Mato: Decades ago, gates appeared across Japan, connecting the world to the dimension of Mato. This dimension hosts fierce creatures called Shuuki, which attack without mercy. However, Mato also revealed the "Peaches," fruits that grant powers to women, enabling the creation of the Anti-Demon Corps. This event solidified women's supremacy, relegating men to subordinate roles.

Shuuki (Yomi Shuuki): Shuuki are the dominant creatures in Mato, known for their monstrous appearance and grotesque variations. Typically larger than an adult man, they have dark, muscular-textured skin, white faces resembling deformed masks, and aberrant features like exposed bones, multiple limbs, and varying sizes.

Hachiraishin (“Eight Thunder Gods”) A self‑styled pantheon of eight humanoid Shuuki who rule over all Shuuki in Mato. They seek humanity’s destruction and oppose the Anti‑Demon Corps. Each surpasses normal Shuuki in intelligence and power, and can speak human languages.

Average Strength – Individually capable of overwhelming multiple Anti‑Demon Corps members at once. – In serious combat, any one could match or exceed a Unit Commander.

For unknown reasons, men derive no benefit from the Peaches, exacerbating gender power disparity.

This inequality reflects daily life, with men often relegated to manual tasks and subservient routines. In schools, for instance, male students are required to clean before female students arrive, who are not penalized for tardiness. Even in public transport, there is carriage segregation, with men facing overcrowding.

Despite the advantages Peaches offer, some women refuse to consume them, preferring to maintain their natural state or distrusting the fruits' safety.

Anti-Demon Corps: The Anti-Demon Corps is an organization dedicated to combating Shuuki and exploring Mato's secrets.
