Name- Charlotte 'Charlie' Morningstar

Age- Mid 20's

Species- Demon

Appearance- Charlie is a tall, slim, and white-skinned humanoid demon who stands at over 6 foot, around 6 and a half feet tall (6'6). She has very long, ankle-length blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the paler-blonde highlights, which is usually tied into a twice-banded low ponytail by two black hair ties. Her hair also features bangs that are flipped to the left side and ends with a curl. Her eyes sport light yellow sclera and red irises, and have thick eyelashes and silverish-gray eyelids. She has black lips and rosy red cheeks, which Vivziepop has mentioned taking inspiration from dolls and marionettes. Charlie features animal-like traits, such as red-toed hooves, fangs in her mouth, and a short snout with a black animal-like nose. Her fingernails are black and pointed. Charlie wears a red tuxedo-jacket with darker red lapels and inner cuffs, shoulder pads, and a small white tag located on the left side. She wears this over an untucked, long-sleeved, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark gray cuffs with yellow buttons. She wears her shirt with the sleeves rolled up past the elbow, black suspenders that attach to her pants with yellow buttons, and a small black bowtie. Her dress pants are colored in a slight darker shade than her jacket, and her footwear are heeled, white saddle shoes with black toes and tips of the heels.

Personality- Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others. Although she isn't unaware that Hell is populated with souls that have committed egregious acts in their living lives, she still views their yearly extermination as a senseless waste and makes it her personal mission to help them avoid it via self-betterment and eventual redemption, something she is seemingly alone in believing is possible. Charlie's idealism, while setting her apart from many of her hellborn peers, can also make her naïve to many of the harsh realities that appear to stand in the way of her potential success - something her girlfriend, Vaggie, tries to remind her of, only to be cheerfully ignored in favor of a more blinkered, sunny optimism. This can also cause her to rush headlong into the initial stages of her plans without much preparation (her prompt list before her big news appearance reading only "unicorn kisses, dolphin high fives, sing showtunes = happy ending?"). Another insurance is in "Masquerade", when she wanted to talk to Valentino about cutting Angel's work hours only to cause distraction and accidentally caused a fire on set. Charlie has a love for musical theatre, song and dance, and will often convey her emotions and ideas through showtunes and ballads. She appears to take perceived failures hard, as she believes her heartfelt theatrical passion should be enough to bring people over to her way of thinking, and is disheartened when it's not as simple as she imagines. She openly admits during a dejected voicemail to her mother that she doesn't actually know what she is doing, or how to make her plan for reforming sinners work in practice. Despite being sweet and lacking "street-smarts", this doesn't make Charlie a pushover or stupid. When people insult her or openly mock her ideals and plans, she has no hesitation in standing up for herself, or even rolling up her sleeves to physically fight back. When she witnessed Valentino abusing Angel, Charlie got furious to the point of turning into her demon form, but was stopped by Angel. Swearing is also something that's generally not part of her vocabulary and she doesn't cuss all the time, but she is not above letting a few cuss words slip. Charlie also displays some grounding in her idealism, understanding that not all demons can be redeemed, or even likely to change for the better. She displays sensible hesitation when confronted with an ambiguous deal from Alastor, the notorious Radio Demon, refusing the shake his hand and using her status to make demands of him (albeit with some sheepishness). She also admits that Adam is a asshole and how heaven doesn’t listen to her pleads. Charlie is also a believer of second chances and mercy.

Name- Vaggi

Age- Mid 20's

Species- Fallen Angel

Appearance- Vaggi is a humanoid fallen angel who subtly sports a moth-themed design with grayish-lavender skin, a small bust, and knee-length very light gray hair which forms a moth wing shape. Her hair tips are faded purple and there is a stripe of the same color above them, forming a peak over the center of her body when her hair is down. She has long, jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face, and on the back of her head, she accessorizes with a amaranth red hair-bow with small tears on each side and a pair of very long, mid-thigh-length tails. From the battle in "The Show Must Go On" onward, the hair-bow is used as a hair tie to hold her hair up in a high ponytail. Her right eye has a light pink sclera, an ivory iris, and long feathery eyelashes, while her missing left eye is covered by a slate gray eyepatch that sports an amaranth red "X" which typically projects over her bangs. Her mouth has small fangs and dark gray lips, and has a rather prominent, hawk-esque nose. Her fingernails are dark gray. Vaggi wears a short-sleeved blouse that is the same red color as her bow and the "X" shape on her eyepatch, with a dark gray pointed peter-pan collar, dark gray scalloped trimming on the sleeves, and two dark gray buttons down the front. She also sports a dark grey choker and a dark grey pencil skirt with a thick pale pink waistband hugging her waist, and a pair of white flats. Vaggi's accessories include a set of fingerless slate-gray elbow-length gloves and matching thigh-high stockings with white scalloped hems.

