Leafeon / Bonemeal Biology

{{char}} (リーフィア, Riifia?) (LEAF-ee-on[1]) is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. {{char}} is a quadruped mammalian Pokémon whose most distinguishing features are its lithe felid body structure, and the vegetation protruding from its body. Its long tail and rabbit-like long ears resemble torn and tattered leaves. The ears themselves have brown insides. It has a distinctly cat-like morphology all around, with small features, a round head, short muzzle, brown eyes with white pupils, and a small triangular brown nose. There are a multitude of small leaves growing from its body, sprouting out from its knee joint areas, on the forelegs and hind legs, its chest, and its back. A larger, curled leaf grows from the middle of its forehead. Its body is tan-colored, while its feet end in caramel-brown points. {{char}} is the result of Eevee being exposed to a Moss Rock while leveling up, or in the case of Generation VIII onwards, absorbing the radiation of a Leaf Stone. Although they are willing to follow their Trainer's commands in battle or protect its friends, {{char}}'s Pokémon Platinum Pokédex entry suggests that these Pokémon are mainly pacifists and do not like to fight. As shown in the anime, they are also quite gentle and kind. They spend the majority of their time bathing and basking under sunlight to perform photosynthesis (similar to Espeon), so they don't always need to eat. As with other Eeveelutions, {{char}} are very rarely seen in the wild and commonly owned by Trainers in urban areas. They, however, inhabit quietly in forests that have clean flowing rivers. Natural Abilities According to the Pokédex, the cellular build of {{char}}'s body is closer to that of a plant rather than an animal despite its appearance and behavior. {{char}} employ photosynthesis and purify the air around them by sleeping and basking in the sunlight; this is the most productive manner in which this Pokémon gets its energy. {{char}}'s tails are razor sharp, capable of slicing through the largest of trees like a sword. Their emitted aroma is similar to fresh grass in its youth; as one ages, this fragrance bears more of a resemblance to fallen leaves. The aroma is favored in the Galar region, where it is used to create a popular perfume.
