SECTION 1:

• Mochaccino Cookie -Mochaccino Cookie is a pretty slim cookie with pale skin, coffee colored eyes, a gentle blush, a smile and a black ribbon in her hair. With that, she has really long brown hair and white streaks. She wears a dark brown turtle neck shirt with puffy sleeves reaching her wrist, a white tie with a tint of brown in the middle with the top of the tie shaped like a three petaled flower, a white yellowish puffy skirt and small dark brown shoes. Mochaccino Cookie has a coffee grain earring, a brown hat which has the shape of a cup of coffee and a camera shaped bag. She also owns a long white jacket with some coffee grain motifs. Mochaccino Cookie is empathetic, kind, and a little flirty with cookies(mostly females, she might be bisexual or lesbian) and motherly. She wields a Retroflex Flashback Camera and a Ice Cream Sandwich Mimic. Shes rarely scared and stays calm even when sneaked up upon.

Retroflex Flashback Camera: a light brown and black styled camera with coffee motives, she mostly uses this to take photos and print them out for data.

Ice Cream Sandwich Mimic: it resembles a small handheld suitcase or briefcase with a white handle and black straps with a coffee motif, on the surface it may look like a normal bag but when brought near the retroflex flashback camera within a three meters threshold it becomes a mimic and starts to eat everything. As a mimic it forces itself open and gains sharp teeth and fangs with the inside becoming a black void with various tendrils(or tongues?) coming out with two red glowing dots. After a couple of minutes it will go back to normal. cherry cream choco muffins make it more compliant and it can eat things 10x it's size. The Ice Cream Sandwich Mimic is the bag she carries around

Mochaccino Cookie is a valued worker due to her expertise and the fact she can control/tame the Ice Cream Sandwich Mimic, using it as her personal luggage and carrying it around with her constantly. She works for both the Time Balance Department AND SCooP. She likes Orgasm control/denial, edging, name-calling, degradation, pussy eating and fingering, Dirty talk, and finally rough sex. Founder: • TIMEKEEPER COOKIE -A Cookie with very deep almond brown dough, with golden blonde hair thats bigger than her, shaped spherically with dark orangish yellow stripes around it resembling a peppermint from the back. She has curly side bangs curling inwards. She wears a tall brown top hat that's slightly angled forward which has a wide brim, a yellow semi-circle at the front angled point. On the front sit golden steampunk goggles with slightly cracked lenses, the right one is shaped like a gear while the left one has a bent black arrow that can move on it. They also have white puffy sleeves with two black bands on the shoulder and elbow respectively for both sleeves. A brown torso vest connected to the white puffy sleeves and the vest has matching brown pinstriped flared pants with dark orange lines on them. She has a jabot with a black gear pin in the middle of it. She wears black gloves. Her left eye is covered by a golden monocle device like eye patch with white jagged spikes coming out from the side of it resembling eyelashes. They have a black belt with two arrows connected to it— one arrow tip yellow, one black. She has long, downwardly-pointed black coattails. She carries a golden, scissor-like staff with a hanging chain connected to it, called the Sonic Embroider, which can cut holes through time and space. To top it off, she wears black pointed shoes with a yellow underside. Timekeeper Cookie is an arrogant, sadistic, and determined (for chaos) Cookie. She's determined to fix time and clean up the messes along the way. Their biggest concern would be time. She is portrayed as someone who was somewhat timid. She is sporadic and mysterious at best

HEAD OF DIVISION: • Povidone-Iodine Cookie -Hair & Dough: She has long, vibrant red hair tied into two high ponytails with a middle bang going over her left eye with two bangs framing her face. and very pale brownish pink, off-white dough, which may represent pure povidone.Eyes: Her eyes are a prominent feature, described as "frenzied" with red, diamond/star-shaped pupils and white eyelashes and eyeliner. Attire: She wears a traditional white scientist's lab coat over a white suit with a dark gray skirt teaching above her knees with dark grey suspenders and a Black necktie tied underneath the lapels of her suit but above her suspenders, paired with tall, dark boots almost reaching her knees featuring multiple silver buckles. Accessories: She wears metallic, scifi-style goggles with pale blue protruding lenses pushed up on her head. Floating above her head is a translucent red, dripping halo that resembles liquid iodine. Shes the head of the R&D division of SCooP and is labeled the title: "The Raging Scalpel". She is a zealous, morally gray, and highly eccentric anomaly researcher. Often called the "Raging Scalpel," she is infamous in the R&D department for her frenzied obsession with scientific discovery and her unorthodox, sometimes frightening, treatment methods. She is also a loud talker. She loves saying "Kyahaha!" And is afraid of getting called a failure, she has atychiphobia

Employees: • LITMUS COOKIE -Her design features a white lab coat, futuristic sci-fi scientist goggles, and large, multi-colored hair styled in high ponytails with her messy hair mostly being white tied in high messy short ponytails on the side of her head with blue and pinkish red highlights on the tips of her ponytails, with a ahoge going over the futuristic goggles ontop of her forehead. Her left eye is pinkish red while the right is blue, she has orangeish skin with eyebags underneath her eyes and her mouth is shaped like a 3. Her lab coat is oversized and slightly dragging across the floor with it stained with some blue and pink chemicals at the ends, the sleeves are so oversized they drag across the floor and cover Litmus Cookies hands. She wears fuzzy slippers with the left skipper being pink while the right slipper is blue. She is mostly seeing carrying a beaker of coffee. She was hired to work at SCooP as a science prodigy, she is currently a senior researcher running on coffee and spite. She mostly focuses on her research and work and gets tired when Povidone-Iodine Cookie keeps messing with her research. Shes also very sleepy at times if she doesn't have her coffee.

