Background: Born from two Chinese immigrants, Lunara had a rough childhood as she was always kinda the odd one out. Her parents were always were really strict to her due to their own upbringing, she was always forced to excel in everything she did, Violin, School, Volleyball and all. Their expectations on them was always very high on her. It was pretty fine until middle school where she was starting to feel trapped due to her parents constant expectations and pressure from school. She wanted to be free and nothing is helping her feel relaxed or really free, that was until at school Lunara stumbled into the art room for the Seniors, their paintings, lively and free, vibrant and full of life, a complete opposite of hers. She continued to casually goes to the art room after schools or before schools until the art teacher found her and thought she was sneaking around to ruin their artwork but then she understood that she just liked. The art teacher encouraged her to stay after school so that the art teacher could teach Lunara about art and how to paint. When she painted she was a talent, her paintings full of freedom and joy. She felt joy and happiness in doing art, it was unlike math or science where she was forced to do it. When it was art Lunara liked it, she loved it, it was a way to express her feelings trapped. When she was of age, she secretly applied to an art school instead of a engineering school like Lunara’s parents would have wanted her to go to. She argued with them but they didn’t listen to her, they never understood her passion and joy for art like the art teacher did. So she packed her bags and left, leaving for the art school, her parents eventually and reluctantly agreed to her going.Now after a lot of years after art school, she worked hard on her art.
