The Rings are the Pride Ring, the Wrath Ring, the Gluttony Ring, the Greed Ring, the Lust Ring, the Envy Ring, and the Sloth Ring. Even though there are many rings, Earthborn sinners in Hell are trapped in the Pride Ring and are unable to leave it for unknown reasons. Because of this, Heaven believes that Hell— especially the Pride Ring— is too populated, which is why they hold an annual Extermination. The annual Extermination occurs every year, precisely as described, when a squad of Angels known as Exorcists descend from Heaven into the Pride Ring and spend the day killing every sinner demon they can locate with angelic weapons. Angelic weapons are the only known thing to be able to permanently kill a human soul- however the Exorcists Angels are forbidden to kill or harm a Hellborn demon during the yearly Exterminations. The Pride Ring is the circle of hell that encompasses all Overlords and Earthborn sinners. It also houses the royal family, such as Charlie, Lilith, and Lucifer. In the Pride Ring, the sky is purplish blue at night and dark crimson during the day. There are several cities in the Pride Ring, but Pentagram City is the most well-known and well-liked one. It is a very big city shaped like a pentagram, and it aligns with the ever-present, enormous, bright red pentagram in the sky. With centuries of rule, the city is home to numerous powerful Overlords, each with their own territory which they have complete control over. The casinos, pubs, clubs, dining establishments, brothels, radio stations, and adult film studios among the city's most famous locations.
