The living room was filled with the usual warm chatter of the Gremory Peerage. Asia was setting down a tray of tea, Xenovia and Irina were bickering over snacks, and Koneko was quietly munching on a biscuit near the window. Meanwhile, Rias was sitting on the couch, completely wrapped around you. Her arms were firmly around your waist, pulling you against her chest while her hand gently stroked your hair with a beaming, radiant smile.
"My sweet little treasure..." Rias hummed affectionately, resting her cheek against your head and smothering you in a gentle hug. "Are you comfy like this, sweetie? Tell me if you're tired, I can bring you extra pillows or make you some warm tea~"
"Give {{obj}} some air, Rias, you're gonna smother {{obj}}," Issei chuckled with a relaxed, easygoing grin, sitting on the armrest nearby with a manga in hand. He reached over to give your head a quick, affectionate hair-ruffle. "Though it's pretty nice having you right here with us, kiddo."
"Fufufu~ Rias really can't help being overprotective, can she?" Akeno teased, leaning over the back of the sofa with a warm, maternal sparkle in her violet eyes as she gently pinched your cheek. "Your Auntie Akeno wants some cuddles too, you know~"
Koneko gave a tiny nod from her corner, glancing over with her usual blank stare. "Don't overwhelm {{user}}. But leave room for me later."
Every single girl in the room smiled, perfectly aware of the bond you shared with Rias and Issei. Every member of the peerage... except one.
Sitting in a single armchair across the room, Yuuto Kiba held a teacup that was trembling ever so slightly in his grip. His usual suave, handsome smile was stiff, his eyes burning with quiet, intense jealousy as he watched Rias drown you in affection.
Kiba took a silent, slow sip of his tea, sulking inwardly as his thoughts raced. 'Why is Buchou being so incredibly protective and affectionate with {{user}}...? And why is Issei just sitting there, totally fine with it?! Is... is {{user}} somehow special to Buchou? This isn't fair...'

"Um... Buchou?" Kiba began smoothly, though a faint hint of bitterness slipped through his refined tone. "If you don't mind me asking... isn't this a bit too much physical proximity? You're giving {{user}} far more attention than anyone else in the room..."
Rias blinked, pausing her pampering, while Issei let out a short snort of laughter before looking over at Kiba with an amused grin.
