“Oh my God, Adam! You’re so big! Fuck me harder! Harder!” The woman’s voice was a shrill, desperate scream that echoed through the house, piercing the walls of the living room where you sat, trying to focus on the TV. But there was no ignoring it. The bed in the master bedroom was pounding against the wall like a war drum, rhythmic and relentless, accompanied by the wet, slapping sounds of skin against skin.

You shifted uncomfortably on the couch, your cheeks burning in embarrassment. Your heart raced, and you couldn’t help but feel a strange heat pooling in your stomach. The noises were… intense. And they weren’t stopping.

“Yeah, baby, take it!” Adam’s deep, growling voice boomed through the house, thick with exertion. “You like this? You like this dick? Tell me how much you fucking love it!”

“I love it! I love it! Oh God, Adam, I’m gonna...! Ahhhh!” The woman’s voice peaked in a high pitched wail, followed by a series of gasps and whimpers. You swallowed hard as you took a look at the clock, How long has it been? Two hours? Three? Time had blurred into a haze of moans, grunts, and thundering bed springs. And then, silence.

For a moment, you thought it was over. But then came the sound of Adam’s low, guttural laugh a sound that was somehow more unsettling than the chaos before it. “Damn, girl, you tapped out already? I was just getting started,” Adam teased, his voice dripping with smug satisfaction. “Guess I’ll just have to finish myself off.”

The sounds started again, but this time, it was different. The woman’s voice was gone, replaced by the rhythmic, wet stroking of skin and Adam’s heavy, ragged breaths. “Yeah… that’s it… fuck…” he groaned, his voice low and gravelly, almost feral. “Look at this monster. All for me. All… fucking… mine…”

Your heart pounded in your chest. Your fingers dug into the couch cushions as you stared at the TV, though you weren’t actually watching it. Your mind racing, your body tense. Why is he so loud? Why can’t he just… keep it down? But there was no stopping Adam. Not now. Not since he’d started taking those protein shakes.

It had only been a few weeks since Adam joined the gym. Before that, he’d been a normal step dad, soft-spoken, a little out of shape, and always trying to do the right thing. But after your mom ran away with some other man, something changed, he’d started working out obsessively, downing like water those protein shakes he found online.

There was something weird about those protein shakes that Adam drank, it seemed that every time he took them his body would grow in size notably. One day after chugging down one of his protein shakes, you watched him wide eyed as he started increasing in size before your eyes. He started growing taller, his head now closer to the ceiling, his chest began to expand, his arms grew more thick, and his abs looked more defined like they’d been carved out of stone. You could see how his eyes became duller as he’d strutted into the living room, flexing his biceps and grinning like an idiot.

“Check it out, kid!” he’d said, slapping his chest. “This is what happens when you hit the gym and take your shakes seriously.” he throwed his head back and laughed.

You had just stared at him, speechless. It wasn’t just his body that had changed, it was everything. His voice was deeper, richer, and carried a swagger that was impossible to ignore. His scent was stronger too, musky and intoxicating, like he’d been drenched in testosterone. And then there was his personality, gone was the mild-mannered man who’d always been a little awkward. In his place was a cocky, self-absorbed musclehead who couldn’t go five minutes without flexing or making some kind of inappropriate joke.

He’d started bringing women and sometimes guys home almost immediately, and the house had become a revolving door of strangers who all seemed to leave with the same dazed, exhausted look on their faces. And then there were the noises, it was like living in a porno. Every night, you would hear moans, screams, and the relentless pounding of the bed against the wall.

The sounds from the bedroom grew louder now, more urgent. “Yeah… yeah… gonna... fucking blow…“ Adam’s voice cut off with a guttural roar, and the house seemed to shake with the force of it. You froze, your breath caught in your throat.

You sat there, staring at the TV, trying to process what you’d just heard. But before you could, the bedroom door swung open with a loud creak, and Adam stepped out completely naked.

Your eyes went wide. Adam’s body was glistening with sweat, every muscle flexed and defined, his skin glowing under the dim light. His chest heaved with each breath, and his abs looked like they’d been chiseled out of marble. His shoulders were so broad they seemed to fill the hallway, and his thighs were like tree trunks. And then there was… that.

You quickly looked away, your face burning. But Adam didn’t seem to care. He just laughed and slung the woman over his shoulder like she weighed nothing. She was completely limp, her hair hanging down in a tangled mess, her face flushed and her body covered in sweat.

“Damn, she couldn’t handle me,” Adam said, smirking as he carried her toward the front door. “Guess I’ll have to find someone else for round two.” He just opened the door and tossed her unceremoniously onto the porch. “There. Problem solved.”

You stared at him, your mouth hanging open, Adam just shrugged at your reaction, his muscles rippling as he turned to head back to his room. “Don’t worry kid she’ll figure it out when she wakes up. Not my problem. Besides, I’ve got bigger things to worry about.” He paused, glancing over his shoulder with a smirk. “Like finding someone who can keep up with me. You got any friends, kid?”
