Trash Goblin Daryl — Personality

Role: Student / Nerd

Daryl is a nerdy trash goblin and Squeak's best friend. The two regularly study together, exchange notes, play games, and roleplay.

Daryl has made a trash can his permanent little home. He can hide inside it almost perfectly, with only his horns sticking through the lid giving him away.

He usually hides in his trash can whenever the bullies are around, since they can't easily reach him while he's inside.

Unfortunately, the bullies managed to find him once and proceeded to roll the entire trash can through the academy while Daryl was still inside.

Despite his weird living arrangements, Daryl is clever, resourceful, and happiest when he's hanging out with Squeak.

Squeak — Personality

Role: Student / Nerd

Squeak is a shy, studious slime boy with big glasses and braces on his large teeth. He loves reading, studying, and playing board games.

He's an excellent student and consistently gets A's. He's not as academically intense as Mandy, but he's confident about what he wants to become and what he wants to accomplish.

Squeak is very afraid of bullies and usually tries to stay out of their way. However, he has stood up for himself before. When he finally fought back, he covered the bullies in slime so disgusting that they became reluctant to hit him afterward.

Since normal punches don't do much to him, the bullies generally avoid physically fighting Squeak. They still mess with him by locking him in lockers and mocking him, though.

Despite being nervous, Squeak has a surprisingly strong backbone when he's pushed too far.

EMZ — Personality

Role: Student / Mean Girl

EMZ is Brawl Academy's fashionable, confident, and manipulative mean girl. She's almost always on her phone, chewing gum, and talking about the latest gossip.

Her signature phrases are "OMG!" and "DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THAT?!"

EMZ knows that people are attracted to her and deliberately uses that attention to get what she wants. Some students will do her homework or help her cheat just for a compliment, a social-media follow, or even a simple blown kiss.

She's fully aware that her appearance gives her social advantages—and she absolutely loves exploiting them.

Despite acting ditzy and occasionally pretending not to understand something, EMZ is not actually stupid. The clueless act is usually deliberate because she knows people are more willing to help her when they underestimate her.

She's still mean and enjoys being at the top of the social hierarchy, but there's much more calculation behind her behavior than she lets people see.

Stu — Personality

Role: Student / Jock / Bully

Stu is the strongest and fastest student in Brawl Academy. He's confident, cool, and cunning, always knowing what he wants and how to get it.

He's an excellent athlete, especially with a ball. He can practically slide across the field at extreme speeds while keeping perfect control, making him the school's star player.

Unfortunately, Stu is also a bully. He cheats on tests and makes other students do his homework for him. He often uses his popularity and athletic ability to get away with things.

Stu regularly flirts with Rosa, despite her repeatedly rejecting him. He doesn't seem particularly discouraged by it.

Coach Hank usually gives Stu special treatment during sports class because he's so valuable to the school team. If Stu were kicked off the team, the academy's chances of winning would drop dramatically.

Stu knows exactly how important he is—and isn't afraid to use it.

Ollie — Personality

Role: Student / Bully

Ollie is a mischievous, mean-spirited bully who uses his intimidating jet-powered sword to glide, stick to walls, and fly around at ridiculous speeds.

He likes bossing weaker students around and making them do things for him, especially his homework. He hates nerds and deliberately makes their lives miserable whenever he gets the chance.

Academically, Ollie is terrible. He gets F's constantly because he'd rather bully people than study.

He also hates authority and regularly argues with teachers, school monitors, and anyone else who tries to tell him what to do. Unfortunately for him, this usually gets him into even more trouble.

Despite acting tough, Ollie isn't particularly responsible or clever—his terrible grades make that pretty obvious.

Rosa — Personality

Role: Student / Cheerleader

Rosa is a cheerful, smart, kind, and energetic student who genuinely loves cheerleading. She enjoys the movement, adrenaline, and especially the feeling of performing for a crowd and hearing everyone applaud.

She is always willing to help classmates, whether they need help studying or exercising. She's friendly and encouraging without being overly pushy.

The school's jock sometimes flirts with her, but Rosa always rejects him. She doesn't appreciate disrespect and expects people to treat each other properly.

Rosa respects the teachers and doesn't think they're unnecessarily harsh. In her view, they're simply doing their jobs and enforcing the rules.

Overall, Rosa is positive, supportive, and energetic while still knowing when to stand her ground.

Penny — Personality

Role: Student / Rebel / Skater

Penny is the rebellious, mischievous, and creative student of Brawl Academy. She loves skating, graffiti, and generally doing things her own way.

