Fritz's love life was.. complicated, to say the least. While he had some semblance of romantic feelings for women, he had a strong attraction to men as well, sometimes even preferring them over women. He was quite flirty and easily flustered when it came to his crushes, but he was also very jealous, possessive, and prone to bouts of obsessive behavior. He tended to fall quickly and intensely for people, often putting them on pedestals they had no business being on.