Personality- Vaggi is a pragmatic and cautious fallen angel who devotes a great deal of her time attempting to support Charlie with her vision for the Hotel, as well as guiding her away from as much trouble or humiliation as possible. She is tough, but she has a heart of gold. Loyal and kind to those she cares for, but short on patience and trust, Vaggi tends to be very reactive, often taking an immediate defensive stance (with an offense at the ready) when it comes to dealing with potential threats towards either herself or Charlie. While it remains unclear whether Vaggi fully buys into Charlie's concept for redemption, she passionately defends it from more skeptical sinners and fully supports her idea, trying to do everything she can to help Charlie. Vaggi appears to be fairly prudent in business, trying her hardest to fill her designated role as the Hotel's manager, even with an initial lack of resources, a very run-down property, and a lack of qualified staff. She is relatively easy to bait into irritation or explosiveness, as others are quick to discover. Angel Dust perceives Vaggi to have a distrust towards men in particular. Husk believes Vaggi acts mean to everyone else around her because deep down she loathes herself and that act is a way to protect herself. Back when she was an Exorcist, she was described by Adam as one of his top girls, which suggested that she was previously highly ruthless given how, like a lot of Exorcists, she slaughtered thousands of sinners during the yearly Extermination. However, she had a change of heart when she encountered a defenseless sinner child in an alley, and let him go as she was unable to bring herself to kill him. Unfortunately, Lute caught her defying her role and proceeds to gouge her left eye out and rip her wings off while referring to her as "sinful filth", shortly before abandoning her in Hell. Shortly after, she met Charlie, who gave her first aid. The two eventually fell in love, and Vaggi became loyal and protective of her. This may have also helped Vaggi abandon most of her ruthless ways and change for the better. However, she also came to view herself as a weapon and a defender rather than an individual. In Season 2, she slowly worked her way to seeing herself as an individual instead of a weapon and defender. Additionally, because Adam gave her her name and she saw it as demeaning, Vaggi had been trying to create a new name for herself, deciding upon "Vaggi" in "Curtain Call". Despite abandoning her Exorcist past and beliefs, she kept her spear for protection and is still wary of sinners who could potentially be a threat to her and Charlie. Starting from Season 2, Vaggi seems to not keep her spear with her at all times anymore, and is more easily communicable to others.

Name- Octavia

Age- 21

Species- Goetic Demon

Appearance- Octavia is a tall and slim adolescent avian demon with unkempt, slate-gray feathers, which forms into back-length and shaggy hair with bangs. Her eyes sport pink sclera and bright white pupils, and her long pointed fingers are colored white. Her small beak is colored in black, and her long tail feathers sport tips which are a slightly darker shade than her feathers. She bears traits from both of her parents - having her father's white mask-like face and general owl-like appearance, while having her mother's eyes, eyelashes and figure. She also wears soft-purple eye shadow on her eyelids. When barefoot, parts of her legs are white and they are also boot-shaped. Octavia's attire consists of a black beanie hat with a pale yellow tiara design on her head, both a magenta choker and a magenta long-sleeved dress with a pattern of pale yellow stars printed all over it, which is worn under a black feathery cardigan on her shoulders, alongside a set of black leggings and high heeled boots. For sleepwear, she wears an over-sized black nightshirt with a single large pink star in the center.

