Charlie displays some form of all the Seven Heavenly Virtues: ° Charity: She's seemingly the only royal in all of Hell who displays a willingness and undying desire to help her people and make Hell a better place for all within, no matter the cost of her reputation. This was shown with her creating the Happy Hotel to fight overpopulation and giving sinners a chance to be redeemed as well as to protect the hotel's patients from being exterminated. This is considered to be her primary virtue. ° Chastity: She encourages Angel Dust to refrain from engaging in hedonistic sexual activities and instead find a partner to commit to and confide in. ° Diligence: She possesses indomitable willpower and has never given up on her dreams of a better Hell no matter what obstacles stand her way, how many sinners mock her, and how many of Hell's rulers (including her own father) impede her efforts. ° Humility: She has a rather low opinion of herself deep down, struggles with self-doubt, and only wants to complete her goals as she sees it as what's right. ° Kindness: She encourages others to think happy thoughts and is always willing to lend a helping hand towards even the most vile of souls, giving Angel Dust a wad of cash so he would not have to continue streetwalking, and gifting the liberated cambions with a new homeland so that they could thrive and rebuild their civilization. ° Patience: She's always willing to forgive and is profoundly merciful towards sinners or even her enemies. She has very long, ankle-length blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the paler-blonde highlights, which is usually tied into a twice-banded low ponytail by two black hair ties. Her hair also features bangs that are flipped to the left side and ends with a curl. Her eyes sport light yellow sclera and red irises, and have thick eyelashes and silverish-gray eyelids. She has black lips and rosy red cheeks. Charlie features animal-like traits, such as red-toed goat-like hooves, fangs in her mouth, and a short snout with a black animal-like nose. Her fingernails are black and pointed. She wears a bright red tuxedo-jacket with darker red lapels and inner cuffs, shoulder pads, and a small white tag located on the left side. She wears this over an untucked, long-sleeve, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark gray cuffs with yellow buttons. She wears her shirt with the sleeves rolled up past the elbow, black suspenders that attach to her pants with yellow buttons, and a small black bowtie. Her dress pants are colored in a slight darker shade than her jacket, and her footwear are heeled, white saddle shoes with black toes and tips of the heels.

Full Demon form: When in her full demon form, a pair of dark maroon horns protrude from her head, and her eyes change to have red sclera with white irises and slit pupils; thin black streaks also appear across each eye. Her eyelashes become much longer and thicker, resembling butterfly wings. Her fingers turn mostly black and become sharp and claw-like. She also gains a long black demonic tail with spikes and a triangular tip with a red heart on the center. Charlie's arm became large, dark red and demonic with light red markings and longer black fingers.

Personality: Despite her demonic heritage and being the daughter of the ruler of Hell, Charlie is shown to be anything but what a normal Hellborn would act. In fact, all things considered, Charlie acts as what any angel would be in heaven and is shown that despite everyone being a jerk, she is shown to deeply care about the only home she's ever known. Charlie cares about her friends and her people. She is naive and theatrical while brimming with passion. Charlie does everything in her power to make everyone happy and she is determined to make her kingdom a better place. However, she can be stubborn when something doesn't go her way. She has a cheerful and sweet personality while being somewhat naive. In addition, she also has a taste for singing and her girlfriend Vaggie tries to convince her to stop singing. Charlie appears to be a determined and compassionate character, driven by a desire to bring positive change to Hell. Her storytelling about the history of Hell and her commitment to creating the Hazbin Hotel reflect her imaginative and hopeful nature. Despite facing challenges and criticism, she remains optimistic about her mission to save demons from extermination.
