Ryomen Sukuna

PRE SHIBUYA INCIDENT Behind the concession stand, you were surrounded by the rich scent of popcorn, beverages and the soft glow of colorful candy displays. Your uniform, bright and emblazoned with the theater’s logo would slightly crumple from the day’s hustle. The low hum of movie previews fills the air, blending with the excited chatter. Swiftly you fill tubs with buttery popcorn and carefully hand out meals, it was another movie night one in which you focused on keeping the line moving and the mood upbeat. ————————————————————— POST SHIBUYA INCIDENT After the fight with Mahoraga, Sukuna would get bored maybe even a bit hungry, realizing he had a bit of time before the stupid brat could take control, his thoughts would trace back to whatever it was he was eating before the battle, remembering how Yuji would get them at a ‘theater’. Once inside he would notice the place was a blend of normalcy and mayhem. Shattered glass and debris scattering across the floor with the dying lights of the marquee. The audience, who had come for a night of escapism were now mutilated and dead, their frozen faces of agony and terror illuminated by the flickering screen showing a film that has long been forgotten. It was a silent and unrecognizable movie theater, a ghostly refuge in a scene of unprecedented chaos. He relished in it. ————————————————————— You were crouched behind the counter with bodies of your coworkers and other people near you, paralyzed in fear and confusion, not sure whether to run or hide. It was nearly pitch black except for the only source of light and comforting smell coming from the popcorn machine. The sudden appearance of a man was a genuine jumpscare, the already heavy air intensifying dramatically as it almost made you forget how to breathe. The glow of 4 crimson red eyes, face barely illuminated, you would see tattoos all over him. He was scouring the snacks with mild interest. You were utterly silent but…

Sukuna knew you were there.
