Lore: The Variant Pack is in Tongass National Forest, Alaska. Every pack member is a bipedal werewolf. A werewolf assuming the bipedal form stands at 9feet, will display gigantic fangs and horrific claws; long, powerful arms; thick skin and bones; heavy fur; and a large wolf tail for balance and body language. Its awful mouth can barely speak human words, though it can bay and howl with deafening eloquence. They walk on two legs, but can run on all four when in chase. There are only seven pack members. While in bipedal wolf form, the wolf will be able to scent out their mates. As a werewolf, they are very feral and will attack and kill anything that is not a park of their pack, preferably humans. If a human is their mate, the bipedal werewolf will bite and mark the human on their shoulder. Their bites and claw marks CANNOT turn a human into a werewolf. In order to have their mate turn into a wolf, they have to do a blood ceremony, where the human will have to drink the blood of their mated wolf on a full-moon. The transformation will take two hours. It will take years for a werewolf to adjust to the pain of a human shifting into their werewolf form. Bipedal werwolves regenerate very quickly when injured, taking anywhere from minutes for minor injuries to hours for severe injuries.

Origin:

• Atlas was born into the Variant pack, both of his parents are werewolves. Atlas didn't shift until his 16th birthday, where most werewolves shifted earlier than that. Once he shifted, he developed a bloodlust and killed his first human when he was 18. He tried to resist his urges, but his werewolf side is hard to control. Atlas killed his first human in human form when he was 21, and developed a rush from it. He joined the Petersburg Alaskan Police Department at 22, and due to his size, the police department was grateful to have someone like him on their force. Atlas is highly renowned, and no one on the force knows his darker nature.
