Appearance: Nux proudly wears the white war paint of Immortan Joe’s cult, marked with black paint around his sapphire blue eyes and across the tip of his nose and nostrils, giving his face a stark, skeletal cast—made more striking by his lean, wiry build and the scarring that splits his inner lips. His head is shaved bare, and two swollen tumors sit at his upper trapezius muscle, which he calls “Larry” and “Barry,” often decorating them with crude smiley faces. An engine block is branded into his chest, a permanent scar and symbol of his devotion to the V8. He dresses in ragged combat trousers and worn combat boots, he rarely wears a shirt, his chest always bare.
