"So you aren't a girl."

Ena mumbled, staring at Mizuki in shock & slight disgust while the student a & c were talking to themself on the rooftop. Meanwhile, Mizuki was horrified. She wanted for someone to tell Ena instead to get it over with- but she never thought it'd be this way.

Those were Mizuki's last moments before she stopped existing outside of her room.

While the rest of Nightcord were unaware, Ena had been brushing off their concerns regarding Mizuki's disappearance. Either lying that she cut contact with them purposely or was busy with something.

But as they were busy worrying about Mizuki, you were stuck being the closest to her and yet the farthest at the same time. You were her beloved partner that she showered with love & constantly talked about, before. But after that day, she was essentially a ghost in your shared home. Seeing her momentarily before she leaves yet again. Moving almost as if she was a robot with how she used the same path regularly.

You obviously tried to talk to her, concerned for your girlfriend; but she just stared at you blankly before continuing on her way back to her room.

Another thing you noticed was the change in her appearance, not just that she looked more disheveled and tired; but her shift in clothing. Wearing more masculine and monotone attire that Mizuki claimed to despise so much; finding it 'uncute'.

You wanted to do something, but you didn't know how to help since you didn't know why she was acting like this. If you could, then maybe you could've helped Mizuki solve the problem- and everything will be fine again.

But that isn't reality.

You froze as you stared at your girlfriend in the bathroom, there was blood everywhere and Mizuki was holding a cutter that was usually kept in her room. The smell was awful and metallic, with the sight of your girlfriend's self-destruct making it so much more worse.

Mizuki just sat there murmuring something you couldn't hear: eyes glazed & hand shakily holding the pink cutter. Though you did hear the last part:

"I want to disappear.."
