Towa

Towa is a beautiful female demon from the Demon Realm and sister of the demon king Dabura. She is a brilliant scientists that seeks to unite Demon Realm with the rest of the universe.

Towa was originally a brilliant scientist from the Demon Realm far in the future. She proceeded to create and ally with Mira - the "savior"; an artificial being created by condensing the DNA of various strong fighters (including Goku) with the support and technology of Dr. Gero. After joining up with Mira, Towa betrayed the Demon Realm and went out on her own. Despite this, Towa plans on collecting enough energy to break the seal on the Demon Realm, and additionally seeks to eradicate the Saiyan bloodline because she considers it a threat. She and Mira have a son named Fu, who is said to have a big influence on the world when he grows up.

Appearance: Towa is a beautiful woman of curvaceous and slender frame with long white hair, light blue skin, and purple eyes. The right side of her hair is longer than the other and hangs in front of her chest. She has a golden infinity sign shaped hair accessory that covers the back and both sides of her head. She wears gold earrings that resemble Potara's. Below the neck she wears a golden brooch. She wears a red and black skintight body suit that has a v shaped hole around her stomach, and has slits on the bottom half, exposing the bottom of her breasts. She wears a white open leg cape that is jagged at the bottom, and red and black high heels. Towa carries a brown staff or spear which has two sharp golden points on each end.

Personality: Like Mira, Towa thinks she is superior to every other being, and because of this, underestimates all of her opponents, calling them simple pests in her plan. She is cold and cruel, as shown by her attitude toward the apparent loss of Mira and her lack of consideration for how her magic will distort and ruin time. She enjoys brainwashing people and does not hesitate to use the technology on anyone. She is extremely persistent in her goals, attempting to distort time even after many failed attempts, simply because of her belief that she is worthy enough to completely destroy the fabric of space and time, and completely alter history to her whim. Even so, Towa seems to draw the line at actually destroying the universe, which she views as a senseless endeavor.

Towa decides not to bother with brainwashing them as they are already wreaking havoc throughout history well enough on their own. This shows that like her brother (when he convinced Babidi to turn Vegeta into a Majin to revive Majin Buu), she is perceptive enough to use those with evil hearts to accomplish her goals, though in her case she simply allows them to indulge themselves in seeking revenge on Goku for the purpose of wreaking havoc. Towa also chooses not to brainwash Cooler for the same reasons and Cooler himself even suggests that the reason he was assisting his brother against Goku was to repay her for transporting him to the battle on Planet Namek in Age 762 allowing him to take revenge on Super Saiyan Goku.

Towa's main reason for wanting to unite Demon Realm with the rest of the universe is create what she poetically refers to as a garden of evil full of rage and pain the very thought of which she describes as beautiful, demonstrating Towa is sadist at heart, a trait befitting her demonic nature and origins. Her sadistic nature is also shown when she mockingly tells Xeno Trunks that she saved Bardock from death, in order to taunt Xeno Trunks's about him wanting to save Future Gohan from his death in Age 780, taking pleasure in Xeno Trunks's reaction to her words. It is also shown that Towa puts too much faith in her own genius as she is surprised by the Future Warriors, Xeno Bardock, and Mira when their power exceeds even her calculations. While Towa is shown to think highly of Mira (choosing to have a relationship and creating a child made from their cells), she becomes disgusted with herself when he is captured and sealed by Xeno Bardock.

However, despite her evil nature, Towa cares greatly for her elder brother Dabura and it is implied her focus on altering history involving Goku and the Z Fighters is mainly due to holding them responsible as Goku and Majin Vegeta's fight freed Innocent Buu resulting in Dabura's death. However, as her enemies within the Time Patrol were apparently aware of this fact (or at least suspected that was the case), Towa herself was cautious not to alter that point in history as it was too obvious a point for her to alter and Chronoa likely kept an eye on that point in history. Additionally, she also likely realized any alterations would be fixed so she would have to go about it in a way that would not alert the Time Patrol. This opportunity finally presented itself during her infiltration of the Time Vault. Before revealing herself, Towa secretly used the Time Scroll for Age 774 and altered the period of her brother's death so he survived, before covering her tracks leaving the Time Patrol and Chronoa unaware of her actions.

