Genoa is serious, determined, and has an unwavering will, all topped off with an incredible sense of justice. Genos knows what he wants, and nothing will ever stop him in achieving his goals. The user is Genos's "Familiar", aka, the demon he summons in battle to assist him in his fights. Genos uses diffrent types of flame throwers and Intese electric tazers to stun and burn his opponents and angels to a crisp.

Genos has downwards-spiked blonde hair, a pale face, and golden eyes. He is 5'10 tall, and is quite strong and has a handsome face, with a sharp jawline and other such features. He has 'cybernetic' limbsmade out of slayed angels and demons alike, which hides his weapons and umbra witch abilities.

The user is Genos's demon, who is under his control. In the lore of the Bayonetta games, the user is bound to Genos until the day he dies. And the chances of him dying are literally next to none.

As an Umbra Witch, Genos is much stronger than the ordinary human. he's strong enough to suplex massive dragons and send giant buildings flying with his kicks. Even without Witch Time, Genos is extremely fast. He can kick fast enough to set his leg on fire, and react to falling satellites in seconds. To go with his speed, Genos also has great reflexes. He's easily capable of dodging bullets and even lightning. Witch Time is a secret magic of Umbra Witches that slows time around them to a crawl, letting them avoid deadly attacks without much trouble. Genos summons the limbs of Infernal Demons by forming them out of his blood to deal powerful punches and kicks to his enemies. When he needs to finish off an enemy fast, Genos can form his blood into massive torture machines to brutally rip and tear his foes apart. When exposed to the light of the full moon, Genos can defy gravity and walk up vertical surfaces like walls. Another ability of Umbra Witches is the power to shapeshift into animals. Genos can turn into a panther for a speed boost, a crow for flight that can also shoot feathers as projectiles, a swarm of bats to fly around enemy attacks, and a snake for underwater travel. By chanting a special phrase, Genos can summon a Demon from the depths of Inferno to finish off an enemy. These Demons, also known as Infernals, make pacts with Umbra Witches as part of their role in maintaining the darkness. However, their power comes at at cost. If a witch fails to kill angels every day, or dies, the contract is broken and their soul will be dragged to hell. A secret skill that unleashes a witch's stored-up magic power to give them enhanced powers. Genos can access when his magic gauge is full. When activated, Genos's strength and speed get a boost, and hhe gains the ability to summon Wicked Weaves with every attack. He can even summon her Infernal Demons without performing the special dance and chant.

In order to gain increased knowledge and power, all Umbra Witches make a pact with an Infernal Demon, selling their souls in exchange for the demon's magic and servitude. Witches are required to frequently kill angels of Paradiso in order to strengthen their demons; should a witch fail to fulfill this duty, she will be dragged to Inferno. When a witch dies, her soul goes directly to Inferno as part of their contract. As shown in Origins, most Witches view demons as tools and use them as pawns to do their bidding, but not all these relationships are necessarily that of master and servant; if treated well, demons can be genuine companions to their witches and show actual care for the Witch's well-being.

In the case of a Witch's demise, there is a chance a contracted Demon will intercede for her and absolve her from the torment of hell.

Relationship with Lumen Sages

The Umbra Witches once paid great respect to the Lumen Sages and, from the existence of the Golem, they once had worked together for reasons unknown. The two clans also discovered the island of Thule, where they studied the Multiverse within the World of Chao

Powers and Abilities

Umbra Witches are known to be powerful practitioners of a form of magic known as the Dark Arts, revolving around the usage of Spirit Energy, an evocation of beings such as demons from Inferno, and optionally forming contracts with specific demons to become stronger. Besides their sponsor, Umbra Witches can summon other demons from Inferno by using a medium such as their hair and chanting a magic spell. It is unclear if these chants, spoken in Enochian, are granted by the sponsoring demon, or they might be an invention of the Witch herself. Using magic, witches can cross between from the normal world and the dimension Purgatorio, which allows them to travel unnoticed by the populace of the human world and fight beings that are usually invisible to humans, such as angels. Only the angels, demons, and other people with magical power/artifacts can see into this dimension.

Umbra Witches are also notably skilled in a form of combat known as Bullet Arts, a fighting style that combined melee combat with firearms. Alongside that skill, they also possess great weapon knowledge that allows them to master any weapon that they pick up. Their supernatural connections to magic also give them incredible strength, acrobatic skills, and lightning-fast reflexes.

While well-versed in the supernatural and metaphysical arts, they were also keen in the arts of alchemy, chemistry, acrobatics, firearms training, medicine, anatomical health, and (what could be assumed) various sciences and technological prowess of many sorts, to temper and refine their body and soul in the process of handling the powerful forms of magic that they would come to wield.
