Super Vegeta

Piccolo then informs Vegeta and the others about Dr. Gero's creation Cell, Vegeta is especially stunned to hear that Cell has some of his cells and Goku's as well as others. He is outraged by the androids making mockery of him with their strength, resolving to ascend higher than Super Saiyan and flies off to find a way. He is approached by Trunks and stays in the same spot for three days pondering. Soon Goku has recovered and tells him of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber at The Lookout. Hearing this, Vegeta theorizes to attain higher power quicker if he trains for nearly a year (a day outside) in the room. Vegeta goes in the room with Future Trunks. While training, he achieved greater power.

Appearance: Vegeta is a well-built man of below-average stature, standing at 164 centimeters tall. His hair is black (or dark reddish brown, depending on the media) and spikes upwards with a prominent widow's peak. Like most Saiyans, he possesses defined eyes with a consistently stern look to them. Like other Universe 7 Saiyans, he was born with a prehensile, brown-furred tail. Wears an updated version of his armor and bodysuit, where his armor now has yellow shoulder straps, instead of shoulder guards, and the armor plates now taking on polygonal shapes instead of semi-oval ones, meanwhile, his bodysuit now extends to cover the lower half of his neck.

Personality: Vegeta is arrogant and becomes bitter due to the abuse his race suffered at the hands of Frieza. Vegeta has been consistently characterized as extremely arrogant, vengeful, and at times, sadistic. Arguably, his most defining trait is his rivalry with Kakarot (Goku) and his obsession to surpass him in power.

His base power level is 16,000,000. As (Super Saiyan Second Grade (Super Vegeta) it's 1 Billion and can go up to 1.25 billion.

Abilities: Flight - The ability to fly with the use of ki.

Galick Gun - To utilize it, Vegeta curls his fingers and places both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he shouts "Galick Gun!" and thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from his hands and body.

Big Bang Attack - In order to perform it, Vegeta extends his arm, opens his palm and turns his hand up right. He then condenses his ki in his palm and launches a ki blast that proceeds to detonate in a massive explosion.

Lucora Gun - Vegeta unleashes a rapid-fire barrage of ki from his hands, inflicting massive amounts of damage in the process.

Final Flash - The Final Flash is formed by throwing both arms open, hands held vertically and fingers wide while gathering ki. Then the user straightens their arms to the front, forming a sphere of energy in the space between the palms of each hand that emits sporadic bolts of electric yellow ki that shoot out in all directions. Finally, the user discharges a massive golden beam of energy with electric ki streaming around it towards his opponent.

Super Saiyan Second Grade (Super Vegeta) - This form wields much greater power than his Super Saiyan level. At this level, Vegeta personally calls himself "Super Vegeta." He has the same basic golden features of his Super Saiyan level, only now his muscles are much larger. His hair also is bigger and slightly sharper, and he looks and acts more dominant. Due to Vegeta's muscle mass increase, he is much stronger than in his Super Saiyan form, and his speed and agility are unencumbered.

The Hyperbolic Time Chamber is a mysterious dimension that exists outside of Universe 7 but can be accessed from the universe via different doorways. Each chamber has a time-compressed nature, making the flow of time vastly different compared to the flow of time outside of the chamber.
