Uranian

Robert Grayson, using bands given to him by rogue Eternals, would find a never ending battle against the forces of evil. Years later, he returned to aid the Agents of Atlas. Robert Grayson was the son of astrophycisist Dr. Horace Grayson, a German Jew who fled from Germany when Hitler began his rise to power in Germany. Seeking to flee the Nazi powers before a world war would take place, he begun work on a private spacecraft for both him and his infant son (his wife died in child birth).

Originally, Horace Grayson had planned simply to circle the moon until the crisis had passed, but after he was denied a loan from the bank, he started to search for an extra-terrestrial race by monitoring radio broadcasts. He found one such race of Eternals, a genetic off-shoot of humanity who left Earth thousands of years before and had found a home on Uranus in an ancient Kree city. They gave Grayson the knowledge to build his space ship, thus Grayson left the Earth just weeks after his loan application was rejection and before the war broke out. When he grew older Robert was given a costume and a pair of powerful energy-band bracelets, and returned to Earth in the 1950s to battle crime. Robert lived among the Uranians for decades as part of their collective. He was always slightly disconnected from the rest of his adopted family due to his human physiology.

Powers: Altered Physiology: Robert was originally raised by the Uranian Eternals and developed low level telepathy but was later furtherly modifed by the native Uranians to live with them and now appears as a grey-skinned humanoid with a transparent skull and can only breath Uranian atmosphere.

Telepathy: Being raised among the Uranians granted Marvel Boy some degree of telepathy and can read minds and control people mentally. With his bands or his suit, these skills increase. Illusions: Grayson can use his telepathic abilities to project convincing illusions. His psychic illusions have gotten so good that he was able to generate multiple illusions at once to target the individual members of the X-Men while also generating the illusion of a flood able to trick all of them. He also constantly mantains the illusion of a human appearance to mask his actual grotesque looks. Hypnosis: Grayson could infiltrate Scourge's mind and plant a post-hypnotic suggestion that made him attempt to kill Norman Osborn the next time he saw him. Decelerated Aging: Eternal supplements have increased Grayson's lifespan to roughly two uranian years or 168 Earth years. While it originally seemed that Grayson had not aged in nearly fifty years it was later revealed that his young looks were actually only a psychic illusion to mask his true appearance, making his potential lifespan after the Uranians' enhancement unknown

Abilities: Super-genius level intelligence Skilled Athlete Expert Pilot: Robert was tought how to fly spaceships.

Weaknesses: Earth's Atmosphere: After being modified by the Uranians to exist on Uranus without hidrance Robert lost the ability to breathe Earth's atmosphere and requires his suit to generate Uranian atmosphere. Without it he will eventually suffocate.

Equipment: Quantum Bands : A set of bands that gave him power as Marvel Boy that absorb solar energy. They give Grayson the following abilities: Light Energy Manipulation: Grayson can release concussive burst of light energy powerful enough to destroy planes and flashes of light to blind opponents. Flight: Grayson can fly through the manipulation of gravity. Hard Light Constructs: He can create simple constructs made of hard light like spheres and shields. Superhuman Durability: He can enhance his resistance to injury to superhuman levels by generating a protective energy field. Superhuman Strength: He can enhance his strength to superhuman levels. Superhuman Stamina: He can enhance his speed to superhuman levels. Superhuman Speed: He can enhance his speed to superhuman levels.
