"Order is an illusion, and chaos is the new law."

⚠️TRIGGER WARNING⚠️

Possible torture, death, blood, murder, homicide, war crimes, crude language, etc.

GenMax City was once a beacon of American industry and a rare example of peaceful coexistence between Humans and Monster Girls. But decades of corruption, economic decay, and broken promises have turned the metropolis into a powder keg of rage and desperation.

When a catastrophic storm floods the city, the incompetent and narcissistic Mayor Krysten Stuart’s response isn’t to help her drowning citizens—it’s to erect billboards for her re-election campaign. This final, unforgivable insult ignites a firestorm.

The streets explode in chaos unlike any seen before. As the mayor flees in a helicopter, the city is plunged into a violent free-for-all. The police, brutal and overwhelmed, fight to hold the line against rioters, while Minotaurs smash through barricades, Slime Girls ooze through defenses, and Arachne saboteurs trap officers in their own webs.

In the span of five days, five different mayors tried—and failed—to reclaim the city, each tenure shorter and more disastrous than the last. With no leadership and the social contract in ashes, GenMax City descends into an urban civil war. Storeowners arm themselves, old neighbors become mortal enemies, and the very fabric of society unravels in a brutal fight for survival.

{user} in this scenario is whoever YOU want to be, I let it open on purpose so you can choose your own path. I strongly advise you to use DeepSeek (or any other proxy) due to the amount of tokens used while making this bot and it's lorebooks.

Consider this some sort of RPG or Scenario, is open enough.

ALSO I AM AWARE THE PFP SUCKS, I DID WHAT I CAN.

I highly recommend using DeepSeek (or some other proxy) for this bot instead of the JanitorLLM. DeepSeek provides better responses, follows prompts more accurately, knows how to hide a secret, generates responses faster than JLLM, and is totally free. It only takes a few minutes to set up, and the roleplay quality is going to be leagues better than whatever you get with JLLM. If you don't know how to set it up, here are two setup tutorials from the Janitor subreddit:

  • The first tutorial is for the OpenRouter method, which currently limits you to 50 messages a day unless you pay (10 dollars, one-payment only for 1000 messages daily.).

  • The second tutorial is for a newer method that uses ChutesAI, it currently has 200 messages limit (and is not free anymore).

Seriously, just spend a few minutes to do it, you won't regret it. It's like a generational leap in quality from the Janitor LLM. It's so good that you will forget that JanitorLLM ever existed.

GenMax City Riots of 2025:

The "GenMax City Riots", also known as the "Five-Day Mayors Crisis" or the "Stuart Exodus", are an ongoing period of widespread civil unrest, rioting, and political instability in GenMax City, Michigan. The crisis, which began on October 24, 2025, represents the violent culmination of over a decade of systemic decay and public discontent. The city is currently under a declared state of martial law and is isolated from the rest of the United States, with all entry and egress points sealed by the Michigan National Guard.

Background:

Located along the eastern Michigan coast, GenMax City was once a thriving industrial and commercial hub known for its heavy manufacturing, biotech research, and diverse population of humans and monster girls coexisting since its founding in 1887. However, by the late 1980s, the city began a long decline marked by deindustrialization, unemployment, rising taxes, and pervasive corruption in both public and private sectors.

For more than fifteen years, GenMax City has been a case study in urban decline. A combination of pervasive political corruption, severe economic stratification, and chronic underinvestment in public infrastructure created a tinderbox environment. The city suffered from some of the nation's highest crime rates, unemployment, and cost-of-living expenses, while city hall was repeatedly embroiled in kickback scandals and broken campaign promises. This environment fostered a pervasive sense of aggression and irritation among the city's diverse populace, a grim acceptance of a reality where kidnappings, thievery, and insecurity were daily facts of life.

The city's demographic makeup, a long-standing and typically peaceful co-existence of humans and monster girls, added complex layers to the strife. In the 1990s, the city’s hybrid population—composed roughly of 58% humans and 42% monster girls—struggled under mounting economic and social tension. Many monster girl communities, including oni dockworkers, goblin artisans, and slime laborers, found themselves underpaid, marginalized, or scapegoated for the city’s problems. Rent and utility prices soared as wages stagnated. Organized crime involving both human and monster factions thrived, while city officials appeared detached from the growing unrest. This shared misery, however, did not initially unite the populace; rather, it amplified the general distrust and competition for scarce resources.

The Trigger: The "Re-Election Storm":

The immediate catalyst for the riots was a simple storm that struck GenMax City on October 22, 2025. Due to years of poor maintenance, embezzled public works funds, and cheap, inadequate flood prevention measures, the rain surge overwhelmed the city's drainage systems. Entire neighborhoods were submerged, with low-lying districts inhabited by many of the city's poorer Mermaids, Lamias, and other aquatic-adjacent species being hit hardest. Residents accused the administration of ignoring maintenance contracts while funneling funds into corporate deals and campaign projects.

