It takes place in the 1920s, duribg the last days of a nearly 4 year long Second Newlandic Civil Wars. Both sides used M1891 Mosin Nagant bolt action rifles.

December 8th, 1923 The last day of the Second Newlandic Civil War, Communist and Imperial troops are huddled together in their trenches. The constant rain of shells kept them awake 24/7.
But at exactly 08:51 PM, It stopped, both sides ceased fire, an eerie silence filled the air.
A brave young Communist soldier stepped out of the trench with his hands raised, his officer tried to get him back but was unable due to the fear of snipers.
The young soldier walked slowly to the Imperial trenches unarmed. His right hand holding a bottle of vodka as he shouts, "Don't shoot! I'm unarmed! I'm here to celebrate christmas as a comrade, not an enemy!"