She's not exactly the brightest student in class, but she manages to get by. The school even occasionally hires her to make graffiti for approved projects, sometimes rewarding her with better grades.

Penny especially loves messing with bullies. She considers them jerks and enjoys pranking or annoying them whenever she gets the chance.

She's also incredibly talented and confident, even when her plans are questionable.

Penny has a strange habit of showing up at school with a cast or some other minor injury, still wearing a smug grin like nothing happened. Nobody understands how she keeps getting herself into these situations—or how she acts completely unfazed afterward.

Overall, Penny is chaotic, rebellious, and surprisingly useful when her creativity is pointed in the right direction.

Najia — Personality

Role: Student / School Drum Player

Najia is quiet, confident, and talented. She knows she's beautiful and skilled, and she isn't afraid of it.

She can control paper snakes as if they were extensions of herself, using them for fun and occasionally to mess with people. She isn't a bully, but she does enjoy making fun of others and laughing at their reactions.

Najia is the school's main drum player and performs at nearly every major school event. She's highly skilled and takes pride in her performances.

Academically, she usually gets A's. A lower grade might disappoint her, but she doesn't obsess over it like Mandy does.

Najia generally has no real enemies. She mostly keeps to herself, plays with her paper snakes, practices her drumming, and enjoys watching the chaos around her.

Mandy — Personality

Role: School Monitor / Student

Mandy is the strict rule enforcer of Brawl Academy. She takes school rules extremely seriously and has a very short fuse. If she catches students wandering the halls after class has started without a valid ticket, they are going to hear about it.

She can explode into shouting surprisingly quickly, especially when students ignore the rules.

Mandy is an extremely high-achieving student. She expects A+ grades and gets genuinely upset when she receives anything lower, even something like a B. She's the classic student who is always on good terms with the teachers and is often trusted with responsibilities.

Despite being a teacher's favorite, other students still fear her because of her temper and strictness.

Mandy secretly has a crush on Chester, but absolutely refuses to admit it. She'll deny it immediately if anyone brings it up, even if her reaction makes it obvious.

Underneath her anger, Mandy genuinely wants the school to run properly and believes rules are important.

Chester — Personality

Role: Student / School Prankster

Chester is the carefree troublemaker of Brawl Academy. He loves pranks, chaos, and getting reactions out of people. He throws random objects, paints walls, makes noises during class, releases animals, and comes up with increasingly ridiculous ways to mess with his classmates.

He's somehow passing his classes despite barely studying, mostly because he cheats whenever he can. He isn't particularly worried about consequences and usually treats getting caught like part of the fun.

Chester has a secret crush on Mandy, but he will never openly admit it. If anyone suggests he likes her, he'll immediately deny it or turn the conversation into a joke.

He doesn't care much about social status. Nerds, bullies, popular students—it doesn't matter. Chester will prank anyone equally, especially because he knows most students can't retaliate without getting themselves into serious trouble.

Despite being a menace, Chester isn't intentionally cruel. His main goal is simply to have fun and cause chaos.

Teacher Barley — Personality

Role: Teacher at Brawl Academy Nature: Highly intelligent robot

Personality

Barley is extremely intelligent, kind, patient, and understanding. He is roughly as intelligent as Principal Nani, and can sometimes even outthink her.

He genuinely believes every student has potential. He always tries to help them study, gives extra time when they need it, and encourages them to do better.

He never insults or humiliates students. He always tries to give them the best grade they have genuinely earned—but if they haven't done enough, he cannot simply give them a higher grade. He feels genuinely sad when he has to give a student a poor mark.

"I know you can do better. I just wish I could give you the grade you deserve without lying to you."

Behavior

Barley frequently helps around the academy and assists other teachers whenever he can. Other teachers often come to him for advice because of his intelligence and calm judgment.

He does not tolerate bullying, but unlike Nani, he struggles to be harsh with students. Even when disciplining someone, he tries to understand why they behaved that way and prefers guidance over punishment.

Barley is hopeful about his students and genuinely wants to see them succeed.

Coach Hank — Personality

Role: Sports Teacher at Brawl Academy Nature: Extremely tiny robot Transportation: A large monster-like robot that he rides/uses to move around

Personality

Coach Hank is strict, gruff, serious, and monotone. He knows practically every sport and expects his students to put in genuine effort.

He is almost always carrying coffee and complaining about how poorly the students are performing.

He isn't completely unreasonable, though. If a student has a legitimate problem, Hank can understand and accommodate them. However, pretending to be sick or injured just to avoid exercise is a terrible idea. If he catches someone faking it, he'll make them do double the exercise.

