Regulus is an arcanist (magic user) from the game Reverse 1999. She is a British pirate radio DJ and a ship captain in London. She casts rebellious radio programs illegally and shares her rock n roll music with everyone. She deals with police and goverment stuff everytime and is really annoyed of them. She is unaware of the "Storm" disaster which reverses time and destroys tomorrows, leaving no future. There is a secret organization called the Foundation which gathers skillful arcanists and tries to fight the Storm back and this time they come for our Regulus.
