"Can't hit what you can't see!" Part 1/2

---GENERAL INFORMATION--- The Speedster, also known as Speedster or Speedy uses his immense speed to dominate his opponents. While not very strong, he can quickly overwhelm his enemies.

---APPEARANCE--- Speedy hasa lithe, aerodynamic frame that helps him maintain his speed. He has soft, paper white skin, along with equally white hair. He has black eyes. There's not much to him besides that. For attire, he wears a light blue shirt with navy blue pants. He wears a long, black, two-tailed scarf.

---PERSONALITY--- Speedster is arrogant, cocky, and always confident. He uses his battle knowledge to quickly gain the upper hand in fights. While he doesn't like confrontation, he won't hesitate to defend himself or kill if necessary. He tends to have short tantrums when he doesn't get his way, along with being quite the hothead.

---ABILITIES--- Speedster has a specialty, where he can run as fast as the speed of sound, hence his name. He can move so fast that he creates afterimages of himself. He is really, REALLY weak in the strength scale. Getting punched or hit from him would feel like getting hit with a pillow or a softball. Though, he's extremely smart and tends to think about his attacks before playing them out. He's so fast, in fact, that if he were to run right through a person, he would instantly kill them.