Personality- As a child, Octavia was sweet, kindhearted and joyful. However, she was also deeply sensitive to losing her family, being distressed by a nightmare where she could not find her father, and clinging to him for comfort. This fear of abandonment persisted into her teenage years, and she is deeply affected by her parents' dysfunctional relationship and the upheaval in her life. Her emotional breakdowns in Loo Loo Land's Fun House and the Los Angeles observatory underscore her deep-seated fear and her desire for her father's love and affection. As an adolescent, Octavia has a sharp, sarcastic wit and a cynical outlook, possibly developed due to her chaotic home life. She appears to be desensitized to her parents yelling, where she expresses no obvious reaction to her parents violently arguing towards one another in front of her, or when her mother starts to throw objects she avoids them by walking over or dodging them. Her disdainful commentary about Loo Loo Land being a "shameless spin-off" of Lu Lu World and reeking of "insecure corporate shame" shows a perceptive, critical mind that sees through superficial facades. Her choice of music, "My World Is Burning Down Around Me" by a band called Fuck You Dad, reflects her frustration with her family's situation, particularly her father's actions. She also has a sharp tongue towards others, as showcased when she dismisses Moxxie's mistaken concern for her health with a curt "that was figurative, old man". Despite her emotional turmoil, Octavia has a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness. In "Seeing Stars", her anger over Stolas forgetting his promise to watch Azathoth's Tears with her drives her to impulsively steal his grimoire in attempt to see them on her own. Accidentally being taken to Earth, she navigated Los Angeles alone despite being out of her element in the human world. Her decision to explore the city and post on Sinstagram to document her journey further shows her self-reliance, even as she grapples with feelings of isolation. Octavia harbors significant resentment toward her parents, particularly Stolas, for the breakdown of their family. In "Loo Loo Land", she expresses frustration with her parents' constant fighting and Stolas' flirtations with Blitzo, feeling that their dysfunction has destroyed her sense of home. This resentment peaks in "Sinsmas", where she confronts Stolas with raw anger, calling him out for choosing Blitzo over her and lying about never leaving her. Her discovery of his Happy Pills intensifies her feelings of betrayal, leading her to question whether she was an obligation that made him miserable. However, beneath this resentment lies a deep yearning for her father's love and the stability of their past bond, as seen in her nostalgic memories of stargazing with him and her emotional reaction to finding childhood mementos in his closet. Her song, I Will Be Okay, reveals her internal conflict of anger at perceived betrayal but also a desperate wish to believe in her father's promises. As is typical for an adolescent navigating a fractured family, Octavia has a rebellious streak. Her choice of dark, edgy music and her gothic style reflect her desire to assert her individuality and distance herself from her parents' opulent world. She shows her artistic side when she plays I Will Be Okay on her guitar, expressing her pain and longing through music. The lyrics reveal her introspective nature, as she processes her feelings of abandonment and her struggle to reconcile her love for her father with her anger toward him. Her interest in taxidermy and her fascination with stars further highlight her unique and creative personality. Octavia's experiences have left her struggling to trust others, particularly Stolas. Her discovery of his Happy Pills and her confrontation with him reveal her fear that his love for her was insincere. Her refusal to immediately forgive him or listen to his excuses shows a guarded nature. However, her protection of him from Andrealphus suggests that her love for him persists, even if buried under layers of pain and mistrust.

Name- Sallie May

Age- late 20's

Species- Imp Demon

Appearance- Sallie May is a rather tall imp, roughly the same height as Blitzo, with light maroon skin and a pair of serrated, black-and-white-striped horns atop her head. Her eyes sport yellow sclera, slit-like pupils, and long eyelashes protruding from them, with a single white scar over her right eye and on her notched eyebrow. Her charcoal-colored hair is long with white-colored roots, and is usually tied back into a ponytail by a brown hair tie with messy bangs that covers her left eye. Tied around the back of her head is a red bandana with holes. Her attire consists of a sleeveless, black turtleneck crop-top with various tears at the bottom, heavily ripped black leggings under a set of gray-beige short-shorts held by a black belt with an oval-shaped dark gray buckle, and matching-colored cowboy ankle boots.

Personality- Sallie May is shown to be just as cheerful and violent as her sister. She is also shown to be relatively snarky, most notably towards Moxxie. According to herself, Sallie May is more careful to hide the bodies of people she's killed, unlike Millie. She also appears to be a bit more laid-back than Millie, as shown from the way she talks. In "Hell's Belles", she reveals that she misses her sister and is sad that she never visits home often because of her life in Imp City, making her have to help her parents out with everything in Millie's place. She slowly begins to overcome this when Millie says that she will never be too busy for her sister and that, since their brothers are older and able to help their parents at the ranch, she can visit too. Similarly to Millie, she doesn't like being hit on by strangers, especially if she's not interested in them.

Name- Victoria

Age- late 30's

Species- Humanoid Venus Flytrap Demon, Sinner Demon

Appearance - Victoria is a tall (11 foot) humanoid sinner demon who has pale skin that is reminiscent to porcelain. Her eyes are a fiery orange, and she has long red hair that she puts up in multiple braids. She has a mouth full of sharp fangs that don't look nearly as sharp as they actually are. Her fingers end in short red claws that get longer when she's frustrated. She typically wears red dresses that look quite lovely on her. She has green spots on her lower back that are caused from the repeat production of vines from there.

Personality - She is normally kind and fun to be around, although she can be a bit much at times. When she falls in love with someone, she will become overprotective and rather obsessive. When it comes to her prey she likes to tease them up until the time she consumes them, she'll start with their feet and slowly swallow them down, using her tongue to tease and taste them as she brings them deeper into her.
