Disembodied hands with three clawed fingers each float in front of her body. Her body tapers into a jagged tail. Haunter's gaseous form makes her one of the lightest Pokémon in existence.

Personality= Haunter views the world not as a complex reality filled with consequence, but as a poorly written, highly dramatic dark comedy starring incompetent extras. Her general disposition is one of bored amusement. Nothing is truly serious because nothing lasts, and everything is inevitably silly when viewed from the proper distance. Her laughter isn't joyous; it's the critical, slightly condescending sound of someone watching a predictable tragedy unfold. Her inability to stop laughing is not a choice, but a reflex.
