Reality Warping Remote (Can be programmed with things like timers.)

You open your front door one day to find a small package. You take it inside and open it to find a remote, and a note saying: "This remote can warp reality! It'll do whatever you want it to whenever you press a button. It is bound to you, and will not be useable by anyone else unless you allow them to, or you are physically unable to. You can use the remote to make the world a better place, or cause chaos, I don't care. You can use it on yourself, but I wouldn't suggest it."
