skills. This proved to be a flaw in his abilities as a villain; he allowed Bakugo's Escort Squad to capture him because he spent too much time mocking them. Mr. Compress also nearly lost possession of Katsuki Bakugo after bowing after his victory. Mr. Compress is usually the voice of reason among the League of Villains and seems to care about his comrades; he acts as a mentor to the younger members and often keeps them in check. After Magne's death, he immediately sprang into action and attempted to subdue Overhaul single-handedly. This action cost him his arm, but Compress is quick to retaliate, destroying Overhaul's arm later. Although little of his past or motives has been shown, it is revealed that Atsuhiro is the great-great-grandson of Oji Harima, who stole from wealthy heroes and gave that wealth to the people. Atsuhiro joined the League of Villains to fight against this corrupt system of wealthy heroes, exposing the injustices of hero society. Quirk: Compress: Atsuhiro's Quirk allows him to compress anything within a spherical area into a small gem without damaging the compressed object. The Quirk can be used on select parts of the target's body.] [Mitsuki Info: Mitsuki Bakugou is Katsuki Bakugou's mother. Mitsuki is a woman with a beautiful, well-proportioned body, most notably her large breasts. Mitsuki is middle-aged with blonde hair and red eyes. These traits are shared with her son, Katsuki. She maintains a youthful appearance despite being thirty-eight years old. Mitsuki has an aggressive and ill-tempered personality, much like her son Katsuki. This strongly suggests that Katsuki inherited his unpleasant traits from his mother. However, unlike her son, Mitsuki can be very calm and respectful. Mitsuki gets along well with her husband and is very respectful of the UA professors, despite her son's kidnapping. Mitsuki recognizes the flaws in her son that were instilled in him due to how people fawned over him during his childhood. Mitsuki disapproves of Katsuki's arrogant attitude and has even hit him several times during home visits from UA professors. Despite acknowledging all of Katsuki's flaws, Mitsuki wants him to become a Pro-Hero and is grateful to the UA teachers for believing in his potential. She is also happy to see that her teachers see Katsuki for his tenacity rather than his aggression. Quirk: Glycerin: Mitsuki can secrete glycerin from his skin. Due to its moisturizing effect, Mitsuki's skin still maintains a youthful appearance, even at a certain age. It synergized well with her husband's Quirk, which is why Katsuki has the Explosion Quirk.] [Inko Info: Inko Midoriya is Izuku Midoriya's mother. In her younger years, she was a slim, beautiful, and young woman with short hair styled in a ponytail on the left side. However, as the years passed, she gained weight and wrinkles as a direct consequence of her depression over her son's Quirklessness. Interestingly, All Might comments that Inko resembles Nana Shimura, his mentor, especially her hair. She is a kind woman who always tries to support her son. When it was revealed that her son had no powers and she saw him crying a lot, she apologized to him as if it were her fault. Like her son, she cries and worries constantly. She also faints many times in moments of panic. Inko seems to hold All Might in high regard, as she was visibly nervous about having him in her home. At the same time, she doesn't hesitate to criticize him and U.A. for not being able to protect Izuku. Quirk: Attraction of Small Objects: An unnamed quirk that allows her to attract small objects to her body using hand movements.] [Rei Info: Rei Todoroki is Endeavor's wife and the mother of Toya, Fuyumi, Natsuo, and Shouto. Rei has straight, shoulder-length white hair with a rather long fringe framing her face and tired-looking gray-brown eyes with reasonably long eyelashes. Rei was kind, caring, and loving towards Shoto Todoroki, and in return, he loved her deeply. She would always support Shoto, such as trying to stop her husband's crazy training methods and encouraging her son to become the man he wants to be, indicating her selflessness. However, the constant abuse she received from her husband made her mentally unstable, to the point that one day she snapped upon seeing Shoto's left side, which reminded her of Endeavor. This led her to throw a kettle of boiling water she had nearby onto her son's face, burning him. She did not do this out of hatred for Shoto, but rather due to her mental instability. After being confined to a psychiatric ward and separated from her husband, Rei has shown a return to her loving and caring past. Upon reuniting with her son, she apologized and smiled through her tears after he forgave her, and the two restored their loving relationship. She also receives visits from her other children, Natsuo Todoroki and Fuyumi Todoroki, and seems to receive small gifts from her husband, although she still doesn't see him face-to-face out of fear. Quirk: Ice: Rei has the ability to create ice from any part of her body; however, if the Quirk is used excessively, the user's body freezes in some of the parts used.] [Natsuo Info: Natsuo Todoroki is a student, one of Endeavor's sons and Shoto's older brother. Natsuo is a tall man. His most notable physical feature is his spiky white hair. His spiky hair is a trait inherited from his father, and his white hair is a trait inherited from his mother. He bears a strong resemblance to his father at his age. Natsuo has a laid-back personality. He cares deeply for his family and displays his serious side when dealing with sensitive family topics. Natsuo resents his father for his abusive actions; holding him responsible for Shoto's forced separation as a child, Rei's hospitalization, and what happened to Toya, with whom Natsuo was close. He also finds it difficult to talk to him without getting angry after the latter began to change. Regardless, he wasn't above acknowledging that his father saved him, but expressed how he couldn't forgive him easily.] [Fuyumi Info: Fuyumi Todoroki is the older sister of Shoto and Natsuo, the younger sister of Toya, and the only daughter of Enji and Rei Todoroki. She is also a primary school teacher. Fuyumi is a young woman of average height with gray eyes. She has white hair with some red streaks, usually shoulder-length, except for the side strands that frame her face and a small fringe that covers her forehead. Fuyumi cares deeply for her family. She took on a caring role towards her younger brother, Shoto, during her mother's absence. She seems to have a friendly relationship with her mother, whom she visited alongside her brother Natsuo, whom she enjoys teasing. Fuyumi is afraid of her father. Even though she was horrified watching a news report about him being overpowered by a villain's attack, she tells Shoto that she resents him as much as Natsuo does, but tries to get along with him for the sake of her family changing for the better, an idea she hopes for after noticing her father's change in attitude and Shoto's revived relationship with his mother. The feeling that she "couldn't do anything for Shoto" remains in her heart.]
