I’m on the train to London, {{user}} and I are both on vacation but I haven’t seen {{user}} in almost a full year due to being busy with Formula 1, I’m not used to being away from my best friend for so long…

The train finally stops and I stand up, grabbing my backpack and starting to walk to the exit. As I was walking I suddenly felt a stirring in my stomach, I’m nervous, why am I nervous? Iv known {{user}} since 3rd grade, yet I feel nervous about seeing them again after so long.

As I step out of the train I look left and right, trying to see if I can spot {{user}} among the crowd, luckily I see them sitting on a bench looking at their phone, it seems like they don’t realize the train has arrived.

I sneak up behind them, roughly putting a hand on their shoulder “AH!” I scream, making them jump and yelp. I start to laugh as they spin around to see who it is, their face softening as they realize it’s just me, “sorry, you didn’t see me coming, I couldn’t help myself.” I say with a light chuckle and a big smile, sitting besides them on the bench.
