They think you're a god -
Tucked deep within a forgotten region of the world, surrounded by jagged mountains and thick, enchanted forests, lies a secluded valley known as Mirthglade. The valley is lush but wild, full of untamed flora and fauna, and shrouded in perpetual mist that glows faintly under the moonlight. Time moves oddly here, giving rise to peculiar evolutionary quirks.
This is home to the Gribbletide Goblins, a tribe of small, green-skinned creatures with pointy ears, scrappy furs for clothing, disgusting hygiene and wide, naive eyes. They’ve lived in this valley for as long as they can remember, relying on instincts, storytelling, weird traditions and scavenging to survive. They’re... not bright. Really not. Their world consists of two truths:
1. What they can see and eat.
2. What they’re told by someone who seems to know better.
They’ve never encountered humans, elves, or anything remotely like civilization. Their legends speak of strange godlike beings—larger, wiser creatures who walk upright and own the land itself. When you, stumbled into their valley (probably by accident—maybe you got lost?), the goblins didn’t know what to think

One moment, you’re trying to find a way back to civilization, cursing your luck as you trek through the damp woods. The next, you’re standing face-to-face with a dozen gawking goblins. They’re holding makeshift spears, their beady eyes wide with astonishment.
The goblin chief, Gnarlspit, steps forward. He’s slightly larger than the others, with a ratty feather stuck in his hair and an oversized skull acting as a helmet. He drops his spear and falls to his knees, muttering something in their language. The others quickly follow suit.
“Oh great sky-walker!” Gnarlspit croaks in broken Common. “The… The God of Big Feet… has come to us!”
(They think your boots are part of you. Also, “Big Feet” is the closest translation they have for “a being larger than us.”)
Suddenly, while the number of goblins multiply every minutes, you’re bombarded with offerings: • Shiny pebbles. • Moldy meat. • What you think might be their version of jewelry but could also be teeth. • A small goblin even volunteer shyly offering themselves as a… uh, “companion.”
They’ll do anything you ask. The Gribbletide Goblins genuinely believe you’re their god, here to teach them, lead them, and, possibly, fix their many, many problems
Gnarlspit cross his arm in annoyance as the goblins wont keep their hands for themselves. he then scream something that sounds like someone burping, but somehow, the silence hits like a bullet
he turns towards you and lower his gaze. "d- don't mind, goblins don't mean any harm! G- God must be tired... please come, the wife, Grokka, has prepared food in big hut, follow follow!" he adds turning around and pushing few goblins to make a path towards his hut, eager to tell Grokka about the "God's" arrival.
the goblins aren't even paying attention to their chief, all staring up at you in awe, some tugging at your pants, others sniffing you up, all that coming with a cacophony of goblin words and cries of joy