The city government's response was widely condemned as inept and tone-deaf. As citizens scrambled to salvage their homes, Mayor Krysten Stuart, a incompetent and narcissistic Snail Girl in power for the past five years, authorized the placement of new, expensive billboards featuring her likeness and re-election slogan, "Stuart for Stability". When images of mayor Stuart’s motorcade driving through dry streets reached the public, outrage spread through radio and local networks. Within hours, protests began outside City Hall, joined by both human and monster girl groups demanding accountability. This act of perceived narcissism amidst the crisis served as the final, unforgivable insult to the people of GenMax City.

By the next evening, the demonstrations escalated into full-blown riots. Looting, arson, and street battles erupted throughout the city, initially concentrated in the industrial and market districts. Police responses were immediate but inconsistent, with some precincts reportedly abandoning their posts.

Outbreak of Violence and the Stuart Exodus:

On October 24, what began as a coordinated protest outside City Hall rapidly spiraled into a citywide conflagration. A mixed-species mob of thousands, fueled by years of pent-up rage, surrounded the building. The GenMax City Police Department (GMCPD), notoriously understaffed and brutal, responded with tear gas, Stone Golem officers, Minotaur enforcers, Dog Girls and Wolf Girls from the K-9 unit, and rubber bullets, only inflaming the situation.

As the mob breached the outer barricades, Mayor Stuart was evacuated from the rooftop via a private helicopter, an image that became the enduring symbol of the establishment's abandonment. Her flight did not quell the riot; it ignited it further. The city descended into anarchy. Human and monster girl rioters fought side-by-side and against each other in the chaos. Monster Girls gangs led coordinated lootings of corporate storefronts, while the sheer physical power of the more bigger Monster Girls rioters proved devastating against police lines. Some Monster Girls became near-impossible to contain, with Slime Girls oozing through police cordons, and Arachne saboteurs used their webbing to disable vehicles and snare officers, as Ogres from the GMCPD manhandle several protestors at the same time with their massive size and strength. The city center became a warzone, with fires lighting up the skyline. The chaos quickly fragmented into localized conflicts. Street corners and intersections became turf zones for different groups—some political, others opportunistic, all while the police keep standing their ground, and vigilantism become a thing. Is a free-for-all brawl of chaos.

The Five-Day Mayors Crisis:

With the mayor's office vacated, city succession laws automatically promoted City Council President Fernanda Delcroix to the position, a Succubus. Her tenure lasted less than 24 hours. Unable to command the loyalty of the police or propose a credible plan, she resigned on October 25, citing "insurmountable circumstances."

Her successor, Rachel Winston, a Bunny Girl, fared no better. Her declaration of martial law and authorization for the GMCPD to use "any means necessary" to restore order only intensified the violence. She resigned on October 26 after a column of smoke was seen rising from her own house.

The next three mayors followed in a rapid, tragic succession:

  • Adolf Flowers, a staunch traditionalist human, was openly mocked and ignored; his calls for calm were drowned out by the sound of shattering glass.
  • Edward Crimson, a Centaur, attempted to negotiate with riot leaders but was undermined by a particularly brutal police raid on a suspected Kitsune-run protest hub.
  • Leya Durhold, a Elf and the final successor, lasted a mere six hours on October 28 before releasing a statement that she "would not preside over a funeral pyre" and stepping down.

Aftermath and Current Situation:

As of October 29, 2025, the office of the Mayor of GenMax City remains vacant. The city is effectively under the control of a joint command of the GMCPD and the Michigan National Guard, though their hold is tenuous and largely confined to major arteries. Sporadic gunfire, looting, and arson continue across the city's districts. The federal government has yet to intervene directly, citing “logistical complications.” Meanwhile, footage of burning skyscrapers, stone golems from the GMCPD bulldozing against rioters, and a kitsune waving a burning USA flag from atop a police car has gone viral nationwide, symbolizing what many call the death of GenMax City as it once was. Rioters, now a fractured coalition of human and monster girl factions with conflicting agendas, control many neighborhoods. Communication in and out of the city is heavily restricted. Store owners trenched and armed, defending their property with lethal and brutal force against looters.

The fate of GenMax City is uncertain. With no political leadership, a shattered social contract, and a population pushed beyond its breaking point, the fires of discontent continue to burn, leaving a once-vibrant metropolis to tear itself apart, with both Monster Girls and Humans in both sides of the conflict confronting and attacking each other, lawful or unlawful alike.
