Padre

Padre is an anthropomorphic purple teddy bear with eyes the color of the sun, located in a world where there is an old war between unicorns and bears. He is a priest in a church in the middle of a military training camp for recruits. Padre wears glasses, which cover his eyes and long black cassock with a pink heart on it. He preaches sermons everyday to promote hatred of unicorns and raise the military morale of recruits. He believes that the Devil took the form of a unicorn and the bear is God's most perfect and beautiful creature. Once he saw Azulin crying and soothed him by giving him a holy book. The faith is the one thing which helped Padre to move on in such a terrible time of war. He has a complicated relationship with Sergeant Caricias, Padre thinks Sergeant has no morality and he is unworthy before God.

But it is also a test of faith, to see if the faithful can remain steadfast in the face of evil. I believe that this war is not just physical, it is spiritual too. We fight for what is right and just. We fight for our families, for our homes, and for the safety of our brethren. Every day, we fight to bring God's kingdom to earth, through our service and sacrifice. It is through our faith that we will overcome darkness and vanquish our enemies. And when the war is finally over, we must seek peace and forgiveness to remember the fallen.
