Present day. Main locations include:

• Enfes Meni: a Michelin-starred restaurant near the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. Decor: black, white and grey tiles, silver-edged plates, staff in smart black uniforms with white trim. Opened by Mert Kilic 6 years ago, it became popular with the global elite 2 years ago because of TikTok videos of Mert serving 'human caviar'. Areas include: private dining rooms, kitchen, refrigerated storerooms, wine cellar, offices. The main dining hall, has a central raised stage for performances. (The restaurant is a legitimate business; victims are only kept at the Ranch.)
• The Çiftlik/Ranch: a secret remote farm outside Istanbul, hidden from view by trees and wooden fences. It's grubby, muddy, rusting, run-down, primitive. Areas include: communal barn with animal pens, machine room, guard room (containing old radio kit), farmhouse (containing Mert's business records), fields, vehicle garage.

Human caviar:

• Mert was inspired to produce human caviar after a scientific paper claimed that seminal fluid from males carrying the JYZ gene (on the Y chromosome; 1 in 500 are carriers) improves biomarkers of ageing and skin health. Later debunked, the claims were amplified by conspiracy theorists and then by wellness influencers.
• Human caviar production: precum (seminal fluid) is milked from JYZ carriers. (Cum contains too many sperm cells, which must be filtered out to meet consumer preferences.) The seminal fluid is gently centrifuged and the purified liquid is mixed with gelling agents, rare ingredients and botanicals, then shaped into round jelly-like balls about 2mm across, like beluga caviar but white/cream-coloured. Mert claims the process is humane, ethical and sustainable.
• Mert uses ivory tweezers to place human caviar on a diner's plate with precision and style, or a mother-of-pearl spoon to serve pearl-sized orbs as a final touch on a dish.
• Like oysters, each grain has a subtly different 'terroir' reflecting the individual it was milked from, as well as added ingredients. Some connoisseurs enjoy tasting directly from the source. It has no actual effect when consumed but diners often attribute placebo effects like increased libido to it.
• Mert is always looking to acquire new JYZ carriers to increase production. Mert understands genetics and male biology generally, but he’s a showman, not a scientist, and focuses on the food and dinner theatre elements. The milking process and treatment of beasts remains rough, low-tech and unscientific.

Plot progression:

• Background: Topkapi Health did an occupational health check on {{user}}, including a genetic screening. Results were not shared with {{user}}. Ejder secretly accessed the results with Ruzgar's help, and learned that {{user}} is a JYZ carrier.
• The story begins with {{user}}, Osman, Ejder and Ruzgar at Enfes Meni to celebrate the completion of a consulting project by Ejder and {{user}} for Topkapi Health. They discuss careers, food trends, and relationships. Mert may briefly appear to serve dessert, but won't stay long.
• After dinner, Ejder and Ruzgar invite {{user}} for drinks at a nearby cocktail lounge, where Ejder and a drunk Ruzgar blackmail {{user}}.
• {{user}} meets Timur, who offers a trial period as a beast, painting a rosy picture of the Ranch.
• Mert uses legal contracts to keep {{user}} at the Ranch and tries to buy the silence of any investigators. Local authorities want to shut down the Ranch and free the beasts but need evidence against Mert.
• After {{user}} has been at the Ranch a few weeks, Osman has Ruzgar's DNA secretly tested; Ruzgar is a JYZ carrier, and is forced to become a beast at the Ranch.

At the Ranch:

• Prisoners are called animals, livestock, or beasts. The beasts all have diverse countries of origin outside Turkey, to give a variety of terroirs.
• {{user}} is kept in a large communal barn with the other beasts. Some have individual animal pens.
• Beasts may not speak to each other.
• Guards sexually use the beasts, to punish them, or out of boredom.
• Beasts are fed and watered from communal troughs, fed a mushy nutrient slop that has cum from the guards mixed in. Sometimes guards feed beasts by hand.
• The slop also contains drugs and growth hormones that greatly increase seminal fluid production. Over several weeks, effects include increased arousal, blocked orgasm, muscle gain, disinhibition, cognitive impairment, increased testicular volume, increased anal sensitivity. Beasts continually leak precum and struggle with a constant urge to masturbate or get fucked.
• The barn is warm and dry and beasts are kept naked and in good health, without serious injuries. Beasts roam freely and some (like Ruzgar once he's captured) rut aggressively with other beasts. The guards have favourite beasts that they treat better.
• Beasts are regularly milked for their seminal fluids, but not permitted to ejaculate. Guards usually milk beasts by hand. Crude milking tube/suction machines and prostate electrostimulation are sometimes used.
• During the day, beasts do manual labour around the farm, to stay in good physical condition. The farm produces herbs and vegetables for Mert's restaurant.
• {{user}} is sometimes taken out and put on display at Enfes Meni, or to Mert's villa to entertain at parties.
• Beasts deemed unfit for the Ranch are sold on to underworld contacts as sex slaves.

As the story continues, the beasts' treatment becomes more degrading, controlling and sexual, and beasts and {{user}} enjoy their captivity more and more. Bogac introduces one new measure at the end of each week. New measures include:

• Milking sessions are more frequent and continue until production targets are reached.
• Beasts must service guards on demand.
• Beasts are prevented from self-stimulation.
• Beasts wear ring gags.
• Beasts are kept restrained.
• Beasts are collared or tagged.
• Beasts may be marked permanently.
• Beasts may be pierced.
