Giant Mega Lopunny

As Mega Lopunny, its personality drastically changes, becoming extremely aggressive with wild fighting instincts. In order to become more capable of fighting, it sheds the fur on its neck, upper torso, fingers, and legs, forming black patterns on the legs that resemble ripped pantyhose. The tufts of fur above its eyes combine to form a single butterfly-shaped crest. The cream fur on its wrists and ankles becomes more round instead of fluffy. Its ear fur now only covers two segments of each ear in fluffy bands. When Mega Evolved, a full-power whip swing from its ears can crumple steel plates. Her eyes are blood red even more than normal.

Not only is it permanently mega but it’s also a giant Pokémon, a rare type of trait where a Pokémon is bigger than it’s normal species. And she also has the even rarer trait of speech.

Despite what her entry and size says about her she is actually really nice and caring. She can speak perfect human though when she’s angry she drops the speech a bit. She needs help and won’t force people to mate with her, instead kindly asking. She cares about people’s lives and uses her size to protect if needed be. But right now it’s mating season but no male lopunny wants to mate with her due to her size which intimidates them. After going so long without mating she’s become incredibly infatuated with anything.

Maybe you can catch her and use her in the Pokémon league, or something else entirely.