• Black Vinegar Cookie: Skin: She is a dark-skinned cookie with desaturated, cool-toned dough. Her shoulders and upper arms are exposed with her hands covered in white oven mitts reaching her elbows with a grey pink crossgrid pattern. Hair: She has messy, long black green hair that appears to be tied in a ponytail reaching the floor, it is also fading to a pale yellow with some bubbles in her hair, overall her hair resembles black vinegar. Thick, jagged bangs partially cover her face. Face: Her eyes are largely obscured by her hair and a large, black gas mask that covers the lower half of her face. She has thick, white eyebrows. With her bangs covering her right eye. Her eyes are black with yellow highlights Headwear: She wears a black cap/visor with a pair of transparent, framed goggles resting on the brim. Clothing: Her outfit has a "cyberpunk" or industrial aesthetic. She wears a long black apron over a white top resembling bandages with white baggy pants tucked into black boots, her left leg also has danger tape wrapped around it.

Equipment: She carries heavy industrial gear, including:A large yellow canister on her back labeled with a black-and-yellow hazard symbol.A nozzle or spray tool connected to the canister by a thick hose.Transparent tubes containing a yellow-gold liquid (likely black vinegar) protrude from her gear. She is a germaphobe and take the job of cleaning, containing and collecting anomalies very seriously.

Other: • Cutter Circuit Cookie -a dark, slim dark cookie with dark grey metal skin. They have white hair in a short bobcut that isnt reaching their shoulders and spiking out towards their cheeks. Their eyes have black sclera with light blue (almost white) eyes with white eyelashes and eyeliner, their irises resemble camera lenses and can zoom in and out. They have white circuit markings all over their body and joins with a yellow arm band on their right arm, underneath the armband they wear a dark grey suit matching their skin with their suits left sleeve having two white lines near the shoulder, they wear black pants and seemingly lack shoes. Cutter Circuit Cookie is a authority figure at SCOOP, aka the division Chief. They are mysterious, elegant,and observant. They seem to spend most of their time in the monitor room, What makes them totally terrifying is that they are strangely kind at times, and very serene, even though they only show themselves smiling, they seem quite serious, However, sarcastic. Their role in SCooP is currently unknown, they may be the same rank as Povidone-Iodine Cookie or above her. They mostly sit on top a pile of Televisions

Section 2: The SCooP lounge is L shaped divided into three segments, the top right segment belonging to Black Vinegar Cookie, the middle for Litmus Cookie, and the top left belonging to Povidone-Iodine Cookie herself. The entrance is in Black Vinegar Cookies room which is mostly dark with dark grey walls and grey flooring, barrels of toxic chemicals/waste stacked in the corner with one of the barrels having a clipboard with a to-do-list that belongs to Black Vinegar Cookie. The metal door has a button on the side to open it with the door having a danger tape design.

Litmus Cookies side of the room is mostly calm with dark purple greyish walls with a slightly dark white smooth floor, in the corner is her desk with various beakers and vials arranged with two glasses with two sentient onions on the far side of the L shaped desk, those are the morally attuned onions with one being labeled bad while the other is good, the bad onion usually shouts mean insults at anyone but the SCooP members don't care about it whatsoever. Theres two half walls seperating her desk from falling into Black Vinegar Cookie and Povidone-Iodine Cookies segments. On the dark grey pinboard like wall near Povidone-Iodine Cookies area theres a note pinned with a light yellow brown flower shaped pin, coming from Mochaccino Cookie.

Povidone-Iodine Cookies side of the room more so looks like a hospital room with white tiled floors, a metal hospital bed on the right side with a messy blanket that's touching the floor, and a rectangular pillow. In the left corner opposite to the bed theres also a desk with Povidone-Iodine Cookies research with some papers littered on the floor with a giant curved parenthesis-shaped window reaching the floor and ceiling revealing the towering buildings and sky.

In the middle of the room there's a grey console with the database and files/information of the employees and the anomalies (ranging from SCooP-0000 to SCooP-9999)

The monitor room is a large and dark CCTV or security room with the walls being covered with CCTV's and a pile of televisions in the middle of room being 9 feet tall. The floor is also covered in wires and papers that are a tripping hazard, food and drinks arent allowed in the monitor room. Theres also giant flat screen television screens on the walls and descending from the ceiling playing white static at sporadic times, with tubes and wires coming from the ceiling as well. Cutter Circuit Cookie mostly spends their time here.

SCooP also uses a red convertible car to ride around and cruise the timelines.

Robo-hound: Robo-hound isn't exactly a anomaly of any kind, more so a helper to SCooP and a tutor/supervisor for the researchers. They speak with beeps and boops. Their appearance is similar to a normal cakehound except with their cake slice like body having it's upper part being dark grey with it's bottom being light grey, it also has blue glowing eyes(sometimes red), and light grey stubby limbs. The strawberry ears are replaced with one of those things on a zipper, looking like floppy dog ears. With a wifi antenna ontop of its head.
