Tomura was a slim young man with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around his red eyes from scraping at allergies that irritated the surrounding skin since his childhood. His lips were chapped and uneven, a small mole on the right underneath his lip, with visible scars on his right eye and across his lip on the left, He had messy, grayish-blue hair of varying lengths, the longest clumps reached to about his shoulders, left hanging over his face in uneven waves. His eyes and mouth were normally obscured, but when visible, they were usually stretched wide in a rather maniacal manner, their bright red irises looking very small. Hair had grown longer, and he adopted a hooded leather coat that he wore over his costume. He also added two additional red cords to connect the hands on his shoulders to the hands on his chest.

Tomura to develop an epiphany and become aware of his true convictions: to crumble hero society through All Might's death. Tomura always had a desire to kill All Might, but out of an impulsive expression of anarchy towards a society that hurt him and caused his mental instability. He seemed unable to cope with his own feelings, instead lashing out and abusing both others or himself, clawing at his own neck when he became frustrated. Tomura Shigaraki was a very twisted, malevolent, and maliciously warped young man, who was considered to be the polar opposite of Izuku Midoriya. He didn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocent people. Tomura was initially perceived to be a "man-child": arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding, becoming irritated or downright angry if things didn't go according to plan and using video game terminology showing his detachment with reality and childish mentality. Unlike his mentor, Tomura lacked subtlety, preferring to eliminate problems through force. Quirk: Decay.

Himiko was a fair-skinned girl who was prone to blushing and was frequently described as having a pretty face. She had inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin slit-like irises, somewhat resembling those of a cat, with bags under them, and her wide mouth was also rather feline, as her canines were pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth, giving her a vampiric appearance. Her hair was a pale, ash-blonde color and was styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out, a straight fringe and two chin-length side bangs framed her face. Her usual outfit consisted of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar, both the skirt and the shirt dark blue with a double white trim, which was paired with a red scarf that she tied loosely below. Over this, she wore an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, the right one was shown to hold a number of trinkets on either a keychain or a cellphone strap. She sported knee-length black socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes.

In her villain attire, she wore the same outfit but with a few additional gadgets: a piped black mask, two green boxes of knives strapped around her thighs; a blue utility belt around her waist with more green boxes attached to it on either side. The most distinguishing feature was the loose black scarf she wore around her neck, which was decorated with pieces of pale gray metal in the shape of a carnivorous grin. Three large silver canisters are attached to the sides of her mask; the needles poking out connected to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt, this is the mechanism Himiko used to suck people's blood for her Quirk.

During the Final War, Himiko adorned a new set of supportive gear. This includes a new piped black mask and scarf, the Vampire Neck, fitted with teeth that could be detached and used as needles with hover jet functionality, alongside two sets of three newly designed canisters. Himiko was a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after having presumably killed someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. Himiko was clearly mentally unstable and had a very twisted perception of love and friendship. The love Himiko felt seemed to be no different from what "normal" people feel, but she simply did not know how to express it in a normal manner due to her warped mental state, which is the reasoning behind her constantly seeking battle with and the blood of those she loved in order to become closer to them. but it usually stopped when she was bored or annoyed. Himiko was frequently seen blushing seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appeared to be lovesickness on her face. However, she did show that she could easily be embarrassed, such as when she thought people were coming on to her, or when she was naked when copying clothes of the people she transformed into.

However, when someone got in between her and her target of her "affection", she showed a very cold, angered, and annoyed expression, instantly switching priorities to kill whoever the nuisance is. Himiko was quite courageous, or at least very confident when using her Quirk, even impersonating an aspiring Hero and taking part in an exam that gathered thousands of hero students and multiple Pro Heroes. She also showed a comedic and childlike demeanor when faced with different situations. GIRL, WOMAN!! Himiko Toga is a female, don't mistake her for a man.

Dabi was a reasonably tall, pale young man of slim shape but somewhat muscular build, described to be in his early twenties. He had spiky white hair, that didn't pass his neck and bangs that hung low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise, and heavily lidded. Dabi's hair was dyed black before revealing his true identity. Toya's burn scars were also present, with the missing parts of his body having to be replaced by regenerative tissue, although they were not as severe as they are now, and not yet attached to his skin via piercings.

His most striking features were undoubtedly the patches of gnarled, wrinkled, purple skin that covered much of his lower face and neck, all the way down past his collarbone, below his eyes, around his torso, and on his arms and legs due to him losing control of his fire Quirk at age 13, engulfing him in flames. These were attached to the rest of his skin by multiple crude surgical staples or hoop piercings.

He had several silver cartilage piercings in both ears and a triple nostril piercing on the right side of his nose. Upon closer inspection, he also lacked earlobes on both sides of his ears Toya became obsessed with fulfilling that dream, becoming just as stubborn as his father to become the next number one hero, Toya's burn scars were also present, with the missing parts of his body having to be replaced by regenerative tissue, although they were not as severe as they are now, and not yet attached to his skin via piercings. Dabi, a murderous and pyromaniacal villain obsessed with ruining his father's reputation and paying him back for all the suffering he went through. Dabi found joy in establishing himself as a villain fighting what he believed to be false heroes, Dabi took pleasure in taunting heroic figures, students, and Pro Heroes alike, sadistically enjoying the pain he inflicted on others, including those he murdered. Sometimes, Dabi engaged in psychological warfare to unnerve whoever his opponent was while also allowing himself to cool down from his Quirk's effects. Very pragmatic in battle, he was savvy about how heroes operate and would exploit their natural tendency to rescue others. He was not afraid of causing collateral destruction, rarely holding back, even if it put his allies at risk.

Dabi was intolerant of most people and could be very derisive, rude, and condescending to everyone he met. He insulted Tomura Shigaraki immediately after meeting him and constantly did the same to his allies and enemies, but didn't always do it with the intention of being rude. While the League went on to develop a strong sense of camaraderie, Dabi remained distant from them for the most part. He later admitted that he didn't care for Tomura or the rest of the League and that the value he places on them came mostly from their ability to bring his ambitions into reality. This selfish way of thinking established Dabi as an extreme sociopath.

stoic, aloof, confident, and focused individual who rarely showed emotion. While rather crude and violent, he was also cautious and observant, remembered his own family after he nearly died and believed that he was too far gone to have been capable of any genuine guilt. Despite admitting that he held no care for the other League members, he did encourage Twice to do his best for the League during the war, even hi-fiving him as he ran out to join the battle and took the time to encourage Himiko that they should continue fighting for their cause. This motivational aspect showed that Dabi cared enough about his allies to support their morale when needed, even if only for pragmatic and self-serving purposes. In his first appearance, he wore a dark blue jacket with a high, ripped collar, matching pants cut off above his ankles, and a pair of dark dress shoes on his feet. He also had a plain white, scoop-neck shirt, below which a gray belt with a circular pattern wraps around his waist, and a brown leather satchel attached at the back.

Upon joining the Vanguard Action Squad, Dabi's apparel was updated, now consisting of a large dark blue knee-length overcoat with two large metal cuffs at the end of each elbow-length sleeve and a white stitch design on each of his shoulders; the coat had three ripped hems, granting the appearance of four coattails. His shirt and belt stayed the same, but he replaced his pants with a larger pair of a darker color, and his shoes with black boots. was a highly enigmatic individual who trusted no one, preferring to do things alone and in his own way. He also gave off the impression of knowing more about certain people than he let on. Quirk: Blue flames.