Some members of the Time Patrol have begrudgingly noted that were it not for her evil nature and criminal actions, Towa herself would make an ideal Time Patroller due to her knowledge of history and scientific genius when it comes to matters involving time and space showing that even her enemies recognize and respect her understanding of timespace and history, despite all the trouble she has caused them.

Towa's Spear Staff - A staff with sharpened points on each end, which Towa uses to cast magic (such as Dark Magic or Energy Zone), to attack enemies, and perform other techniques (such as Position Shift). She is capable of wielding it gracefully and effortlessly. She also uses the staff to sit on while floating in midair in a manner reminiscent of a witch's broom.

Abilities: Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.

Time Travel - Towa is capable of traveling through time through an unidentified technique. She uses this ability primarily to wreak havoc on history to gather Kili or further her plans. She can however use wormholes as an alternate method of traveling or transporting herself and other people through time.

Manipulation Sorcery - Towa takes control of her target.

Villainous Mode granting - A form that places a targeted individual under mind control and greatly increases their power and evil intent.

Supervillain granting - A form that places a targeted individual under mind control and greatly increases their power and evil intent.

Wormhole – Towa is capable of creating wormholes, allowing her to travel through time and obtain allies from other timelines.

Resurrection – Towa can revive people when turning them into Time Breakers.

Energy Zone - Towa throws her spear staff into the ground (or air when not on the ground) and draws the Time Breaker symbol while creating a magic circle and uses rapid movement to teleport into the circle and grabs her spear staff while spinning around gracefully before launching a dark Energy Sphere upwards, which produces a circular zone of energy that heals the user and any allies in contact with the zone.

Spear Shock - Using her spear-staff, Towa can unleash pinkish red bolts of magical lightning strong enough to kill Shenron.

Hell Surprise - Towa creates several circles of energy surrounding the target, each firing a spear of energy at them.

Time Bullet - The user creates a spherical space of magical energy around the opponent restraining and damaging the opponent but leaves the user vulnerable to attack.

Science Vanish - Towa holds her spear staff vertically and creates a column of energy that raises them slightly upward before transporting them off the battle briefly before reappearing.

Position Shift - Towa throws her spear staff inside a Ki Blast, that upon connecting with the opponent, switches positions between her and the opponent and leaving the opponent briefly disoriented and confused. When used up close after the switch Towa appears behind the opponent putting them in a perfect position to attack their exposed backside. In battles against multiple enemies it can be used to avoid one enemy's attack by switch positions with one of their allies.

Bloody Sauce - The user charges a dark violet-purple Energy Sphere in their left hand while holding their arm back. Then the user fires the sphere at the opponent, but it unexpectedly stops halfway through its flight. Suddenly, the sphere activates again and hits the opponent, causing massive damage. Depending on how long the attack is charged, the blast will multiply and become a line of energy spheres. It can also has the additional effect of either covering the enemy hit in a slime that hinders movement, lowering their movement speed while they remain covered in it or poisoning the enemy.

The Masks are objects created by the Dark Empire to power up and control their wearer. In most cases, the power of the Mask will corrupt its user and leave them susceptible to the commands of the Time Breaker who equipped them with it.

The Time Patrol is a group of warriors gathered by Xeno Trunks in order to help stop the Dark Empire and prevent them from interfering with time. The team is under the command of The Supreme Kai of Time, Chronoa, and is led by Xeno Trunks. Their base resides in Toki Toki City, and later in Conton City. Members are referred to as Time Agents or more commonly as Time Patrollers. The job of the Time Patrol is to correct the distortion of history. There are thousands of members that include several races such as: humans, saiyans, namekians, members of Frieza's race, and majins, among others.

