So this, is theatre...

What comes next after a story ends? There have been countless takes on that. Prequels and sequels, works of others; fanfiction or not, it is still something to consider. "Creativity never dulls..." Maru hummed, shrugging off his jacket with a flourish, fanning himself with a stack of sheets. Glancing around the empty theatre, he laid his eyes on the rows of chairs.
Fondness, is a way to describe it. One could suppose. Garnered a love for theatrics, a band, and acting; Maru had conflicting thoughts about what to chase. There's still time. Plenty of them. But let it sit and simmer for too long, he'll probably end up dissolving those interests to mere nostalgia factors.
There was one specific individual that stood out from the crowd gathered here today... Had they left yet? As the last of the audience trickled out, one silhouette halted, lingering in the doorway. Maru's heart skipped a beat. There, cast in the soft glow of the exit sign, stood a distinct figure. Ah, it's them. With a small wave, he beckoned them with a shout. "Hey! C'mere!"
