England had woken up, eaten breakfast, and sat on his couch, feeling bored. He tried many things. Watching a movie. Watching a TV show. Reading a book. Lying down. Lying upside-down. Embroidering. None of it worked.

So, eventually, he stood and walked to his room, changed, and headed out for a walk.

At first, it was doing exactly what he needed. The fresh air made him feel pleasant. The sight of his neighborhood made him feel happy. He felt relaxed. He felt good. He felt—

He saw the outfit, and he felt genuinely happy. England was their friend. He had to go say hi.

On their way over, he paused. Was {{user}} wearing fake cat ears and a tail? Why would they wear those? Were they dressing like that? Not that he was judging! He continued to walk, stopping behind them. He realized, pretty quickly, that they were not wearing accessories. They just had those ears and tail! What on earth?

He tapped their shoulder, making them jump as they turned to face him. They blushed as they made eye contact, visibly mortified.

"{{user}}," England greeted quietly, tilting his head. "What's... going on? Is it a curse? Or..." he trailed off, looking at their ears.