The Dark Empire is an army of demons commanded by the Dark King Mechikabura, an ancient demon who founded the army. After Mechikabura was sealed away in the Crack of Time, Towa was left in control of the group, with it being renamed as the Time Breakers. Shortly before Mechikabura's re-emergence, the group was known as the Dark Demon Realm Army. After Mechikabura's re-emergence, the group became the Dark Empire once more, with their army known as the Dark Imperial Army. The Dark Empire is made up entirely of members of the Demon Realm Race. As the "Time Breakers" the group included other types of demons, such as Devils and "Addicted" Majins, and employed several android models (such as Mira's Robots) and cyborgs as infantry. The Time Breakers also allied with numerous groups on Earth, including the Red Pants Army, Frieza's Army remnants, Dark Namekians and Captain Bacterian's pirate crew. The faction often uses mind control methods to gain the allegiance over prominent figures in history.

The Demon Realm Soldiers are the grunts who serve in the Dark Empire's army. Demon Realm Soldier Σ - The Demon Realm Soldier Sigma variant that wears the standard silver Demon Realm Soldier Armor with a green visor and green shoulder gems. Demon Realm Soldier Ω - The Demon Realm Soldier Omega variant that wears the standard silver Demon Realm Soldier Armor but with a purple visor and purple shoulder gems. Demon Realm Soldier Δ - The Demon Realm Soldier Delta variant that wears a red version of the Demon Realm Soldier Armor with a blue visor and blue shoulder gems, and works under Xeno Dabura. Demon Realm Soldier Λ - The Demon Realm Soldier Lambda variant that works directly under Mechikabura.

In Age 851, Toki Toki City has been rebuilt into Conton City and is much larger than it was in Age 850. Many areas of the city have been expanded and feature more areas, some of which have been modeled after other places such as Mount Paozu, Namek, and Satan City albeit scaled down. Additionally, there are also 5 Time Miniatures that act as portals to large time rifts leading to locations outside of Conton City. Conton City is much larger and less urban than Toki Toki City. It also features many areas based on historical locations such as Grandpa Gohan's house on Mount Paozu, Namek, Diablo Desert, and Satan City, though it retains some features of Toki Toki City such as the Portal leading to the Time Nest, World Tournament Arena, Time Machine Station, and Dragon Ball Pedestal, albeit located in different locations and minor alterations in layout and design.

The Time Nest is the home of Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time and her pet bird Tokitoki and the location of the Time Vault, a temple-like location. The Time Vault contains the Book of the Beginning and End that contain a record of the history of time. It is an important role in maintaining the history of the Universe and it is Chronoa's job to protect it, a role which the usually carefree Chronoa takes very seriously. If it were ever damaged or destroyed, the entire universe would cease to exist. When a change in history occurs it creates a fissure in the book which is too much for a single scroll to handle causing the number of time scrolls to increase, however there is a limit to the number of scrolls the vault can contain and if that capacity is exceeded the Time Vault will self-destruct causing all of history past, present, and future to be erased taking the universe along with it. To avoid this Chronoa sends Time Patrollers to fix the alterations which allows Chronoa to put the scrolls back together causing the original timeline to be restored.

Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time, is a deity who watches over the flow of time from the cosmos. Chronoa, more commonly known by her title Supreme Kai of Time, is a short and petite Supreme Kai of a youthful and pretty appearance with pinkish-red hair and pink/purple skin. Despite her young appearance, she is at least 75 million years old. Despite her role, Chronoa has a friendly, good-natured, if somewhat sassy personality most of the time. Befitting her somewhat childlike appearance, Chronoa can be prone to angry outbursts, like when Tokitoki ruined her introduction to the Future Warrior by perching on her head causing her to angrily yell at the divine bird for sitting on her and making her look foolish in front of them. She, however, is quite benevolent as she allowed Future Trunks' alterations to remain as she understood Trunks' intentions were noble and ultimately for the greater good. However this did not stop her from deceiving Xeno Trunks into working for her by claiming it was to make up for his sin of using the Time Machine to alter history, when in reality he had actually committed no crime and Chronoa just really needed an assistant, though it is implied that she has some trust issues, as Chronoa did not think Trunks would take her words as seriously as he did. She is very protective of the Time Nest and Time Vault, as she refuses to allow anyone to fight near it out of fear it could be damaged or destroyed. Xeno Trunks attributes her friendly nature to living alone in the Time Nest with only Tokitoki to keep her company in the centuries before the foundation of the Time Patrol.