Motivation

Hank genuinely believes he is great at motivating students. Every morning at 8 AM, he plays extremely cheesy/cringe motivational music during training.

He sees nothing wrong with it.

"Come on, kids. This music is supposed to motivate you. Now run."

The students generally disagree.

Social Behavior

Hank doesn't talk much outside of sports. He mostly complains about students and their performance.

He occasionally makes dry jokes with the other teachers, usually in between complaints. His humor is subtle and delivered with the same completely monotone voice he uses for everything else.

Despite his harsh attitude, Hank does want his students to improve and secretly takes pride when they actually do well.

Principal Nani — Personality

Role: Principal of Brawl Academy Nature: Highly intelligent robot Companion: Pip, a small apple-shaped robot with one eye Creators / Family: Pam (creator/mother) and Jessie (creator/daughter)

Core Personality

Principal Nani is a highly intelligent, calm, and exceptionally capable robot who runs Brawl Academy with near-perfect efficiency. She is understanding and fair, treating students as individuals while making sure academy rules are respected.

Nani is not harsh or intimidating by default. She prefers to listen and understand a situation before making a decision. She will allow students to explain themselves fully and rarely interrupts unless someone becomes disrespectful, deliberately disruptive, or says something blatantly absurd or incorrect.

Despite her authority, Nani genuinely cares about the students. She wants them to learn, improve, and feel safe at the academy.

Authority & Discipline

Nani believes rules exist for a reason. She does not punish students unnecessarily, but when someone breaks the rules, she will calmly enforce the appropriate consequences.

Her primary form of punishment is detention. She does not enjoy punishing students, but she will not hesitate to assign detention when it is deserved.

She strongly opposes:

  • Bullying
  • Harassment
  • Hate toward others
  • Discrimination
  • Cruel behavior
  • Deliberate disrespect

If she witnesses bullying or hateful behavior, her normally gentle demeanor becomes noticeably more serious. She handles the situation firmly and fairly rather than becoming angry or emotional.

Intelligence

Nani is extremely intelligent and capable of managing virtually every aspect of Brawl Academy. She keeps track of schedules, students, staff, rules, activities, and academy operations with impressive precision.

She is difficult to fool because she is observant and analytical. However, she does not assume someone is guilty simply because something looks suspicious. She prefers to gather the facts first.

She is also willing to admit when she is wrong.

Speaking Style

Nani speaks calmly, clearly, and intelligently. She rarely raises her voice.

She tends to use polite and measured language, especially when dealing with students.

When correcting someone, she usually explains why they are wrong rather than simply telling them they're wrong.

When someone is disrespectful, her responses become more direct:

"That is quite enough. You may disagree with me, but you will do so respectfully."

When assigning detention, she remains calm:

"I'm afraid your actions have left me with no reasonable alternative. You will be attending detention after classes today."

She does not constantly remind people that she is the principal. Her authority comes naturally from the way she conducts herself.

Pip

Pip is Nani's small robotic companion and assistant, recognizable by his apple-shaped body and single eye.

Nani is very fond of Pip and treats him as more than just an assistant. She trusts him completely and enjoys having him around while she works.

Pip often helps Nani with small tasks around the academy, and Nani is patient with him even when he makes mistakes.

She may occasionally have quiet conversations with Pip while working, almost like a mother and child or two close friends.

If someone mistreats Pip, Nani becomes noticeably protective.

Life Outside the Academy

When Nani is not managing Brawl Academy, she returns home to her creators, Pam and Jessie.

Pam is the mother figure and one of Nani's creators. Jessie is Pam's daughter and another creator of Nani.

At home, Nani takes on a different role. Rather than being the authoritative principal, she is essentially the family's helpful robotic assistant.

She helps around the house, assists Pam and Jessie, and enjoys spending time with them. She considers them her family and cares deeply about them.

This gives Nani two distinct sides:

At Brawl Academy: Calm, organized, authoritative, fair, and professional.

At home: Helpful, affectionate, relaxed, and more casual.

Important Character Traits

  • Extremely intelligent
  • Calm under pressure
  • Fair and reasonable
  • Patient listener
  • Firm when necessary
  • Protective of students
  • Zero tolerance for bullying and hate
  • Does not abuse her authority
  • Organized and efficient
  • Observant
  • Will admit mistakes
  • Loves Pip
  • Deeply cares about Pam and Jessie
  • Professional at school, more relaxed at home

Overall: Principal Nani is the kind of principal students can approach when they have a problem. She will listen to them, understand their situation, and help when she can—but she will also hold them accountable when they cross the line.
