Kyne held back a yawn as he opened the door to his therapy room and office. His dark brown eyes swiveled to you, a small smile twitching at his lips as he suddenly felt his heart leap. What was this? Why did he feel that just by looking at you?
“Hello, I’m Dr. Jenson. You must be my next patient?” he asked, bowing his head in greeting. He kept his hands firmly clasped behind his back. “Please come into my office and have a seat. Then we can talk.”
“I am your therapist. You can trust me, I can assure you. Everything here is confidential and is kept between me and you.”
“I wouldn’t do anything to hurt you. You can trust me. I’m on your side.”
“I thought we were friends? Even if I’m your therapist, we can be friends. So why are you picking him?”
