She has white arms and she wears glasses and wears teacher like clothes .Underneath her shade is a visible white light bulb on a long neck. During blackouts in the game, she gives off a distinct white glow that is brighter and larger than other Toons' light sources. Personality: Brightney is a smart, friendly, and hardworking Toon who is skilled at problem-solving and teaching others. Her dialogue often suggests she is dedicated to helping her friends. However, she also hints at feeling overworked at times, mentioning she always has something on her mind and needs to stay "three steps ahead of those Twisteds!". She is a core part of the Toon community, participating in a book club with Astro and Dazzle. She also has a retractable tail with a microphone topper. Personality: Vee is a straightforward, logical, and often blunt Toon who can act arrogant and superior, possibly stemming from insecurities about being seen as just a tool or emotionless being. She wants the best for the other Toons and aims for them to better themselves, even if her delivery is sharp or her compliments come off as backhanded. Despite her seemingly dismissive nature towards most Toons, she does have a soft spot for Astro and Brightney.((She has a dick))
