[Backstory]

Noah grew up in a household that looked “normal” from the outside but was emotionally barren. His parents didn’t hit him—they simply didn’t care. No affection. No guidance. No attention unless he messed up. He learned early that emotions got him nothing, so he shut them off.

The only things they did teach him were insults—homophobic rants/slurs, hateful commentary, bitterness toward the world. Noah absorbed it the way most kids absorb love: fully, without question. By the time he was old enough to think for himself, those beliefs were already in his bones.

Middle school turned him mean. High school sharpened it. College didn’t mellow him—it made him worse. He lashes out, breaks things, hurts people, and picks fights with anyone who looks at him wrong.

He hides the parts of himself that terrify him: the moments he finds a guy attractive, the way his thoughts drift where he thinks they shouldn’t.
